This has been the most time consuming and awfully and poorly built claims app. Network is always down when submitting claim, pix are always reduced rendering claim as denied due to unreadable receipt. Makes me think you are paying the min bandwidth with the cloud hosting app. Even your website reduces the uploaded receipts. Very frustrating to use!
Always get to point where it crops your photos and then says "access denied". Totally useless app. Need to go back to using the fax machine.
When uploading photos it says access denied, making app completely useless. That's literally the entire point.
Awful app and awful administrator. The old group we had was great. This one is bad. Would not recommend.
NEED TO DO PDFs ON THE APP. EVERY CLAIM WITH A PIC IS DENIED YET THAT IS THE ONLY OPTION. For real, I'm never doing a dependent FSA for daycare again. The process is THE WORST. I don't get why it doesn't work like an FSA. and also if it doesn't, that should be made ABUNDANTLY CLEAR when you sign up: you have to pay for daycare twice unless your daycare is super cheap.
App doesn't sync with my account. Only showing processed claims, no pending claims. Tried uninstalling, reinstalling, no effect.
This app helps keep track of a flexible spending account. An FSA is a pre-tax payroll deduction account used for healthcare expenses and items. It works well for as much as I've used it.
So bad experience on App...pictures cannot upload, cannot crop. Always get error.
This app stopped working. When I reported it to the company they acted like they had no idea. I cannot even log in anymore. Worthless

Useful when I had an FSA, but cannot access my HSA (have to go on-line). Uninstalling.

I just tried to open this app on my phone and it’s displaying three phones that I no longer have when I called P&A group they said IT would look into it and get back to me. It’s really frustrating on the customers end that P& A group offers an app yet the customer service cannot help the customer to download the app but only tell them that IT is looking into it but IT does not talk on the phone and I cannot give you a ticket number. Srsly?
