Liked the game but errors in the system server forced me to delete and reinstall it. The system then would be playable but it would set me back to at least 2 weeks prior to the issues. It freezes and it sometimes falls to reward you for the actions it offers. Waste of time.
I love it, had been waiting to play after I got a decent phone haha. But it needs major improvement with the magazine: goods are not updated real-time, so what you see being sold is often not there any more. And you can't search for goods which makes it even more difficult to get stuff you need, not like some similar games where you can search or hire a finder to assist you. I love the racing and car modifications features though.
Most of the bugs are gone, but the game crashing frequently is becoming more of a problem. I personally like the new UI. Also, because the game performance is mediocre, I often accidentally purchase items or clicking the wrong buttons constantly. It's a great game, so hopefully developers are on top of game performance. At least the game is fair... Edit: Game won't load now
I've been playing this game for some time now and have actually loved it. But since the last update (today), I'm facing a lot of problems. 1. Some of my achievements have been reset. Its very hard to build up achievements and losing it won't turn out good for a player 2. The Motor Magazine became a mess. Its said to reset every 2 minutes but I'm seeing the same items for over 5 minutes. Also, 90% of the items are already 'Sold' or missing from the magazine. Kindly rectify asap
This game has potential ... But there is WAY too much time spent doing nothing ... Takes too much time to get keys to actually be able to do a race and only 1 or 2 at a time before you have to stop and wait for materials to build. Basically this game seems programmed to try and keep you from playing it. Needs balancing in how long certain materials take to build also. A disappointing execution on a good idea.
Honestly , I have played this since the beginning . I played through the multitude of bugs from the disconnects to the overlaying cars , but a man can only take so much before it gets too much to bear , the fact that the UI had been upgraded three times since release shows that you really hadn't thought the game throughly before the first release . The mildly disappointing races aside , the grind is what really gets me , I'd write more but the word count is a limiting factor at this point .
Great visual presentation, as is always the case with Gameloft. Excellent pacing of unlocks, as well as balance of income and available purchases. This game rarely asks you to wait more than is reasonable, unlike some other ones of its kind. The racing element of it is surprisingly complex, considering its single input control method. However, this game falls a bit short on variety of content once you get to around Level 40. It just gets a bit samey and not that rewarding anymore.
Begining out it was great. However, technical issues are starting to show. Any interruption of a race causes the game to reboot when returning back to it, resulting in loss of keys that cost resources to obtain. I mean anything, got an important text? reboot. got a phone call? Reboot. Lately the server has been having problems and it crashes, lost key. Going to put it down for now till fixed
Connecting to server. It seems you are not connected to the internet... Now redo everything you just did. Very frustrating. It would be a good game if it wasn't so costly on time to do everything, can't race without keys, can't win races without car upgrades.. trouble is keys need the same materials as car upgrades and some car upgrade materials also need those same materials. So you have a choice, upgrade cars or race or make upgrade materials... It's difficult to juggle.
I'm a petrol head and playing this game is an absolute pleasure. The graphic designers deserve a high five and the developers have done a fantastic job in squeezing lots of functionality into a mobile screen. Funky music in the background. Lots of things to do. Since the last UI update the numbers are too small to read, this is vital to the game play and have removed 2 rating stars. The left and right arrow buttons are too small. Add ability to collect all 3 items with one tap.
The new update is not that great. Also having major updates to design of the game frequently gives me bad gaming experience. 42000 coins to build a control parts building is so insane. Lot of bugs and is there any channel to send screenshots of bugs or bad gaming experience. Was very into the game until the last update. Why did you have to give a page 2 for the industrial building could have had items on both side of the production queue. Lots to tell.
So far it's a good game. But there are some issues, for example: I can't get new cars. I have enough blueprints, but every time I try to unlock it, I get to see the new car animations, yet then I'm returned to the previous screen with all the blueprints still there and the car still unlocked.
