This app is worse than any Beta app I have ever seen. It chokes upon opening stating that it requires internet connection to operate. I AM connected and ALL other apps that require internet connection work with no problems.
The app hasn't worked in months. All I get is a message that says internet connection is unavailable and it closes. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and same issue.
"Inernet" (sic) problem on launch. Useless and likely intrusive. Uninstall this NOW because it's taking up space at best and stealing data without providing any benefit at worst.
Was a good app but now doesn't work at all. I'm connected to WiFi, but says I have no internet connection. It says I need to connect to the internet for the app to work, even though I am connected. Please fix ASAP...
Can't use as it always says internet unavailable. Attempted to use on Wifi and 4G. The App wouldn't recognize internet on either one even though its connected.
New to Blue Green and I downloaded this app to help manage my vacation. Never able to use , says no internet connection, but I know I do.. how can I keep up with my cards, points, and update... This is a joke of a app.. not happy at all.
Used to work. Now, it just gives error message, saying i need internet connection, no matter when. If they give up on their app, what's that say for the company? They don't work with a damn, either.

Limited in what it shows. Then all of a sudden stopped working saying "no internet connection, cannot work without internet" and then shuts down.

A piece of $#@%, it use to work quite well now completely broke! Whoever they hired can't spell or program. The error message says "inernet", need internet connection. No not my spelling error!!
As everyone else has said the app gives you a internet error message and has for months. Extremely frustrating not to be able to manage my membership that we've paid so much for.
It is not a good app. It says no I internet .need internet to use app. I have I internet . Looks like it is an issue with everyone and not just me. Someone should at least reply to some of these reviews. I was not even going to give them one star, but wouldn't let me comment without rating them.
Always say needs internet. I'm connected to bluegreen wifi and still no. Even when I use the app at home it says no internet connection you need internet access... This app doesn't work
Horrible. After I use the internet to install the app, it tells me that I can't open the app because I have no internet. Dumber than a box of rocks!

App is just information which if that is what you need great. I was looking for something that would allow me to explore and use my points.

🤦♂️ worst app on Google play, completely broken. I get: Need internet error. Whoever created this app needs to go back to school and refund Bluegreen their money back. I just wanted to check my points, confirm reservations, schedule reservation, cancel reservation and reschedule. Pay monthly bill and yearly maintenance. We want an app that works.
