App, is not working for me, I can not cancel the automatic prebooking ( I never accepted this system but it is now set automatically and I can't change it). I can not set up any seasonal pricing. I can no longer see the people who want to book or get some kind of information to make an informed decision if the guests would be suitable (or the cottage for the guests). I had set up my own contract which has now disappeared and reverted back to TA contract. Totally disappointed and annoyed.
Poor technically and lacking transparency. Technically: within the Rates section, the app needs to show the cost to the guest when rates are added or amended (Airbnb app has this). Without the cost to a guest showing in the app one has to "book the dates on Google" to determine whether the rates set are competitive. Transparency: the guest payment total includes the deposit, implying the booking is worth more than actually it is. Homeaway used to do this: it now shows the cost excluding deposit
Not good at all. I entered my email, password and it said wrong info was put in that I should go through the process of changing my password. I signed in through the browser with no problem. They need to fix this app. Uninstalling.
The app hasn't been updated in along time, a log in page is sent but you can't seem to login. The team should consider discontinuing the app if they can't even respond to queries. Very weird for 90days, very frustrating
SO FRUSTRATING! It isn't set up for mobile to verify your identity and that's required to post your rental! Won't access the camera the the page is off the screen. Sooo much time wasted on this!
A year ago I unlisted my property, and uninstall this app. Why can I STILL not update seasonal rates? No wonder people are choosing other platforms. Sort it out or give up ... (Cant update any rates, dates, booking terms, anything. Tried updating the app but no update available. Frustrating to say the least)
I can't login. I'm trying to login with my email and password. App shows that it is incorrect, but when I login through the site. Everything is just fine!
I've used this company and app for many years but now my calendars are not updating causing me double bookings. When I've gone to cancel the double booking the want to charge me £120. Absolutely ridiculous!!!
I am a host. It has been 5 days that the guests arrived, I haven't received any payment at all. The help website gives fixed questions and answers....nothing about missing payments. At present I cannot recommend TripAdvisor, I hope to be able to change my review.....soon.. .
I switched phone numbers and I tried to log in with my new number to verify and it doesn't allow you to at all and I dont have the old number anymore..nor do they have anyone you can talk to ..to fix a problem like this. And you can verify thru email. Been trying for months
I am a host and trip advisor has not paid me for the guest they sent me. It's several years since I got a booking with them and I cannot access my account as I have a new contact number. I have spent 6 days Trying to email them for help and every email I get in return is not addressing my problems. I do not reccomend at all.
Used this owners app for many years and worked well but recently it will not open! I enter email and it disappears and cannot get any further. Please sort this out asap!!
Very user unfriendly. Never got any listings and couldnt remember my password when I finally got an inquiry. Then app wouldnt send email so I could reset it.
Had trouble changing dates and rates for coming year kept tapping on the calendar could be made more simple apart from that excellent app
very strange. i can not use my web login credentials to this app. i think this app handled by third party with different database. i wish TripAdvisor can fix this problem.
i can't change my booking terms. There is a dropdown on the percentage deposit that doesn't work. How do I contact someone to help? No experience of bookings so far but after reading reviews, I'm not expecting an easy ride.
Downloaded the app, when I went to open it, it presented with a login page where I couldn't login as I wasn't able to make a password. So... I could not open the app. Very weird.
Unable to create a quote from scratch. Unable to edit quote dates or add new rates for next year, as the app automatically back-pages to previous menu when I select the date field.
I noticed the app is getting better and it'd be great to have some more editing features but the app is really good and so far as work really well for me it's good for everyone to leave comments about it because it helps them make it better
Run by bots with a few humans who couldn't care at all. Bloody awful company. If you're locked out ( I was in hospital for 3 months, so they locked me out for non-use), you can do NOTHING about it because you have to log in to sort it. Stupidity exemplified.
I get prompted to reply, send my response and then get re-propmted to respond. You seem to not always record that a response has already been made. Frustrating.
Scamming hosts out of 120 pounds for cancellations is a dirty dirty move. All hosts beware, there are better and more reputable places to list your property. Take your listings away from these cheats.

cannot enter rates for next year. keeps bouncing back to the previous page every time I click on start date.

How do you people expect anyone to make money including yourself? This app is horrible! When I click on Dates it just simply goes to another screen and will not let me change price. Whoever is working on developing this app needs to be fired
When opening I just get an error message and can get no further. Fed up. Cant sed how to get support.
Please do not use this platform. I have my listing in other online hosting platform, and every single one of them is easier to use, has a better vetting system for guests, and more importantly they have a customer service team that cares and is accessible. Dealing with Tripadvisor is incredibly frustrating, impossible to get a hold of someone in this company that has a say. I had three bookings with them, and had to cancel after they withheld payment for 15 days with no explanation.
