This app for some reason along with iminicam worked great up untill about a month ago. I can no longer view my cameras while I'm on mobile data. I dont know what happened but it would be great if there was a fix for this. I have different camera brands and none of them are able to be viewed while im away. PLEASE FIX!! Nothing has changed with my service or router or internet at home. Not even a VPN works. Please fix this soon.

This app was working fine until about August 2019 when your using 4G to look at the cameras it just says ''loggin in'' but when you connect into internal WiFi it works. I have emailed the developers numerous times to ask why but no reply. I hate it when there's no number to contact then or hear a reply really poor aftercare service. I've noticed also alot of people are having the same problem as me. Last software update was 2018. Will they ever sort it for the next update? Who knows?!

5 stars for a majority of the 4 years that I've had this camera. I deducted 2 stars for connection issues since August 23, like many others have experienced. It still sends me alerts when motion is detected but I can't log in to modify my settings. I will give them 5 stars again if this issue can be promptly fixed.

the app works well except for I wish it would give you a warning before you delete something it doesn't give you a warning if you accidentally hit the delete to make sure you want to delete before it does. the delete and download is right next to each other and I accidentally delete stuff I want to download!!! Update the app all the sudden stopped working for remote Viewing and now only works when you are on your home wifi don't know what happened but pretty much made my camera's useless.

Used to work well, was never a very professional app but worked and did what it said it would do, after understanding how to use it. But since around September, this app only works on same wifi connection, so with this I mean, once I leave home, I can't connect to my camera's anymore, only when I'm home and using the same wifi... Did send mails to the developer but no response. I've been searching for other alternatives that would work with the camera's I have home but didn't find yet. Anyone?

When I first downloaded the app the audio would play in the background, unfortunately that's no longer the case. The periodic frame dropping isn't so bad that I would criticize a free app, but the audio flaw since the update needs to be fixed.

Terrible. Like most of the other comments mine only works off same wifi and not anywhere else. If someone can recommend another app it works off i would be grearful RMON use to work but that doesn't either. Becareful when buying from a shop as from a show point of view it seems to work. As soon as you switch the 4G or 3G it stops

I have used this app for over 2yrs loved it and now it won't allow remote access, works great in house wifi. Needs to be fixed or I guess it's time for a new product and a different service. Sad but true.

Like other people, the app work only in wifi, after leaving the home connections lost and this mean the camera useless, it was working fine more than 1 year, but this is happen recently so i guess the issue from the server not from the app.

Apps easy to use, but doesn't stay connected to the cameras, app drains the life out ya battery my advice run it on a spare phone! Camera shows up pink so u correct it for it to not work at night with the infrared. Also u delete the files to realise they're still storing in ya memory

Been using this app for a few years - no problems. Just recently unable to access cameras via 4G externally. No network changes, other devices accessible externally via their apps. What's changed?

This app its garbage. the connection its crappier when connecting and wont stayed for long. Even if you get to connect over a router and configure your connection the connection gets lost real quick. I wish its another way to connect this little cams.

The APP no longer works with 4G. I can log on to the server, not the live feed. I assumed it was Verizon as it works on WiFi. I'm glad to see everyone is having problems, not glad everyone is having problems.

Not working since August. Contacted developer but no response. If you have Keekoon cameras go directly to their website, select your camera from the range and download their latest app. Everything is back to normal again and cameras connect outside of the home WiFi.

After a 3 month outage, the P2P servers are now operational again. The app should be able to connect remotely to the camera, but it does take longer than it used to. At times, it can take over 5 minutes to connect. Hopefully, this too will be rectified.

works great during the day but night time picture from camera is very grainy and not clear at all please advise on what to do to fix and will change rating. Also constantly getting kicked out and having to reconnect it to my home WiFi would rate zero stars if had option if dont get resolution soon sending camera back

Having the same issue a lot of others seem to be having. First I constantly had alert notifications even when the cameras were switched off and for the past 2 weeks they will only work on my wifi and not on 4G!

Hello! I have been working with your cameras for a long time and everything worked perfectly. A month ago, the cameras do not broadcast online, on the local network everything works, but on the external it does not work. I ask you to solve the problem, otherwise I will have to return your cameras and I will not buy them anymore because of this. When will you solve the problem?

This app work great when you had Wi-Fi cameras to connect. But since August of 2019, the cameras will only login if you're connected to the Wi-Fi network the cameras are on. They will not connect remotely anymore from another Network like they used to.

Just as others have noted the developer no longer has this app communicating from anywhere but the local Wi-Fi network . This developer should be banned from putting any more apps on Google play until he at least has the decency to notify the existing app user base of what is going on with this app and whether or not it's still viable and if not at least let the user base know what the status of it is.

Works well enough I guess. However this app uses large quantities of background data, even when permission to use background data is turned off in phone settings.
