Phone aeroplane mode on, then WiFi on. Connect to 'Q7' WiFi. Start app, select LAN, click arrow next to camera and enter your WiFi details. Camera reboots and connects to router. Phone aeroplane mode off, WiFi on. Connect to your normal WiFi. Close app and restart. Select LAN and the camera should appear. Click thumbnail to view live, arrow to configure. I can't get email alarms working though, because it doesn't save email config, possibly config fails. Poor app design, needs explanation.
why on earth can it not be switched on and off as and when required instead of having to involve the internet. especially with an sd card to save data. i have 3 of these cam' pretty useless and fairly complicated. waste of money. nice and neat but frustrating. can't send back, had them for a few months.
The camera worked for about 2 days, had a temporary short power cut and now it doesn't work at all! I've spent hours and hours and hours connecting, deleting, resetting, sonic setting, manual setting, connecting by cable, nothing worked! Sick of trying now so it's going IN THE BIN!
App is complete garbage. No warning for sonic sending which is dumb and it is simply confusing. All these p2p apps are bad and none of them seem to work for this camera. I have wasted lots of time on this thing. Extremely disappointed.
What no manual or instructions? How do you know what you are doing and if you're doing it right? No feedback! No reply from requests to change password. I have had it working quite well but all of a sudden the device has decided to have a mind of its own. There are no manuals or sets of instructions for this or any other model from this supplier.and way to contact for information. Total waste of time and money. Another bad experience from a disinterested supplier.
Horrible app, period! It does not even work on lan mode, a lot of toast messages with errors, incredibly annoying sound which does not anything, a total waste of time
not working when connected to router, not function LAN only WAN can use it using user id and password.. please developer take a look for this issue, as normal using without connected to router the LAN tabbis working but on router the LAN tab is no function just use the WAN..
Only LAN works the WAN as everybody is saying does not work, registration never acknowleges it was cheap so it is worth that. No instructions how to connect from some 3rd party app
Two months ago stopped working properly. I can connect to my cameras only when connected to our lan, wan connection is not connecting at all. I don't recommend at all.
Why do I need a login and the login screen doesn't make sense or work ... Forgotten password you can't put in your whole email address it cuts it off ... This is a very fishy app I wouldn't trust it.
all of a sudden the app in all my devices says : user account or password wromg. Nobody touched it! I tried forgot pass word, but is not working. Tried factory reset, also not working. Anybody help please
MD81S connected but not picture come both local and WiFi. Previous version software was perfect. New one is not support. Vary bad Experience. Please send me how to fix the problem!!!
This do not work. I bought a diy mini camera, does not work on the app although it is the one to use. the app that is in the maualen is a chinese news app. The weirdest thing is that the camera works with app for iphone without problems
camera will not factory reset, wifi will not connect, tried both android app and Windows to get this thing to work. spent hours....don't waste your time.
Doesn't work, I connect to camera via WiFi, click on lan... Nothing. Tried via WiFi signed up and never get an email... Great 🙄
Working good. 1st installation successfull. Thanks for the good item. Now i forgot my username and password. How do i reset my username and password? One mpre thing is, the wifi connection is falure and not connected with my android device.
this is fraudulent camera not working at all! waist of time and money dont buy this ,unless you know how yo rebuilding it?? it won't connect, says offline not finding wifi? if I had read the reviews first I would never buy this?
this app was working up to 6 weeks ago now we have to register but? when I do I dont receive a email with log in details,I have emailed the developer with no response,the camera and the app are going in the bin I will never buy again.
Lousy, I tried to register the software and it never comes back with an email with information in it. Useless app if you can't get it

Just downloaded the app and went to register but I can't go any further because it keeps asking for an account number that I wasn't giving, so I tried scanning the code but that didn't work, how do I get account number so I can use my camera and change my rating?
It takes too much time to connect on internet . and when the camera is off this app show always online . plz update this app make it fast to connet
Don't work. The account info is on the back of the camera but it doesn't work when trying to login. I never received an email confirmation when registering.
used it on iphone fine except video playback but on my android phone does not even install.. has many bugs developers need to work on fixes
The app does not work. It keeps asking username and password and doesn't log in! Useless!
Keeps freezing and force closing, doesn't always connect. No update for latest Android update?!
Works fine if you are on the same LAN as the camera, but will not work remotely at all. I would suggest whatever the dynamic up service the camera and software use to find each other no longer works. There appears to no longer be a database accessible to camera or software to accounts. Judging by all the previous reviews and the fact that the developer hasn't replied to any, I would say if you have just bought this setup, sadly it will not work remotely.