Quite Awesome Game, i really enjoyed playing it so far, is a mix between tycoon and car racing, you need to build car parts and this is quite detailed, then use that parts to either increase the car level or repair some cars in the garage, the graphics are super nice too, looking forward for more updates, would be nice to go head to head with a friend or so ! Looking forward for the next updates and hope to unlock more awesome cars. Nice new cars as well !
This game can be great. It's an awesome idea, the only issues I'm seeing is the small amount of XP you get for anything you do, even smaller amount of gold, it also basically forces you to spend money to upgrade your storage. Also the magazine trading post doesnt update quickly enough at all. You go to purchase something and everything is always sold out. One last issue is the touch boxes, you go to X off of something or click something and it doesn't respond immediately.
For me it was a mix of Sim City BuildIt and an extremely simplified racer. It was an interesting mix but after reaching Chapter 2 or something I grew bored. Unlocking cars were slow, to the point were it is not worth it to continue. Where is the focus of the game? Do they want to make a compelling racer or a city builder? This game has potential, but as of right now they need to focus on showing people where to focus.
The graphics and attention to small details of the town are awesome! However that being said you do reach a level (around 22) where it shifts its focus more from career to other races and fixing cars to level up which can be a small grind in itself. Overall I think the game is pretty cool and would recommend.
Fun game that is similar to Township but with a car manufacturing theme. The good:The customization for cars is seriously robust. Color, tint, coat and 50 layers of graphics. Responsive, satisfying racing. The bad:I can see this game being a long haul upgradey game. Not the worst thing. The ugly:This is the reason for -1* They did not wipe the leaderboard before full release. There is no catching up to beta players and it removes the only competitive aspect for those that want it. Disappointing.
Looked like an interesting mix of racing and town management, turns out there is no real play here or skill needed because of a lame race autoplay feature that does the races absolutely perfectly. The only way to do better than others is to have better cars which you get 10,000% faster by paying money. So the game is basically them telling us to throw our money into their bank accounts and whomever throws them the most money wins. Thanks but no thanks. Remove the racing autoplay and we'll talk.
Good game but still quite buggy. When you click to see the vehicle it seems to overlap with all the other cars available so you don't know what you are looking at. Also wish that equipment to expand storage were found easier and not feel forced to have to pay every time. Still entertaining though.
So far I absolutely love the game but I have found one glitch every now and then the game will freeze up and shut down. The long way from time to time the graphic seem to be a bit grabby. I am on an LG G8X dual screen phone and on 1 gig fiber optic Wi-Fi connection my phone pulls about 500 megabytes so I'm pretty sure it's not on my end. But overall I absolutely love the game better than most car racing / building City games.
The game has technical issues of getting cars by having them not show up and the driving mechanic not at all gripping. The cars are nice to see and should have more old makes. The decal system has to have a copy system to place a decal on the other side. There's no perfect start system that must be added and the building system won't give the amount you make. Add crashing to the mix and this has flaws. That's my summary. Thanks.
Fantastic game for the car nerd. Part City Builder Tycoon game, part arcade racer, part Need For Speed style upgrading/modding system. Great gameplay and plenty to keep you going while you wait for things to build or just look at the pretty cars. Could do with a few more car makes and models, just for the spotty car nerds amongst us, classic Bentley's, Ferrari's, Lancias and the like, but great options to start with.
Previous review has delete as the problem has already solved..... Now, i can give you new review.. The game is absolutely addicted! Have play similar game like Township but with cars. The graphics is stunning and the gameplay especially the racing is simple and good. If only there were a way to get more clearing tools like a shop so that we can get it by buying with cash or coins.... After all, great game!
This game is like Simcity, but without the need to waste all of your money on a very expensive fire station. The cash flow is decent and progression is simple, if you have the patience to log on every day. The gameplay isn't too engaging, but it can be intense at times. Don't attempt to play this with an unstable connection, as progress may be lost. Also, for those complaining about autoplay being a free win, you can get much faster times with manual driving.
