Oxigen Wallet- Mobile Payments

one of the worst wallet services... 1. too slow, 2. all google play transaction fails, takes lot of time to process order... and dont know when they will give refund... and if refunded, not sure if that money can be used to buy google play card again... better go with mobikwik as it is much faster to redeem payback points and use the added money

Pathetic now a days. First of all the app is very very slow. Since the app is not responding I tried to pay a bill through the website. But again otp was not generating. Also the payment option through epaylater is not working in the app. Another issue is I am not able add money to wallet through my credit card.Overall the app is good for nothing now. No use at all. Never install this app again. All other similar wallets are doing much much better job.

l have installed few days before after that, l couldn't able to load money by any mode it is showing service not available also, l couldn't able to upload my Kyc it is showing oops something went error its total waste. l have tried uninstalling and re installing but still problem exists. If it is a error pls update it.

Good app for digital payment of bills and online recharge along with money transfer facilities. I personally think it is decent app and compatible with the modern amenities required for easy hassle free transactions. According to me use it then bear the change how much is the compatibility of the gurgaon based startup app.

Avoid this app at any cost. You won't be able to use it any where and if you'll add money then it will stuck in it. Rarely any site supports Payment via Oxigen wallet and if by chance any site supports it, you won't be able to make payment using it, I always get error message and never go through the payment.

Worst mobile wallet service ever. 3 failed transactions in past month. How worst can it get. Also, they are taking about 10 days to refund money back if transaction gets failed. paytm is 1000 times better than this. i just use this to redeem my payback points, but i am not going to use it anymore. dont need those payback points. Please update mobile prepaid recharge plans for every operator. Yours plans are really outdated.

Oxygen eat my Money. My Rs800 which was lying idle for some months disappeared all of sudden. On writing mails several times to fraud oxygen help center, every time they kept asking to provide us with transaction number. Bloody if there was no transaction done how can there be any transaction number. Bottom line is they just want to eat up your money. Fraud

The app has potential,but almost nothing opens. The app is too slow to open even with an excellent internet connection (WiFi included). Also,I am unable to find out the retailers to do full KYC as the page does not open. Please imrpove your services.

I tried to add money but most of time this app said "service not available". Very worst service. I faced this issues many time in the month and also repeatedly for all months. Regarding this issue, I complained but no use.

Worst Service of oxigen wallet. Seriously its very difficult to do even KYC of oxigen wallet and worst part is the customer care who does not even bothered about their customer and all they ask is to drop an email. I have sent all the mails and calling customer care from many days still I didn't get any response and it felt like I have wasted all my effort and time. I will never recommend this to anyone. I must say in this scenario Paytm services are way better than this.

Always getting error 'something went wrong, please try later' after opening app in very first screen. It seems app is not operational now...RIP

I had loaded money to wallet and booked ticket on irctc. then i had cancelled it and refund got credited in oxigen wallet. But it is not allowing me to transfer to my bank account. It shows as cashback amount in wallet however it is not cashback and my money is stuck up in wallet. Wallet has very harsh rules which are blocking money of users. Very cheap app.

Most of the time transactions do not go through. The money is deducted and the wallet is not loaded. Although the refund is issued, it is quite irritating. And the service is not available most of the time

I think this wallet app is no more working. Wallet can't be recharged. Its contact number is out of reach, support mail bounces back. I amazed, why this app still appears in google play store!

It's worse app. After trying for so many times it could do my mobile recharge. I was so frustrated, after completing my recharge immediately I uninstalled it.

If you give service then satisfy your customer. It's not done you debit the amount from account and not to credit in wallet. Your service is really very poor. And your customer service is also very poor.

Worst app in the total India for loading money they are charging and for that amount I am not able to buy any gift card also. That means I am loading 10 for 1000 .still they are not allowing me to purchase any gift card with my amount.

a worst app I have ever seen when you add money in the wallet amount will be debited from your card but not reflecting in the wallet. even the customer care no. not working properly and no response to email. fraud app

Worst experience u are making fool I added 4000 when I tried for transfer amount debited and showing pending for transfer then I got money after 2 -3 days when I tried for bank transfer it was not accepting again on 10th Sept 4040/- automatically debited from my wallet Still I haven't received any detail.

very bad application. waste of time and money. Most transaction is going failed and they hold the money for more than the wee. so please don't install this application.

Dear team, I just downloaded your app and wish to use it but unfortunately I am not able to upgrade my KYC documents using Aadhar no and also try to virtual id both time and error occurred oops something went wrong So I checked app review section to resolve the issue but I found million of people facing same same problems. I also tried to uninstall app and reinstalled app and also tried in other phone but problems same exist..

Very very bad App no one use it. I paid electricity bill after 12 hours bill payment shown pending. I contact customer care not any response from us.

I don't know what happened here. After updating I can't even open the app. It shows "something went wrong. Please try again". Every time this is the issue. Can't open, so can't login

I don't know what to say,i want to give it a no star value.Worst app ever,it Rob's your money don't ever install it.It will take all your failed transaction money and won't even return even if you contact them.Also never trust it's customer service they only waste your time .Please don't ever waste your time even installing it.

I have added money 1000 three times and showing transaction successful but after a few seconds transaction failed and still I have not received my refund .i have tried to contact customer care but told check and dialled again i dailled 100 times. I have sent mail also but still no reply

Not sure why this app is still available here. The company has surrendered it's PPI license and therefore no new wallets can be created. Existing customers are being asked to request a refund or spend their remaining balance. DO NOT INSTALL

totally bad experience i added money from my credit card to wallet and to add money to bank they ask for kyc which is not at all possible...i tried contacting the oxigen team but no response they only say us to email and there also no proper response and now i decided to complaint on this app😠 so people i recommend u not to install this app

Pathetic app...not able to even login to my account and asking me that my number not registered and when I tried to register it again then some sort of foolish errors shown e.g technical glitches...what a waste of time....

Worst app ever seen.. Services also not good. They just hung up the call after long awaited to talk to their customer representative and would simply disconnect the calls with out minimum manners.
