I've used this app for years and it has allowed me to get my work email (exchange) without letting them take over my phone (you know what I'm talking about). Recently, like Aug 2020, I think Microsoft did a change and the app formatting got all messed up and wouldn't display right. Many times this has to do with an update to Android Web View, but I hadn't updated it this go around. The only fix I found was to go into Advanced Settings and check the box for "Desktop". The look changed but works
The app works, and as I am not using those new Android versions I am not being affected by that "mistouching" bug that other users are reporting. The only glitch I see sometimes is a "cache miss" error when I click on the phone's "Back" button. Also, it would be better if it was possible to "unzoom" the screen more, because all the graphics elements look blurred to me. Anyway, considering this is a paid app, there are much better alternatives which do not depend on a web browser interface like this one, unless your company allows external e-mail access *exclusively* via OWA.
This App has been awesome to use to link my work outlook calendar to my phone. I have used this app for over 3 years and it is very easy to use. I work for a government agency and being able to link all my appointments to my phone has been a godsend! Other apps i tried using never worked as well as this one. I highly recommend buying this app if you want to link your Outlook email/calendar to your other electronic devices. The onetime cost of the app is minimal compared to the service I receive!
Since March 2020 I have reviewed this with 4 stars but mentioned a bug which prevents adding attachments from android phone. It's a year later and this hasn't been resolved. Sadly its now 3 stars. I've used this app for 8 years but without this feature working it has made my job harder. The suggestion of uninstalling other phone features didn't resolve the issue. Its not calling the file explorer part of the phone when the button is pressed.
Was a fine app but now it won't maintain a persistent connection with the server so if your organization requires verification you will have to reverify several times a day and you won't get notifications or calendar updates. Customer support has ignored my request for help and won't even respond to acknowledge the receipt of my email. I'm looking for a replacement app
Worked well until a few days ago. Started opening at 300% and icons all over the screen and even if you tried to reduce it, it still wont display right. Sadly have to switch to using the outlook app. Seems this app doesnt work well with office 365. Be nice if they could fix it.
I have used this app for years and I generally love it. It allows me to get my company email, without giving control over my personal phone to my company. However, I had to go back to a previous version because I keep getting a notification error when it automatically checks for new emails. I will wait for the next update to try the newest version again. (It still works, I just keep getting the error and why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5.) Otherwise, still a great app.
Since this morning, the display is all messed up and is unusable. Has happened to both my devices, Samsung s5e tablet and oneplus 6 phone. It is now unusable but has been great for many years for me. Switching to Web browser mode sort of works but I really don't like that. Please fix......
The App is now unusable... for Samsung s10 phone and S5e Tablet. The app keeps needing to REFRESH to even view anything. Also, can not send an email at all... 'send' goes directly to LOGON screen. Great for years...now..? What happened ?
I love this app when it works. Cat and mouse game with o365 I presume. They change something and it breaks. I messaged the devs my logs without response. Currently can't sync the calendar for me. Tried checking desktop option in advanced, still didn't work. Please fix!
Worked well for a long time but now doesnt display clearly. Switched to just the Outlook web portal since my organization wont allow the full app for whatever reason. Hopefully they keep updating this app in a timely manner.
Makes my life easier! Use this to coordinate with work colleagues without dragging out the company laptop. Ties right into to our OWA system and gives me all the features from my laptop Outlook App right on my Android phone and Tablet.
Unreliable: works only when it wants; good only for reading emails as all the rest is a pain to use. Only because I need it for work otherwise I would trash it.
Was working fine but now I have to manually login Everytime with the same auto login credentials. This negates the calendar sync feature I relied on. Please fix
I needed to have email notifications on my cellphone but my employer uses OWA. I am glad I found this app that does its job for notifications and basic functions. This app works for me and worth the cost.
It had been working great for years. Like others have mentioned it is now unusable and the developer has not responded to these reviews or to our emails. Edit 8/22/2020 well, it's working okay again.
Something changed and now the display is now all weird. I saw someone else reported this issue. Developer, are you looking into this? We need an update since I am using a paid version of the app.
the app crashed for the past two days and it is not working at all. delete it and re downloaded again but it is still not working.
last update is a step backwards... notifications not working on pixel 3 ... continually locking up and unresponsive
How to set email interval to immediate & won't let me change notification sound? I have an extremely loud email alert sound designated just for work emails?
Has been 5 star until earlier this week. The new release keeps freezing and crashing on my Moto Z Play andriod version 8.
Does not recognize my email. Requests for refund have went ignored!! Stupid, let alone, wasted my time and money!
The last few updates have broken the menu, I can no longer access it to update my password on android 6.0.1.

I hate giving bad reviews, but this app has earned it. I used it for a long time and it has always worked great, but now it doesn't work at all. Please fix it and I will give it 5 stars.
Was a great app, but no longer downloads calendar from my work to phone.
I was having an issue where I wasn't getting the Outlook 365 popup to be remembered. I cleared everything in Chrome, reinstalled, etc... but it just wouldn't come up. I just got a new phone and, of course, the pop up was there and so I am happy now but I am afraid I will see the issue again. It would be good to know how to reset the browser or settings if needed. Other than that, this app is great if your company requires OWA. Clean interface, good functionality, very few bugs.
