Well: as of now, the wait is over!With Oxygen Updater, you will be among the first users to update your Oxygen OS device to the latest and greatest software version, for free!
Oxygen Updater allows you to be the first to view information about Oxygen OS System updates, and directly download them to your device. No more waiting until you get the system update notification after a few weeks, just update whenever a new update is released. (requires an active internet connection).
When a new update becomes available, you'll receive a notification of it. You may then open the app to download your new system update.
Additionally, this app provides a short overview about your device specs, including your current Android and Oxygen OS version, the amount of memory (RAM), the security patch date and the processor in your device.
During the initial launch, you will be asked to select your device and your update method. These are usually set to the right values, but you are free to change them according to your likings.
There are two different update methods:
- Full update: An update package that always works
- regardless of your current OS version. However, this update is only released after everybody got their incremental update, so it is not recommended if you want to be the first to get updates.
- Incremental update: Incremental update packages are smaller update packages that are built to only update the current system version of your device. As of now, the app always shows the right update for your device and you don't have to worry about being on the latest version. (RECOMMENDED, Smaller download sizes)
NOTE: This app will *NOT
* auto-update your device. It does however include an installation guide showing how you can manually apply the downloaded updates. This update process will not wipe your device. It is recommended to read the installation guide first to avoid making a mistake during the update process.

Good app - does what it's supposed to - till recently. Now it keeps showing me 12 Beta for my Nord while my advance setting is off and selection is stable / incremental. ------------------------ Updated: Okay thanks, understand 12 is now general release so this is all good. Having said that, till a few days back it was suggesting I update to 11.1.10.10.AC01DA (full version) when I already am on the same version updated via OTA. So that is why I got confused when it suggested AC2001_11_F.11 .
The app says there is an update available but I don't see the update button on Play Store. Don't know which one is the one causing the problem, but this is really annoying. Everything else is great. EDIT: As pointed out, there is no fault with the app, it was on my end.
Does what it's supposed to do. Good communication with the user. Thank you so much for having both open source components and allowing payment to remove ads. Every app with advertising should allow payment instead. This is a great model.
Love this app. My one plus 6t was stuck on a 9.0.15 operating system. I was trying to do the updgea manually to 11 and having all sorts of issues getting the update to work. With the app I was a ble to get thy phone updated in 30 minutes.
I downloaded the latest version of OnePlus 9R LE2101_11_C.14 As soon as privacy settings changed after installing the version..My lockbox data was automatically deleted. It is nowhere in my device. There is no lockbox in the device. Private safe is there where no previously locked files are there.
I am impressed! After checking daily, for several weeks, for the Update to Android 12 for my OnePlus 8T, I found this app. It provided the solution instantaneously, and in a very easy-to-understand manner. It's now installed to watch for furmture updates. Now my hope is that this clever developer will also be able to support the new OnePlus 10 Pro China version (the first to be released in January 2022), NE2210. Thank you!
This was a good app for updating latest software. However, Android 12 has no option for local upgrade. (I've done the developer thing and downloaded the other thing but neither of those worked). So currently this app is useless
I installed this so i can upgrade my OnePlus 8 from Android 12 C.11 version to the latest available C.17 version. But this app says no updates available. While apparently there are many updates happening out there. Tried stable/beta/advanced modes as well.
How to downgrade. I have OnePlus 7 pro and updated version is 11. While openiy app, it hang a bit and then again I have to go back wait for a bit and open it. Its very irritating to use. How to downgrade to lower version? How to upgrade OnePlus 7 pro to V12?
I installed beta firmware but now I want to downgrade to previous stable version. App does not support downgrading even if advanced mode is turned on and 'stable full' is selected.
It's help me to update my latest version of oxygen os.. I have used one plus nord 2, my update software version notify me but not working, not installing, this app help me to update this in a different way.
Never ran into any problems with up when updating my OnePlus6. With my experience I would highly recommend this app. Walks you the steps to do the update on your phone. I really want a headphone jack so sadly this will most be my last oneplus phone. 4/04/22: Sadly my OnePlus6 will no longer get updates. I will be putting LineageOS on my OnePlus6.
Is there a way I can revert to the previous version of oxygen OS. The latest version is very non intuitive.
I have OnePlus 8 and it's running on oxygen os 11 and whenever i tried to download os 12 coz I didn't get official update but the app says Download error and says OnePlus pulled or removed update file from their servers what should I do..?
The updates come before we get the official ones and it works just the same 😁. But the only thing is when I update from oxygen updater the update log doesn't appear in the settings page like the official ones do :(
Very useful app 🌟 But I'm facing a problem. Unable to download the update file over wifi. With mobile data, it works smoothly. Please tell me the solution.
Not actually fast.. I see most of the updates to oneplus 8t are inline with standard cycle. No benefit of buying this app. Also after android 12 upgrade, I don't see option to local upgrade on oneplus 8t.. Making this app absolutely useless.
Seems okay at what it does but it feels kinda cheap to have ads in the app and to have to pay to remove them when it is included with my new phone that I just bought.
I cannot download oxygen 12 stable of my one plus 8 pro INDAA. Now I'm using Oxygen beta 1 and then also Advanced mode open in oxygen updater setting It's downloading , but suddenly stoping download, I tried try this .. Direct link also server disconnected.. Pleas help to download full stable version
The app refuses to download if it is not granted access to all files. Apps should not enforce unnecessary permissions like accessing all files or other potentially risky stuff.
Cannot update to one plus 9r open beta error showing that the version you selected is lower than your current system. To avoid failure in booting up downgrading is not allowed Help me to fix this error Stable update version oxygen os 11.2.8......
I'm trying to download the latest C.11 update but it's showing error constantly. Saying either you guys have uploaded a wrong file or Oneplus has removed the update. Please fix this
