Excellent. The car was as described, performed really well, and my only comments are: 1. The power phone charger cord did not work. I had my own. 2. The opening and closing app is at times frustrating, but I understand the reason for it. So not much negative and all positive. I had the vehicle for 9 days and it is a terrific service being provided and I will use it again.
Car was great, until the EV Mode wouldn't activate because the battery was too low. Fuel was also low on picking up the vehicle. Very easy to lock and unlock the car via the app. Wasted time trying to find the right service station.
Car was great, as described. Second time I have used Kinto. App worked reliably for me. Everything on the car worked as expected with no issues. I was disappointed that the Corollo did not have sat navigation as the Camry that I had for around 3 weeks after Christmas.
The app simply does not work. Glitches, can't see internet every other time, can't show any cars. Awful interface. It feels like they were in such a hurry to drop something off, to maybe fulfill some commitment to Toyota, that they sacrificed quality over speed. Suggest to remove the app, develop and test it properly, only then offer it to public. At the moment it's just a disgrace.
Good experience. Convenient and value for money. Depending on your risk appetite be sure to check insurance excess. It is hefty. Adding the extra insurance cover is my preference for peace of mind driving. This was a good way for me test drive a hybrid car before purchasing one.
So we booked a car and we went to the said area. There was NO car and we absolutely needed that car during that time!! We went to the whole area to search for it and nothing. We tried to call customer support for urgent matters but no one was answering. Will NEVER book here again
Said I already had an account? No! Tried 2 emails? Not enough information in relation too how this works! Very disappointed! I dont give any app my id & bank account details without knowing how it works!
No option to see actual pricing until you sign up with full contact details & payment method. I'm not handing over those details if I don't even know if there's a car available for the dates I need it, let alone the final pricing.
So impressed with the whole experience!!! Already looking forward to our next Kinto adventure!!!!
App rate: 4 stars Customer service rate: 5+ stars (with special thank you to Rebecca, who helped me test driving a car before renting one for a longer period; and to Tracy who helped me when the car started sending warnings: Hybrid system malfunction. Visit your dealer). App didn't work with my Android 9 phone. With Android 11 it worked, but a few times I had to close app and re-login to be able to open/ close doors. Perhaps offline mode could cover the full rental period.
App works well, support staff are helpful and quick to respond. Only issue is the communication with the car for locking/unlocking/starting can be a little temperamental - sometimes takes a few presses for it to work.
Same experience as previous reviewer, unable to select answer for the questions during registration. Also, unable to register credit card details.
Can't even create an account or reset a password. Keeps erroring.
Same as other users. Not entering my details, licence numbers, credit card info etc into some random app on Google Play prior to understanding how it works and who's getting the info. How much it's going to cost etc Not enough info provided by this "company".
Awesome way to Rent a Toyota.. all worked seemlessly.
App crashed 2 times. So I am not sure if I should be providing my personal information like licence photos to unstable sources. Uninstalling the app now.
Asks for way to much information before you can even see prices. Bloody waste of time and useless. Security concerns, potentially a risk providing details to this service, scam warning. Have reported to Google play as a scam

Why do you need my driving license details, card details and authority to debit even before i can see your fleet, its availability, charges and commit to chose you ? That's not fair and reliable.

Nothing works
Repeatedly received "validation error" when trying to sign up. Wouldn't recommend downloading until issue is resolved. The service would benefit from allowing other forms of sign up that aren't tied to the app. Spoke to customer service twice. Both times, I was told I would be given updates. Both times, I never got any.
