The app keeps glitching while I'm making my shopping list, and senda me back to the top of the page. VERY frustrating,as I have to start over 4 or 5 times Everytime I try to make a list.
No clear directions in step-by-step what you need to do. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't. Very frustrating
Seems to update frequently. Digital Coupons could be more user friendly.
Liked the app however since the update it will not recognize my email and password to sign in.
I like when it tell me what isle stuff is in. This doesn't seem to be a feature anymore. Other than that great app.
Why do you have an app specifically for one store???? Now we have to download the Kroger app anyway?? Cool story, Boomer. Maybe get an app development team that actually knows what they are doing.

Kroger has officially announced its takeover of Owen's and forces you to switch your account over to the Kroger app..

Really liked it before but it won't work now. Not sure if it's because of updates or not. Won't log me in, says Technical difficulties all the time now. Please fix this!
Close to home
Had some trouble with the app today after new update, it was buggy and slow and flipping screens and giving me black screens and it wouldnt let me pick a time and the time that it chose for me was really inconvenient and it wouldn't let me change it or cancel my order or modify anything through the app so I had to call customer service, customer service was very kind though and got everything fixed in about 5 minutes. Inconvenient but not all bad, I still really love the service.
