DEVELOPERS Please could you add a upper and lower alarm and auto rotate screen. The app itself is not bad. You must connect to Bluetooth from inside the app. If you have error you need to click search again and connect to Bluetooth.
App is ok, once you figure it out. You have to click the "search button" (magnifying lens) in the upper right corner of the screen to tell it which of the Bluetooth devices to connect to. Would be a lot better if they just told you this.
Works Only If you can connect quick, my meter switches off after 10 seconds so i have to keep pressing the on button every 7 seconds only to get non paired notice. Run app. Get the meter running on finger, you should have ur BT on and select Berry before you start above app. If all goes well a pop up of meter device will open in one of the app pull down settings. Turn on Beep option (opp) but handy. Should come to life after that. Meter Display is very bland, needs colour and more 3D Look
Minimalist interface. Instructions exceptionally poor. Not intuitive. Does not seem to be a way to delete users. Can't update existing users. What PI%, it doen't tell you anywhere. At best a decent proof concept, but not ready for primetime.
Frequently disconnected, once finger removed it mostly didn't connected automatically after app run once paired it must automatically connect but we have to pair manual every time which is rejected by device and then app has search option enabled and by clicking on that it's connected after two three try. Overall connectivity issue, user change is not proper and no histry data show option. Lot of improvement pending in app and device connectivity issues...
I got it to work but its very simple. it basically tells you the same information that's on the pulse oximeter. This app needs to be rebuilt from the ground up. 3 stars because i got it to work and displays the info correctly. I really wish the developers would upgrade this app. It has potential.
I like that this app works (it reads data and saves log in plain text) but the design (whole outlook and how functionality) is bad. Don't expect it to sync data with Google Fit or Apple Health. You get what you pay for, right?
Will not connect to Bluetooth with Android 9 on Moto G6 . It did connect on my older Android 6 Moto G4 and seems to be working ok. Tried using the RESEARCH button on the app to find the BerryMed bluetooth on my Moto G6 but it still did not find it. All permissions are on. I guess I can just use my G4 to hopefully record thru-out the night as I sleep. If it records without stopping thru the night then I will update with better rating.
Very minimalist app. Collects data and new data overwrites old data! About what you would expect for an app written for a commador 64 kilobyte computer. Please update this app to something approaching a post 2000 app.
I don't understand the previous reviews left by other people ? The app works and does what its supposed to do is display sp02 , blood pressure and PI index. One review says its asking for Bluetooth access / permission on his phone ?? of course it will ask this as it needs to connect to the Oximeter via Bluetooth , therefore it will need access. Stop the hate people and read the instructions before you start leaving bad unhelpful feedback. Tested on BM1000C model, works fine for me :)
How to connect Instructions: place device on finger and turn on. open app. Click start. Click search icon in top corner, look for berrymed address, click berrymed and now device will connect. Now that device is paired with phone. Next use you can click start and device should auto.atically connect. Make sure your phone bluetooth is on. Tested on Samsung galaxy s4, samsung note 9, iphone 7 and samsung tablet all working.
Works flawlessly. Connects to my BM1000C, displays measurements real-time on screen and records all the data for export. Really simple with no bells and whistles.
Please add setting to Beep when the SpO2 % drop below a set level. For example, allow user to set 93%, if SpO2 drop till 93% or below, it will beep and alert user. This is very important features. If can, let user set alert if heart beat rate below or above certain set level.
OxyCare does not connect my Samsung Android phone via bluetooth to Oxygize device. The bluetooth shows an available device called BerryMed but does not pair it to the phone. Why three different names - OxyCare App, Oxygize device name and BerryMed when trying to pair. Not sure what the manufacturers are upto.
The app starts and just sits there. The user must swipe left past the intro screens. This seems to have caused lots if confussion.
Wouldn't connect no matter what I did, tried connecting via Bluetooth and in the app but it wouldn't connect at all.
Not hood at all. Had it for three days now and cannot configure with my my phone. The operational video is not helpful either 😕. I think 8 will return it.
Confusing app on the pairing for each use?!? And it is not recognised by Google Fit, not able to auto fetch the recorded data to the journal..
Doesn't work like it said it would with the pulse oximeter from Amazon. It doesn't detect the wifi. Returning meter.
Useless! The app does not give instructions to connect to anything... And once I figured out how.. It never connects.
Easy to install and set up users (cannot then ever update or delete users). Connecting to the oximeter was fine and was in my instruction leaflet. I could display my results on screen with real time pulse rate. My data recorded to my 'chart' once only on the first use. No more data ever appeared there nor in any charts of other users. Hence this device is only useful for real time results. I probably won't use the app again. The device itself is fine and I'll use again.
