It's decent when it works. It hasn't worked for the past month or so. The screen just goes white. I deleted it and reinstalled. It worked once after that. But now it has gone back to not working. Update: The app has started working again. The bank called me to see if the issue was still occurring. I'm assuming they saw my original review and contacted me. Changed review from 1 star to 4 stars.
It works great. For those who it doesnt let log in, might want to try logging in on a desktop. It might be time to change your password for security. Then you can log in again once you update it. Love having the mobile deposit and easily transfer money.
As much as I love this bank I have to be completely honest when it comes to this app. This is by far the WORST banking app I've ever had the displeasure of using. My Complaints: No biometric login, No ease of access, No notifications, Being forced to manually enter my password every time I want to check my balance. Etc etc This may be a deal breaker for me. If they dont MODERNIZE this app, I might seriously consider switching banks.
Broken. Used to work ok. Now it always wants to authenticate and the only way is to uninstall and re install. Terrible
It is difficult to open the app on my phone. When it calls for updates, after it has updated it won't let you open the app.
OVCB app now sucks. If I could give this app zero stars, I would. Whomever is the app developer should be fired. I had given it a 5 star review when I initially starting using it. What updates were done suck. Constantly reading my login info, asking to enter my password AFTER logging in to dep a check. Garbage!
Apparently if you have an older phone with an outdated operating system you're outof luck. Finally got a new phone and now am able to once again use this app. :)
Fingerprint only works for a short time then you have to uninstall and reinstall the app plus it also asks for a second authorization by text way too often.
It was good for a while but now I haven't been able to log in for a week. I've uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times. Frustrating.
Tells me to update when google says it's already updated. Was a great app until this happened.

Very reduced function app. I don't like I can't log in with my finger print on my Pixel 2 like I can with USBank app, 2 touches and I'm in. I give it 3 because I can check my balance. But really it's no quicker than using my browser.
I've had this app now 2yrs never an issue until currently ! In this week I now have uninstalled and reinstalled this app 5-6 Times with the hope of correcting the issue ..it hasn't!! The issues : when opening the app the app freezes my phones screen and I have to override just to have control of my phone ! ** May be of importance ** the anti-virus app 360 along with the app OVCB mobile performed in the same manner. I have sense uninstalled the 360 anti-virus app and installed an anti-virus app Hi security this app is performing excellent and the OVCB app continues to freeze my phone. I would truly appreciate some HELP! Any possible solutions ?
This app is very user unfriendly. No adding accounts to bill pay. Help page is not helpful.
Check deposit breaks for no reason, app will fail to connect at times, even when the mobile Web page works fine. Interface problems are an issue.
Downloaded for my grandfather then only worked once. Would not recommend.

Good app. But need more features to be added. This is just very simple version yet. So you don't have to go back forth. Between your pc and mobile.
Needs more features to be useful. Very limited at this point. Please add billpay.
The app is ok. Please turn off the thing that automatically selects the finger print option everytime I go to sign in. I will never use that, let people choose whether or not they want to select that. Also please add a forgot password option? So that way I don't have to go to your website and find it there like i have to right now. It would be so much simplier if I could just push a button. Like every other app. Very inconvenient. Your app is one of reasons I'm opening a new bank account.
