OVERSUMO - Overwatch Companion

This app used to work perfectly up until a week ago. Now, since last Monday, no stats have come through for any session. It doesn't matter what profile I look at, every single one stopped showing stats after last Monday. This has happened on my phone and my friends phones. Would really appreciate some help.

The app is broken. Does not update stats after the first week report, the stats themselves are confusing because some of them are per 10 minutes, and some of them not (no clarification of the scale used) Trying reinstall multiple times, and my profile is indeed visible, but it is still stuck on first week's report. The hero counter section could use more work and more detail (explanations are ambiguous at best)

Love this app, but lately my stats from a day either don't show up or are not from the correct time frame. Often my comp stats are for the full season instead of a single session. So while it remains helpful, it's not as helpful as it used to be as it is much harder to see where I need to improve from a single session.

When the app did work (prior to private profiles) I liked it a lot. But it doesn't work no more, I add a profile and it doesn't update. The profile is public and we did play some competitive games recently too. Why it doesn't show the stats for the profiles is beyond me. Had this app worked properly it would be super useful, it was to me back then but, not anymore.

I was super impressed with this app when it was first released. it gave good feedback and showed me where my game needed to be improved. Now, however, the developer seems to not care anymore and the app rarely works as anticipated. There was a 3 month stretch where it didn't work at all. Great app, just hire someone to keep up with making sure the app functions.

I used this app to help me figure out what areas I needed to improve. The data was great and it really did help. Then in early November it stopped updating. I tried everything, wifi, LTE, logout, reinstall, set my profile to private and then back to public, etc, and it still won't update. Went from a 4-5star useful tool/app to completely useless.

Hero tips tab hasn't been updated in almost a year now. There are whole characters missing, not to mention character reworks and changes. I'm not willing to pay for a subscription for an app that doesn't seem to be getting any worthwhile updates.

This app gives a lot of useful data but doesn't sync well. Stats take much longer to update, taking a day or longer, some sessions missing completely. I like the insights and convenience but the inconsistency makes it inferior to other options like Overbuff.

When I first downloaded this app it was awesome. I upgraded to the pro version but I got a new phone. When I logged on to the new phone my stats no longer updated. It says I haven't played in 90 days which is false. Not sure what's going on but when it worked it was awesome. Unfortunately for me right now it's not working as intended.

Developer is no longer supporting app. For many months the tips have been out of date. The hero calasses no longer reflect what is in the game (app still has defence and offense classes). Then at the end of season 12 the app stopped updating stats. Without showing season 13 stats the app is useless.

Nice app, should be updated, hanzo tips still showing scatter arrow.. Still good for tips and have a general idea of your game performances. Not the best for tanks or other not dmg focused heroes seen how not dealing damage isn't really a problem if you do your work properly and the evaluation system is focused mostly on those stats. Nice work anyway!

I loved using this up until the start of November when it suddenly stopped reporting my stats. It had been an extremely useful tool for plugging holes in my game, but the Devs have been totally radio silent and over the last few weeks the Reddit has crumbled also. Some sort of official response is needed or else I'm uninstalling this.

Takes way too long to update. Sometimes it's 24 hours, other times it's taken up to a week. Sites like overbuff are much more immediate and insightful. Interesting when it works, but very rarely does it work.

Waste of time, it was all good for a bit and I liked it a lot. But later on I noticed glitches like my SR not loading and problems with giving a review of the day befores' performance. All in all, don't download, it's a waste of time.

I really enjoyed this app and felt like it gave me good feedback about my gameplay performance, but it started going through long periods of not updating my stats after the player profiles because private by default. I uninstalled it today finally after waiting for the stats to update since November 3rd. I don't think there's another app that operates the way this one did, so I'm sad to lose this resource.

It's pretty great for what it is, I do love most features but I wish there was a bit more to it, all the information on here I could get from my profile and google, and some of the tips aren't updated for hero updates (tips for hanzo still talk about scatter) but I give it four stars for being free and helpful. If this app wasn't free it would be 1 or 2 stars for lack of features.

I've done everything the app has asking. Connected my account. Played a few games on comp and QP(quite a lot actually). My profile is public. And the app still says no recent performance. It has also been 48 hours. Way past the 24 hour threshold.. I've heard nothing but good things about this app but it seems I'm experiencing everything bad.

App is extremely helpful as a portable tool to check my stats. I do warn that you shouldn't pay attention to the performance percentages as much as the individual stats because they might give you the wrong idea compared to what you can learn through self analysis

Very Nice and helpful app. It really helps me compare my stats vs othe players... the one thing that I dont really enjoy is that the app has a weird update schedule (idk if this is just me) where some games wont really be registered, and sometimes I wont see data for a day or 2 after. great app tho!!

I originally called this 5 stars. I LOVED this app. But for some reason, its stopped working. My profile is public, I've restarted it, and it's still not gathering comp stats anymore. I wish it was working because when it was, it was amazing!

I feel like it could have been a bit more user friendly to navigate but over you get the hang of it the information it gives you is very helpful. Showing you where your strengths and weaknesses are. Very helpful.

I love it a lot. Almost always shows the right stats and gives me an idea on what I need to improve on. However, I would like the character Wrecking ball added, as I play him in comp

App fails to bring up my performance and when it does the performance results are inaccurate. Just another headache app. Not for everyone to have. Don't recommend.

I used to really enjoy this app but for some reason it hasn't updated any of my stats for the past few months. This is the only reason for the 2 star. I have reinstalled but keeps coming up with error (no gameplay from past 90 days).

I really like having the informative slides for each hero and seeing who they're weaknesses are and who is weak to them but it never loads my stats. Hopefully they fix this soon.
