OUP - the slowest website in the world. The payment system is outrages. They will charge your money, and give you nothing in return. All orders are pending. My last 8-10 purchases were unsuccessful, and I tried 3 different credit cards. More than that, they don't give a rat's about their technical issues. Shame on you!
I've only used the sample books because I can't see the correct answers at all. I can check if the answers are correct or not (but only if I type my answers first - I'm a teacher, so I'd rather not do the exercises all over again every time I teach, but it would be nice to project the answers on a screen for the students to see). I can see an eye icon that should reveal the answers, I think, but I can't click it. Edit: The Classroom Presentation Tool costs 8 times the book. I can't afford it.
Mostly good, but can't access books I already have on my PC bookshelf. For example, the 3rd ed Upper Intermediate has expired. I'm a teacher and in this lockdown, I can't access the physical book (for extra exercises), but I could do a screenshot for the odd student if it was on my app bookshelf. Thanks
Great app. Amazing for students and teachers. Just wish it were faster to include books. I've been waiting for the American English file 3rd edition but it still not available to buy in the app.
This app is fantastic! The books are not just digitalized copies of the printed ones, they're fully functional. As a teacher, I've been using some of them with my students, and they're loving it! Thanks OUP!!!
How terrible to buy a course for a test and be unable to sign in to study. Why do I get this message: We didn't recognize your details. It's the same details, so how come you did not recognize it!! I sent them an email as with Android issue as you suggested , and I got no answer for more than 3 working days. Either fix the sign in problem, or get me my money back.
I'm using the correct info and can't get through. It's irritating because I can't prepare my classes. I just got through once. Horrible and stressful experience.
They are great thank you! But the last edition of oxford discovery had answers. 2nd edition doesn't. Please it will be very helpful if you add it.
Great app. offers variety of books for a reasonable price. Small issue is the pen tool isn't very convenient. The pencil is too thick
Please, make this app possible for iPhone, not just iPad. I was very satisfied using it on the Android phone, but now I've changed to iPhone. I can't take two phones in my bag anymore (iPhone I'm using, and Android just for OLB). Thank you.
It's a very good English app from which I have learnt a lot but there's one problem that I can't download the books on my SD card , so I can use only the internal memory which is not sufficient.
I'm here to ask about Oxford Advanced Learners Dictionary. I've installed the app and purchased it but the app in its worst condition right now on my smartphone the sentences and words are oversized.The app disappeared from the Play Store and I don't know whom I should talk for the issue.
I love this app because it allows learners and me to buy ebooks. It's a practical tool for teaching. Thank you OUP. Where I live is quite difficult to get such a good material like this.
the best app and website at all I interesting with the free 148 book and very want to complete all the books even if there not my level so now I read two books every day to complete all books before 31 Aug I wish that you give us more like this great gifts I feel sorry about myself because I don't know about this books and app just before five days but I'll read much more than I could
Since the last update it signs out automatically. Please fix it soon since I use it for teaching and it's very uncomfortable.
The best application for studying and learning the English language, I loved it very much, but we need to add all books or add new books automatically without the need to update the application.
Very nice app! And thank you for the free access to ebooks during the pandemic. I wish you could consider adding dark mode; that would be awesome!
Zero customer service in North America. You are out of luck if you forget your password. The automated change your password never work. Talking to human...? They either have some old people that can't help or they won't answer your emails.
It contains good collection of books but I want to save the books to my device out of the app after I bought it cuz I dont have much space on my phone to keep the books in the app.

Hello❤️ In the catalogue of oxford bookworms just in the starter we have 32 books but in the app only we have 19 books and in the dominoes same . Also the oxford discover don't have grammar, write and spelling please fix them🌹🌹 I changed my review for 5 point

Why didn't you let copy text??? I make notes in evernote, your e-books are as pointless for this as the physical copy of the book. Cabridge allow copy. From now on I'm gonna buy books from them.
I can't sign in. When I click to do it an empty window opens with just the option "close".

Not a very good start. I downloaded it as i already have an account on the website. The app installed but when I click Sign In the sign in screen is displayed off-screen on my Android phone. So - I can;t sign in and the app is useless. I've been emailing their support for days about another matter and no reply. My impression about this company is that there are some good products but they aren't supporting them at all. (Update - you can sign in if you put your phone into landscape mode - but really this should work in both modes. It just looks untested). Update2 - amusingly the representative of the company advises to email them - but since as a rule they don't answer that won't help! As of now the website version of this product is 100% broken. Avoid OUP like the plague if you care about your students.
