Tried to connect my camera with a new Samsung phone. Said software is meant for older version of Android. Tried my old Samsung phone. Wouldn't even download the software.
It worked good with Hootoo HT-IP211HDP. I did look for the original Mycam Pro Hootoo app for that camera which is not available anymore in play store so tried this app and it worked good. Later Hootoo support located and send me their original app but I will also keep this in my phone.
You are not going to be able to make any thing work on this app the camera will never connect to your device and it's a waste of time.
What is a security code and why the fixed characters, couldn't go on because it would not continue despite adding 20 characters.
Did not work. Made for older phones. No update available.
I got the material but couldn't use it because there was no bar code on the system please I need the bar code to use my device. Can anyone help please

It works fine both on network and away on a android phone but can only view when on same network when using a iPhone 6s what good is it if you can't see the cam away from home. When you home you not need to view cam to see what is going on. Fix it or stop supplies program for Apple products
To be honest its the same as the Tenvis P2P. All tenvis software seems to be a bit flakey especially when using Micro SD. Sometimes sees card but most times not. Motion detect doesn't work properly in the file system.
When I touch the add camera button the app switches off. Not much good!

but while email alert is working fine the camera stream keeps reverting to quality bad and displaying a black screen over both wifi and mobile data. camera must be deleted and re added every day to counter this.
If UID is less then 20 chars then app is useless. Rubbish
Doesn't even work with IP P2P cams that have a UID of less than 20 chars. Even with cameras that do, it's crap. Can only pan and tilt with painfully slow swipes.
Can't add by ip address. Won't accept my UID. Won't find it in scan.
It keeps sending me back to app store
Can't even set it up to connect with my Anzermo Baby Cam. Has an option to scan the code but doesn't enter the information. Can type the information CORRECTLY from the camera into this app to and it still doesn't register. Really need a p2p ip wifi app so I can actually use my camera again since the manufacturer decided to take down the cameras app. This one is definitely not it even though it's got the same platform.
