It's a good app that has done everything I've needed it to. Recently it would tell me that my device isn't authorized so I had to clear data and uninstall/reinstall to re-do the pairing process again by confirming my phone number.
No matter how many times I reset my password, and successfully log in on a desktop, this app refuses to accept my credentials and I end locked out Every. Single. Time.
Worst banking app I have ever used!! Can't even use it half the time, since it doesn't allow you to log in. Just gives you a blank screen.
This app keeps asking to rest password it's such a pain....

An error cpf.service.0014 will not allow me to accept the terms. I'm not able to use the app.

Continuously have to clear data and re-enroll app to make it work.
Can not login after the latest update. Deleted app and tried to reinstall but it still has a problem. Used to use this to quickly check my balance and to deposit checks but now it's worthless.
This app is loaded with spybots yeah have access to my all my files..photos and take control of my camera and has ability to directly call my phone numbers....sure sign me up
PLEASE FIX! The app keeps telling me that the service is unavailable and it makes me uninstall and reinstall every time I want to use it!!!
Suddenly can't log in. Just says "loading..." does me no good". Changed smartphones and still cannot login. No Bueno!
If 1) there could be a short way to log in on the mobile app; 2) I could see more transactions; 3) I could see projected balances (for pending charges) as on the regular site. Desktop site works quite well btw.
The app is very helpful in making easy to see my transactions and balance when I am out.

I can't make payments. Utterly useless liked the bold version better.
It never works. Always have to reset password or call. Then the features don't work. If they can't get a website to work correctly how safe is it. Moving to a new bank
