Bright Side of this apps . I like the concept of this apps . Is save our time to call and find the service provider to compare when the need arise Down side of this apps . I have one simpler job . I need to post is for three time . Why ? No 1: The apps does not explain what will happen to you job when you were ask to input the expire date . So the job got expired , all the chat and communication with the vendor all gone that you need to do a re-post and the service provider need to do all the biding again . Why ? No 2: The job cancel button does not comes with a warning dialogue . It does not prevent activation by mistake .Accidentally I activate it and that goes with my second post of the same job , Once again my communication with the service provider all erased again . The apps is a good platform . But human touch needs to add in to avoid unnecessary time is wasted
needs to input lots of info just to post a job and response received are mostly way overpriced. I tried to send chat messages to those with reasonable price but totally no response. I have posted twice and in the end can't find someone to do the job through this app. Totally waste of time!
Worst app.. after log in unable to proceed with the next step.. app automatically closed.
Downloaded the app, can't even use the aircon service icon. "Something went wrong" popped out. Installed, uninstalled, and reviewed within 1 minute. Total WASTE of time.

Why I can't cancel for the service after job Order, be careful to place ur order request, coz even there's a cancellation fee without any service order is no take.
was looking for a plumber and decided to try the app. was v happy with the merchant i chose at the price he offered, he had good reviews on his profile. also got to choose from quite a few bids when i posted the job. would recommend!
I wanted my doorbell repaired so I tried this app. I put up my request and with an hour had 8 bids. The worker selected did a great job at a reasonable price. I will be using again!
Disappointed. App didn't work. Tried clicking to select service & kept getting the message "Something went wrong!"
Had try to bit so many time and not able to get it. At least should let us know the issue, is it too high or too many people do the some bit or other reasons.
It will be great if there is a homepage designed into the app. It can be a short description of the services available, the new services added or even a business slogan.

My first bid to install my ceiling fan and fan switch went well. Price is reasonable, very competitive than most offers I received. This is the place to go for ad hoc jobs.
Needs improvement. Merchant accepted late evening job and then say he don't do evening? Although he did a refund, there is no way that I am able to feedback on his review on this. There is also a lot of ridiculous pricing. There should be some way to minimise merchants that try their luck and give ridiculous pricing.

Requested for too much info. Signed up and tried posted for 3 times, and none show up. No option to remove account and personal information.
Dishonest company, will deduct your money even when contractor did not turn up, won't refund after several emails, keep saying will return my money after 7days weeks after weeks...
Useless app choked full of lowballers ... client wants merchant to travel to location, fix a blind (with no materials provided) at peak hour. All for $10, what a joke
Price is much higher as the merchants will price it higher to cushion the Ovvy %% profit sharing deduction. Poor communication app. Cannot even call the Merchant. Ovvy is too sensitive abt exchanging HP no, this handson services and need communication. Cannot even call to the merchant and further discuss. I key in home unit No and gotten WARNING! Will be the 1st and Last to use this app, as there's better other platform to look for services.

just installed to check it out but nothing works and 'help & support' brought me back to the main page n still nothing works.
Forever loading in contact us page, can't add address, can't do anything.
Forget the negative given by other reviewers, this app is useful and tge merchants are professional. Helps you to find the best price to your solutions.

I think ovvy does a fabulous job of giving a platform to all the individual service people out there, who rely on big companies or agents for work because they can't advertise their own services as an individual on any other popular platform! Have had a great experience with cleaners from ovvy- much cheaper as they cut the middle man and charge a very small fee to the service folks (20sgd irrespective of what's the order size). I wonder why it's not more popular in Singapore!
I can't even login to the app. I have been trying to over a week now. On and off. But the app keeps crashing or after inputting my SMS code in, it resets to the login/sign up page.
