It appears to be for reclaiming delays. Not that I have tried to claim, it seems to have the right bits. However, it doesn't show incomplete journeys, caused by not touching in / out. Probably not helped by one TFL page saying I have no incomplete journeys whereas the journey history page shows an incomplete journey.
Tfl cam never give us back our time lost, this fab app is a slight reprieve.
Does exactly what it says on the tin. Easy to use and claim the refunds you deserve plus top up and check balance on the go.

App refuses my login details even though they ARE correct and checked on the TFL website.
No longerworks. All future requests get rejected once upgrading to pro version
Good app, takes the hassle out of checking for delays and applying for refunds in a few clicks.
Always seems to be down with the error message "will be back up on Tuesday 15:00"
Site is constantly down. Why when i try to apply for a refund i get a message no records are available. Does the App not work
On of the better apps for looking at the details of the oyster and can warn you of potential issues that my arrise with the card.
Another app that forgets my username and password. Useless, as I don't remember the password either.
Being new to Oyster I found this app takes the complexity out of finding my balance and other information.
It is not possible to use under this license condition. You should not access private information supplied by user.
Its a great app but I'd love to be able to top up my oyster from the app, in case you know no shops are open at 3:00AM. I don't know if its possible but it'd be great if it is
Great app. Refunds after annoying delays are nice & easy.
I kept getting a message saying service is temporarily available.
Lost 2 claims. If there is any problem with the service during claim process and claim has not successfully submitted, the status automatically changes to claimed and don't give a chance to re-attempt.
Great with the exception that it closes every time you pop into another ago app.
App doesn't work anymore cannot login!!! Fix please was easiest place to get refunds of incomplete journeys!

Crashes when you try to create a claim

Have yet to work out how to claim rather than waiting for TfL to log a delay to a journey after the fact. Will update the review when I am sure it will continue working unlike the many other apps that seem to have stopped working after TfL changed its site to prevent external apps being able to submit refunds...
