Why I can't pay for this app???((( When I press the Buy button then the pop-up shows me that my transaction is declined!!! I have enough money on my card to buy this app but I can't buy this app so WHY??? Please help me to buy this app!!!!!!!!

Do I need to purchase it separately. I mean, if I purchase OLAD 9th edition, does that include grammer and other apps from Oxford as well?

The Oxford Learner's Quick Reference Grammar - Android App is my favourite grammar book. I will have been loving this book.
Unable to evaluate any of the sections as all are paid, I can't pay for an app I can't evaluate.
Excellent tool! The definitions and examples are very straightforward and I find this ideal to use while I am on the go. It is well-worth the money.
The application is ok...But I can't restore my purchase because it always tells me "no purchase history found" yet I purchased it and I'm using the same Google account that I used when I was purchasing this application...Why must I pay again to use it on another device?
