This was my preferred app at first but recently it's had an update and it's awful. Crashes, loses entries and you have to enter times several times with the new box format. Please sort as it was decent before :(
Very buggy. Entries get deleted, and you cannot get them back and sometimes app just crashes. Community pages are a great tool for quick research in a pinch. I also contacted using the app and never got a response. 2 months after going back-and-forth with them and their team closing the ticket, they are still not able to fix the issue. Downgrade to 1 star. The only saving grace is the daily emails with very informative content.
I would like the app better if I could "like" and save the different articles that are posted. I think it's kinda silly that I can "like" that my baby pooped, but I can't "like" or save the articles that have good information I would like to easily find and reread. Other than that, love the app!
Used this app to understand my baby's growth stages and most milestones were precise. Easy to look for articles on feeding, illness and parenting care. Gained alot of research based knowledge on baby related topics.
Updated review: the app now functions well on my pixel 6. Love the articles and daily tidbits. Very thorough app with a lot of functions.
It's too much. I'm exhausted with a newborn and it wants me to fill out multiple details for things, it's hard to find certain tasks and stuff... just honestly too in depth.
The app keeps deleting feedings after I've logged them. Usually when it switches to the next day. I had 20.5 oz logged for the day after midnight I opened it went to yesterday's log and its now 14.5oz. Kinda hard to check when baby last ate in the middle of the night when it deletes its self.
It's easy to use but I would like to set from what hour to what hour is our day, I can't measure the sleep of my baby because it takes weird hours of the day. I also would like to have a chart where I can see the progress of my baby, like weight, measures, sleep, etc. That you can do with the app for pregnancy. It has poor features compared with ovia fertility and the pregnancy app.
Love reading the daily tidbits and resonating with developmental stages my daughter is going through. we've used this app from pregnancy and continue to do so 2.5years later :)
It's pretty good, the articles come up as you need them, it really does feel like you have an expert on your parenting journey alongside, advising you. My little one is 6 months, UK based, so far so good!
I am unable to enter my baby's birth date... I cannot start using the app without it. There is no OK button. Only CANCEL. And that seems to be an issue with other Ovia apps as well.
It was working fine but suddenly, for the past week, it started crashing and erasing the breastfeeding sessions. Why??? This is very frustrating. Please fix this.
This app have been my companion in parentship! for the past 3 years. totally in love with materials and articles. reminders and milestone counters are also fantastic. Been using sister app too during my pregnancies. thank you for making such informative and FREE friend for us mom's!
I want to know if you can update the app, by allowing people to input a Time for when the diaper was changed? In the same way, a person can select the time for when the bottle feeding happened, I would like to be able to select the time when a diaper was changed. (Sometimes, I forget to add the diaper change to the app, and the app won't let me adjust the time it took place.)
