Overwatch League

Do not worth more than 2 stars. Match map details are broken, do not have player line up per match so neither by game. Youtube player integration is bad when working, leaderbord per region and tournaments are not even sized for the app page, they're web page charged into the app. App was very good back to season 2, never stopped downgrading since. Just trash. 1 of 2stars is only for pick'em section cause it's fun

This app used to be a useful tool to at least check the schedule and recent scores. As of the 2022 season, none of those things load anymore. Basically useless now

I feel like this app has not worked for a long time. In the 2022 season it essentially shows no useful information. Everything outside of blog posts fail go load.

Feels like there is no QA for this app. Out of all my apps, this one I have to clear my data/cache every time it updates because it just breaks. Let alone just it randomly breaks because of who know what.

app still does not work. "content failed to load" when trying to log in with blizzard acct. it's a shame they're promoting this app on live broadcast when it doesnt actually work

I just use it for the teams and schedules and scorelines but it doesn't do that, every time it says teams failed to load, I am trying to uninstall and reinstall

I'm sorry but no one is working on fixing this and that's just sad. Nothing works and I mean NOTHING. THEY HAVE REFUSED TO ACTUALLY FIXING THE APP.

Absolutely nothing works in this app, lol. Not really sure why I even have it installed still; hasn't worked for years.

Bugs , bugs, and more bugs Ive been using the app since it released and its gotten worse every year.

Same problem as last year, matches always "fail to load." For those in the same boat, just reinstall. Works fine.

App is good the only problem is that when I put the email used for last season pick ems it wasn't letting me update and continue saying that the email is already registered and I'm on my OWL account on the app

Doesn't load the teams or scores or schedule so.... useless better off looking at the scores online. Very sad

I literally cannot watch the stream. I know you guys went to YouTube a while ago but it was one of the worst things to happen to OWL.

App doesnt work, schedule wont load, main page wont load. What a complete waste of time

I thought this was the actual game, could you try to make overwatch a mobile friendly game please because I've always wanted to play games like overwatch but there seems to be no moble version of them.

Back in the day this app was horrible but now that it works like the website it is up to standard and worth using.

While it gives you easy access to the schedule, teams, and standings the app is simply inferior to the website. Some of the issues that irritate me: 1. While you can watch the stream in landscape now the screen will still shut off if you don't keep touching it/wake it up. 2. The data (results of games) is sometimes missing. 3. If you open up the details for a game soon after it was played (or during) you cannot see the map scores. You will only see "VOD is coming" something similar.

I use the app for scores, schedules and occasionally watching. The first and third it is exceptional for. On schedules though it is frustrating. After an evening of matches, the first match of the following day will immediately go "live" obscuring the match time, and there doesnt seem to be anywhere else on the app to find the time. Im also pretty sure this bug has been there since they launched the app. Please devs, pick it up

I love the Overwatch League and the game itself, but the developers of this app could have put a lot more work into it to make the app more user friendly Update: Nevermind. The subtitles are stuck to be turned on and after an hour of searching I have found no way to turn them off. That would be okay if the subtitles didn't appear on top of one another. Horrible design flaw and no apparent fix.

Worked completely fine - had even loaded up the new schedule for the new season and then the first day of the league happened and now the app will not tell me anything about the matches. The schedule defaults to Jan 1st and won't let me switch it to a different date. Upcoming matches don't load for the teams. It tells me to check my internet connection which is obviously working as I get all the news articles. It just says the servers can't find me. But yeah, the app actually worked in 2019.

If you want to get tokens: get this app. If you just want to watch the matches: do it on YouTube. I don't know if it's just me, but the app sometimes has some weird glitches or something that it doesn't show anything on the main page and you sometimes can't access the matches you want to see. It also drains the better really quickly (at least on my phone), so if you just want it for the tokens I think it would be better to just buy them and not use electricity to charge your phone constantly.

for the inaugural season the app was amazing, but in this second season I have a few grievances. first off, the screen won't rotate to go into full screen properly. Second, finding out that you have to answer a skill testing question in you country to get the tokens is a bummer, especially that they hid said question so far out of reach... third, league tokens aren't being accumulated for me, even if I'm logged in and I answered the skill testing question required for Canada.

This app could be so good and a perfect gateway for fans to follow the league, but as it stands has almost no functionality and is a bit embarassing for the league. Two of the main functions and allures of the app are consistently broken: you cant tell when the next match is because it is "live" right away. And you cant look at the schedule of a team because it just says "2" every day they have a match. No league picks. No player stats. No playoff bracket?? I mean come on.

For season 2, the app worked great, easy to use and always displayed the schedule n scores for overwatch league matches. Then Season 3 the schedule never loads, idk what the developers have done but even when an update fixes the app, it breaks the next day. The schedule just says "Something went wrong, Our servers can't find you". I've got no idea when matches start or who's playing.

Lots to love, but i just had the playoff matches from today spoiled. Was just wanting to check the schedule, open the app and there's the results and scores in the headline and sub head of the article. No way to avoid it. There's no point having the ability to hide scores of you're just going to spoil it on the front page of the app. If it happens again I'm just going to uninstall.

Had a good experience with the app in first season, why it has an OK rating. This season the video on mobile won't leave portrait when I turn my phone, leaving it too small to watch. Have no problems with this on other apps (like YouTube or Twitch). If they fix, then it's definitely a quality app, but currently unusable for its main purpose.
