OWWA Mobile App

So far good. The only thing is I'm unable to change username - only the password at the settings which is strange. UI so far is smooth. Not sure why some here unsuccessful to login. If it's your 1st time to download the app, look for don't have or no account yet option and follow the instructions. Really easy, then they will send you an email with username and password. I received mine just within a minute & hassle free.

I was able to successfully register but when you try to update information, the app crashes. I got through using cash payment and was able to get confirmation on the app as well as on my email. However, upon paying in 7-11 with the confirmation, staff can't find the transaction and it's saying that it is invalid. When I tried to log back in I am getting an error that may password is incorrect. Tried forgot password but the message said I do not have an OWWA account. Tried using android and IOS but got the same message. This app could have been very useful and helpful to us OFW's only if it's working perfectly.

Update: The app is useless now. The information tab does not open. It's useful in some ways. But it crashes most of the time. I am trying to update my information but it closes the app. I was able to activate my information though and they were able to get my money quickly. Strange.

1. Renew Membership button is not visible (My brother has an inactive account and needs to renew) 2. You can create account with multiple EMAIL but if same name, username and password will be the same. I don't get it. Shouldn't you add like a message that you are already registered? 3. Is the login credentials same in "Login" and "Renew Membership" tile/page? We registered through login and we cannot login in the "Renew Membership" tile or page. Clearly, this app needs a little checking.

The app isn't working. The information page is always 'loading'. Tried reinstalling the app, hard reboot my phone, threw it in the river and beg for mercy. But still not working.

Hey cant you even try to address the issues your app is having . For what i can see a lot of us are having a hard time in updating the information in this app . It is always force closing everytime we tap on update information . The purpose of this app is for convenience but that alone is something this app cannot provide . Do something about this issue for once !!!!!!!

I already had my log in details from your previous owwa app which is working perfectly fine. Then you deleted the app and make a new one which is totally a waste of your resources. First, I did not receive the registration confirmation. Second, what happened to my previous account? I can't log in anymore. Can you guys please stop creating useless app? Stop getting the tax payer's money.

This app should be given attention to be improved/fixed. There are a lot of bugs happening. The most annoying thing that is happening is it closes once you are trying to update information. The app closes the moment you press the update information button. I hope this can get fixed soon. Thank you.

IT Support Team, Good day. Can you fix your system? My OWWA Apps already updated but when I used it still loading I don't know what is the problem. I'm connected to my WiFi in my home, even I'm using data problem still they same. Hopefully you do some action on this matter as soon as possible. Thanks & God bless.

clearly it is not working..upon registration or signing up an account it will have an message prompt saying "SORRY YOU DO NOT HAVE AN EXISTING ACCOUNT" isn't it why I'm registering because I don't have an account???...This app would have been a great convinience for us OFWs who cannot easily go to the embassy and get appointment and to make transactions easier, but please before you go live make sure it is working well..hope you can do something about this issue.

Its not working properly!!! Always says you are not registered ! after filling up the application...always Im not registered... You must simplyfy by putting other options if it doesnt work so the user can interface accordingly... Very Poor application please... Update... And make sure all programs are working.... Even though On Test progress this app... Thanks

The app is not working properly. It stops every time I clicked the update information button. The payment option is not working also; results to error. I re installed several times but still same thing is happening.

It's data base is not updated, yes my name are recorded but it's was 8 years ago from my previous employer & different country. I know I'm always paying my OWWA when I'm on vacation then why it didn't show in this application. Surely this is hoxx apps.. All it wants is to fill their belly 😠😡. What a waste of time to download

Application and Features not Working. I am trying to renew my membership and pay it online. It does not work. Better add i-Remit as an option of payment. The information cannot be updated since the application keeps on crashing. This is a good application for all OFW, so better improve the application.

Tried to log in using forgot password.. Then i successfully logged in, then when im trying to renew my membership, it didn't push through.. It says, you will be redirected to landbank payment portal, but its just loading.. I tried so many times already,but the link is not working... Edited: I tried the next day, and it was successful, i renewed my membership then i check on the app the nxt day, im active again..

01/2021 About time to renew but the app just keeps loading. it's been two years but this apps seems to be like a high school project, heck high school students could probably even do better. 12/2018 Finally worked after many tries! I was able to renew my OWWA membership using this app and Gcash. There's a glitch though, it gave me an error that my Gcash has no sufficient funds but when I came back to the app, it says my membership is valid until 2020.

At first it opened and i was able to create an account. Now it's not working and i can't even login! i made a payment but can't see any update at all! I dunno if it's through cos the final page of the link said it failed but the money is deducted from my account! Now i tried to contact the hotlines but nothing works!! Is there no other way to check the status of this!? Can someone help!?

pls fix the app. it takes time to load the information. When performing a renew membership, access to payment options are very limited to few banks which are not available overseas. pls think it through which is easier for us OFW to pay. we have visa cards that can pay online. not over the counter payments. working time here is difficult to go out and pay. its so much hassle. This app should help us make it easier to access your services, pls dont make it difficult for us.

Not working... This is not working i tried to update my profile and paid the amount in 711 to make my account active but still its inactive. The listed hotline is not even working 😒 i tried to wait the day after thinking it will take long time to activate but still its inactive. Do not use this app. Its useless. The kiosk accepted the payment i have the right reference number.. checked the reference number many times before paying so i know its not my end that is wrong. Paid for nothing.

To the developer and staff of OWWA, I have tried to sign up, 3 times already, it kept on saying "You are registered. We sent you an email for your account". BUT I have not received an email, even in the spam. Been waiting for 3 weeks, tried for 3 times, 1 week apart. Please help to fix this.

I signed up and received my username and passcode in my email. However, I was not able to log in. I tried many times but failed. Please do something about this. I am an active member of OWWA but because of pandemic , I was not able to go back to Philippines and update my OWWA payment. Thanks.

I use forgot password and received it in email. Username and pw sent to my email.When I tried to log in it's not going through.i have checked hundred times the details and I'll correct but again failed.

Based on my experience, Apps was good but payment portal needs to be more accessible online. Only few bank institutions were available and confusing to process because many instructions given. This is my first time to renew my account via apps. Please respect, Thank you 😇🙏

Not working at all. Poor UI and didnt even think about the functionality. Poor product development. Inconvenient in all aspects!

hi i hope you are regularly checking app problems or reviews. for example i tried updating membership and cant log in many time. the app also keeps loading many times.

I cannot register for a new account. I have tried so many times. Its just showing that I do not have an owwa account. Which is the purpose of registering right? Please fix this issue.

Tried to register several times but it keeps on saying that I already have an account. So I tried to press forgot password but keeps on saying that my password was already sent to my email . I cannot access this app , uninstall and installed again but still not working . Please do something , it's so annoying 😡

i was able to renew with this app by cash payment via 7/11. i sent the reference number and total amount needed to a family member in pinas. they just entered the details in 7/11 automated machine & paid the amount at the counter. within 24hrs it is already renewed/updated via owwa mobile app. *** it didn't work for me via landbank payment (also with this app)
