Extremely disappointed wit this, avoid! I tried to book ticket, paid once then as no acknowledgement, again. No acknowledgement of booking again. Tried to phone p&o helpline, they were closed. Phoned bank who said, payment is in pending stage. As we're due to travel, went to Dover, they could not find our booking, so had to pay much higher price for ticket on the spot, not to mention all the stress and time delay caused by this. I have to say P&o staff in port was very helpful and tried to help.
This app is useless for me. I purchase a block of season tickets and phone to book my crossings as I need them. These bookings do not appear in the app (even though I am using the same email address) and there is no facility in the app for me to add the booking reference for these crossings.
I used to love this app, but whatever they've done to it needs sorting out quickly as it's virtually impossible to use. So frustrated trying to make a booking that I tried DFDS instead. Took 2 minutes to book on their app, having wasted ages on this one. If an app is losing you business then it really isn't fit for purpose, so why have one?
We booked a Flexi ticket. The app says Standard, which is not exactly explanatory. We have Priority Boarding. The app says Yes. I wanted to know the scheduled time of arrival - nothing. So basic isn't shown in full. Disappointing.
The app doesn't include full details of my ticket. The club lounge extra I added does not appear. A pretty basic failure really - I'll probably only use the app as a last resort if there's no other way to find my ticket details when I travel.
Please improve your handling of phone numbers! The port contact numbers should be in international format - then they will always work. Remember this app is on a mobile phone, from a random country, in a random country. I am now in NL, with an NL phone, all in English, and it says the phone number for Calais is 01304 etc (i.e. Dover, but it won't work from here!). Interestingly it shows the number for Dover as +44 (0)1304 which also won't work because of the (0). Please sort this, it's really amateurish!
Works. But pointless. Basically every link you click inside the app takes you to there website via your browser. Only thing it's good for it's viewing your ticket. Anything else just sends you to there website
This app has gone from poor to non existent. I had installed this app over a year ago. It was poor then as options did not work. Tel numbers incorrect. Came back to it today to view my booking, now it does not load at all. Why have a app that is of no help and just causes frustration. Better to not have it at all.
couldn't even create an account. kept telling me to check the highlighted box which was the password. tried numerous times with different password. gave up in the end having not used the app. disgruntled Paul.
A nice enough app but not much use unless you travel P&O very regularly. The app also does not list if any of the passengers have mobility issues compared to the web site which does
This is useless. I simply wanted to create a new booking but it insisted that I first add my trip and tickets, which I couldn't buy because it was trying to get me to add non existent things.
Sign in then the app crashes. Tried 4 times to re download, same thing keeps happening. Useless app. For a conpany the size of P&O you would think they could provide a reasonable app.
App just locks up when you try to make a new booking so useless. Tried to log in through the settings and again get an error saying can't log in at the moment. Serious development still needed on this app.
Poor app which I was invited to download prior to my upcoming trip. The app then failed to recognise that I have a trip booked. There is no way to update it by providing a booking reference so it's pretty much useless.
The app won't let me sign in with the email address and password on the account. Also when you try and look at other ships it's stuck on Pride of Canterbury. Rubbish app.
Trying to create an account and will not allow any password. Refusal to get knowledge of cruise. Hope the cruise is better than the app!
doesn't have any of my bookings on it, but then again neither does the website. luckily I printed all I need to go. the app needed some development, before going live.
Load or rubbish. Booked my ferry 2 months ago, thought I'd download app so I have my tickets at hand should I need them. App let's me sign in using my email address but says I have no booking. Soon uninstalled it.
Absolutely brilliant from Hull to Rotterdam plenty to do food good. entertainments. Good. upgraded cabins are best good sleep before onwards travel. Then a good breakfast or snack
Hopeless, doesn't recognize I have a booking yet I have received emails confirming tickets and ship. Don't ask me to contact you with the information - just get it sorted!!
Can't log in , emailed p@o no response , they don't answer phone , what's going on ! Edit , customer service team has fixed the problem , thank you :)
set up account online. booked my tickets. instructed to get the app. says my login details are wrong. very poor.
I uninstalled the app as it would not work properly. I reinstalled it and now it will not even open.
Does what it was designed for and includes some information on destinations. A decent app.
Using the email address I used for purchasing the tickets, the app informed me that we apparently have no upcoming trip.
Does not display any trips at all when booked with same email address a waste of time really.
Wouldn't even let me create an account, very buggy account creation page and bad user experience. Fallen at the first hurdle P&O :(
this app is basically a webbrowser browsing a part of their own website, nothing else.
Worked perfectly at the start. Didn't use it for a few months then came to book a ferry on the app to find the language had changed from English to Dutch. Tried resetting the language in the menu a few times. Each time I selected English but only displayed in Dutch and euros. Has made the app totally unusable. Shame as I'm a frequent traveler to France and always use this app to book P&O ferries. This as forced me to look at other service providers. A simple error as lost P&O a loyal customer.
