Please work on your APP and don't pay your APP developer and testers. OTP is not working, While entering the OTP it shows OTP did not found. I will re-rate when I found this working
The OTP never arrives. I have this app installed since it was launched but unable to use. The local JLL staff doesn't care to solve the problem
We are at #Tata Avenida# and are using the app for raising complaints or services and also visitor management. The first phase of app has been rolled out and we are going to have a lot of features incorporated very soon. Hip hip hurray to JLL for making resident lifestyle enhanced with such technology !!!

Why are you collecting personal information of family members, say date of birth? We don't feel safe & secure at all divulging this info on an app. Why didn't you include Aadhar & PAN as well? People can utilize the information for wrong reasons. Anyhow, I have seen how my personal information in Avenida has been shared with vendors to make quick bucks. Please remove the DoB option. Relationship of the family members with the flat owner should be enough.
