Great labels, most of which I know, not random brands you've never heard of before. Easy to navigate and filter function is great when narrowing down your search by say size or garment category. Delivery is usually support quick to, within 1-2 days of purchase. Highly rated this online store to nab a bargain

Worst customers service every came across,for no reason they hold ur items and delay it when u enquiry abt they ask ur very personal details even though it's already there in your profile,just don't order many items just they hold fr no reason

This app won't let me login on my new phone. The username and password fields are not editable for some reason so I can't type in them. Tried uninstalling and re-downloading multiple times with no success. Can't login means can't shop

I've been using OzSale for years, can't fault it. Customer service is great, good quality items. Only issue is with the app since last update, can't sort categories. Would love this to be fixed please

The recent update is good. I can actually save items to a wishlist. It would be nice if there was an option to confirm the checkout order, prior to PAY. It is very inconvenient to accidentally click PAY when i am just checking what's in the cart and not ready to purchase. Also, it would be nice to see the dimensions and more than one picture of the product.

I love the deals they have and I've ordered a few times with them, only once recieving a wrong product. Some of the biggest annoyances is there isn't a save or wishlist button, the cart occasionally clears itself and it can be a pain to find items when the brand name isnt listed on particular items, there isnt a confirmation button when paying with paypal, reviews dont exist and a lot of products only contain the one picture. But overall happy with my buys amd the easy scroll throu system.

Glitches show up sometimes like not updating product added to shopping cart and mix up in images of products in cart. Most annoying part is that just recently this app has started opening up a new window for advertisements and freeze my screen for 5 to 10 secs. Happens every time I unlock my phone and after that every now and then. Also at the time when I am using google map while driving. Very annoying as I can't touch my phone while driving.

Love the products. Easy returns. Only limitation is you cannot contact seller with questions so often I have to search product independently for extra info.

Great sales, easy to scroll through. Search feature is poor, get different matches on identical searches. Perhaps it's like this on purpose to make you browse? PayPal button pays automatically - absolutely needs a confirm payment screen, I've accidentally hit the pay button before and boom it's ordered. On the whole it's good though

my favourite website. Good quality and great priced clothes. descriptions are accurate. Easy return system, but check before buying as some items are not returnable. (This is clearly stated) I really like Ozsale.

It is not easy to return goods..Lost items, which they ask you to trace! photos of products for return evidence freezes. Wrong description for products then your sent what you didn't want and then you've got to go through return process. Sometimes it's easy, other times complicated. I have to get others to help.. I've been a very loyal customer for about 11 years but am at my wits end.

Love love love 👌 if you are a big window shopper from back in those days before keyboard become the new parking lot and the web is now the old mall, then this site is for you ....it's like the classified ads but on energy supps! So much range to choose from and great bargains! Only fault is when you press on an item to read more and focus, After you press back it actually takes you right back to where you started! So this could be a bit frustrating if you've got to scroll 150 items again

Cannot checkout. WTH? Items in cart just disappear when you press pay. 0 stars and I certainly hope I've not been double charged?

Ozsale has just too many good value item for money every day they come up with a better item in every department I just love shopping there and I love there our pay and all the staff I don't shop anywhere else because ozsale has everything Helen Scottney Turbill

The app freezes all the time. The customer care doesn't respond quick and after 4 days I haven't received any responses from them. You don't get any support from the app.

Great place to shop. The app always has some glitches, either unable to change shipping address or changing payment methods. Sometimes things add to shopping cart will go missing. It would be a much better experience to have these technical issues fixed as Ozsale do have good bargains.

Prices are very reasonable and attractive but the app itself is somewhat dysfunctional and not very pleasant to use. Searches are quite difficult to achieve in the search bar. A lot more work it needs to be put into this app so that it is not irritating to use.

Using for years but now the app is slow and checkout is ridiculous, too slow and unable to pay.

I've bought a number of things from them, with good savings. I've only returned one thing because it was cardigan from China and wrong size. I now check where my purchase will be shipping from, which is in the description and I choose Australia, USA or UK now. If I am doing a lot of browsing and have stuff in my cart, I always add them to my wishlist in case the cart empties, which isn't often but saves looking for them again.

The app "glitches" and doesn't allow you to send photos, which is mighty convenient when ozsale refuse to provide a credit for damaged items without a photo. Instead of giving me an email address or fixing their POS app I'm being told to go to an upload website and upload them there and send ozsale the link. This is obviously a tactic to deter customers from seeking credits by making it ridiculously difficult to seek one!

Edit - Order was cancelled, 1 month and still waiting for a refund! So disappointed After years of using this app I have a very disappointing sale. Firstly it was advertised as delivered free, but i was charged delivery. Once I complained it was refunded. Now it was due to be delivered a week ago and it still hasnt even been packed! Chased twice and still waiting! Advised it was being packed 5 days ago but it still hasnt been. Doubtful it will even be sent at this rate!

TLDR: they don't stock the items you're purchasing. Ordered 11 September. Stock to confirm once they've received it from the supplier 27 September. + shipping days. Better to buy from eBay or Amazon directly abroad as the same amount of time to get items delivered. They charge for shipping as well. So they're a big middle man company.

I love shopping ozsale. highly recommended. but the last app update is terrible. you have to scroll more and items are no longer sorted by categories. it shows sold out now too. bring back the old interface! it was simple and it worked

The deals arn't half as good as they used to be. Never buy a watch! Clothing and home wares only occasionally have amazing deals hard to pass up, especially men's suits! This site is what started my 'slight' shopping addiction 10yrs ago. Keep an eye on it. 😊

The app before was better than the updated. They need to fix alot of things. Took almost forever choosing, then got to checkout theres no pay tab or anythng. Such a waste of time! Try to contact but wont let you write message. I try to update my personal details doesnt save either! what a joke.. Very faulty, unfunctional app..

Good App, though there is glitches, like every time I go into the category I'd like to look at nothing loads. It just goes blank. Searching is easy, payment is easy. Though you can't use humm on the app, which is annoying.

sux that one cannot review the product, or read reviews. also so many products without pictures, or the fact that pictures can't be zoomed in... so it's okay... but few little tweaks can bring buyer experience to another level.
