Came back to the app after 3 years to see if it worked any better... I don't think there was a single update during that time.
new android 9 pie. Ouvis not working properly showing in black white, no sound from Samsung note 8.
Can't reset the password, no available support. Now the working unit becomes a junk.
App only connects to camera sometimes. No support or updates for app.
Would be great if there was some explanation of what the less obvious settings do. The app must have been written by software nerds for software nerds, not the general public. Don't like that text alerts are not an option, and viewing stored events requires software on a pc to review. If there was a difficult way to setup and operate a camera, these guys did a great job.
This app and these cameras have worked well for me from the beginning. I've had them for years now, and after the initial set up, basically no problems.
Cannot open library to check recorded videos it's no use unless u want to live stream thats it and app completely closes when trying to open library.
Like everyone else here, worked for about week, then no library function.
Absolutely useless. I bought three cameras which worked fine for a while so purchased two more. The two later ones cant work on the same app as the original three and the later app is not backward compatible. Result means you need to run two apps!!! Now I can't even get the original ones to work. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
Will NOT even open on my Nexus 6. Don't waste your money. No fixes available. Feel like they robbed me. Theives!

Worked well fir about a month now saying not connect want my money back
Just got this camera and the recorded videos won't play i want them to motion record. Keeps on crashing and i have to start the phone over. Sometimes you can not even access the library. Please update and fix!! Plus, wheres the supposed new customer service number???
Worked very well for a fee weeks then dropped off my network. No matter how many times I reset the camera or re download the app it will not find the camera on the network. Not even LAN. PLEASE SORT THIS OUT.
Worked fine for a month. Now the recorded video from alerts (library)is not accessible. This started before the upgrade. Upgrade does not fix. This is a major problem. I want to like this camera as it worked great for a month but now something on the server side is broken bad. And i am screwed.
Nice to log in and view what's happening.But when I go in to view saved videos, it shuts down. This happens often and is very frustrating.
Even on low power mode this app is killing my battery. Please add default to kill competely.
Bought one . Worked fine at start. Recomened it to a friend. He got one . Worked fine at start. Now after a few weeks neither work at all. Camera wont even reset. Keeps says off line . I have mine connected to the router by cable .
Have 2 cameras, both died.
I think Trump @issed off the Chinese and they disabled the app
Camera doesn't connect since I downloaded the new version of the app. Laty every time I try to load the app it says not connected.
The app worked great for 3 days. After that it crashed every time I try to view recorded footage
The app is rubbish I connect the camera but after I can not watch the camera never become online it's all ways connecting I will return my camera to the seller because of the app
The camera can be slow to react and the audio speaker doesnt always work. But generally is useful. I watch dogs while I'm in another room, or out.
