Hi, normally I'd give a better rating but even after updating on Samsung Note 9 to the newest version, I still cannot use the app. I either get stuck on the login screen loading for ages, or I get an "unknown error" or nothing happens at all. tried changing my password, uninstalling and re-installing, still nothing. I would very much appreciate if you guys could get the app working again! I used it quote often before this started happening. Once the app is fixed I will update my review.

I will preface this with: we love our local branch and have had good experiences with P1FCU. However. The app is spotty at best and inconsistent. The fact that they removed the option to make principle only payments on all loans except mortgage (vehicle etc) is pretty upsetting as well.... We have been told several times "they are working on it" but it has been several months. Not everyone can go to the branch easily and they charge a fee for phone payments.

Have used numerous apps for large banks, charge cards, and other credit unions. P1FCU's app beats them all for useability and features. Photo check deposit, member to member, bill pay and access to all linked accounts, good graphics to represent ballances including CDs, loans, etc.

not working at all! I moved out of state and have been trying to use mobile deposit for almost a week with no luck. I have cleared, uninstalled and reinstalled. I have no alternatives to resolve this except to change financial institutions. u had worked flawlessly up until a week ago. update!!! all better, app is back and working fine again. thank you for fixing the issue. Happy New Year!!

I was not able to log on for the longest time. When I would attempt to log on, the app would kick me out giving me an error message. After months, I unistalled the app and reinstalled it. It took me through a short verification process for my phone/device and now it works. It would have been nice to know the reason it would not log me on is because my phone/device neeed to be "verified". It was frustrating!! Now it seems to be working.

Every once in a while it just decides to not let me login. Regardless If I'm connected to the wifi or using mobile data. Even restarting my phone and wifi doesn't fix the problem. On top of that, the only way to get it to work again is to uninstall and reinstall the app.

For the longest time this app worked like a charm. Now its a constant uninstall and re-install to get in one solitary time. Tech needs to get involved and fix whatever problem exsists and soon. Nothing more frustrating when a financial app doesnt work.

I love P1FCU dont get me wrong, but I want to see my account when I want to see it. This app doesnt allow that half the time. It is very frustrating!! I feel like there is more bugs and issues with this app than any other app in general. Mobile banking is very important to me and I am truly considering banking with someone else so I can do that since this app is so unreliable.

Still crashing guys. When i go to log in, it seems as though its going to complete the login, but i get an error message saying, "an unknown error occured". Its a little crazy that these reviews of mot being able to use the app stem all the way back to july and august -__-

Haven't been able to use this app for anything for about a month or more. I put my email and password in, says loading accounts, and thats as far as it goes. Was working fine before the update. Now not at all. Deleted it and readded the app and still does it

Why does it just spin the wheel and load and load, and never loads the login screen? It would be great to just log in and check my balance. It doesn't "remember me" so I'm constantly trying to retrieve my user name, reset password and get locked out. Please become a consistently working app!

Phone's back button does nothing in app. You can't back out to main menu and once signed out you can't back out of the app... you have to hit the home button or close all apps to exit. Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra fully updated

terrible. when are the problems going to be fixed? constant loading screen. or it says unknown error occurred. this is very frustrating. I cant see what I have. cant transfer money. cant do anything. reinstalling doesnt help.

I would have given this more stars 2 months ago...never had a problem. I have not been able to use this app for over a month. I uninstalled and reinstalled and still doesnt work. Have to do my online banking through my web browser on my phone. It is very inconvenient.

So i enrolled in mobile banking because i'm pretty busy. Now i can't access my app because it crashes instantly. Why has this not been fixed? It's been about 2 weeks. Who developed this app and WHY has it not been patched? I really liked P1FCU. Time to start searching for a new bank.

This app hasn't worked for weeks. Feedback shows this is a wide problem. Where is the fix? I told the teller at the bank, she said "hmm must just be your phone". Reviews show it is not. I have sent feedback several time, no follow thru. Serious disappointment

WORST BANKING EXPERIENCE- ONLY MARKETING NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. They have applied paid upgrades on customers who haven't opted in, only to have you find out months later. Their managers are rude and disgusting to deal with. Vengeful and unprofessional- STAY AWAY. Literally every bank out there is better than this credit union.
