Since the recent app upgraded this recent summer (2018), worse than ever! Using it for like 10 to 15 mins, freezes the entire phone. Or when i open app, my video end shows rainbow repititively. I have called customer service. Fixed the rainbow but not the freezes. I told them i suspect a bug bec its the only app that freezes entire phone instead of just the app itself. They said no, its the speed..blah blah. Well then, i am verizon customer and network coverage is very good in Phoenix. It doesnt make sense and it was perfectly fine before the app was upgraded. Oh well, i signed up Convo and its alot better.
It is not a great app. Every time your app crashed and froze, I had to restart my phone. I've tried several times to talk to the server's technical support. Nothing happens and will never fix it, as I have been waiting for a long time for an update to fix any phones that have a new phone. Come on, that's embarrassing. If you get fix the problem. Then I will return to full stars again.
For years of being an iPhone user and having a laptop from purple- I NEVER had an issue to ever use the app for calls. My phone was stolen forcing me to get another under Metro. Unfortunately it's an android and I ain't fond of it. I was able to use the app a few days before it decides to be stupid not let me use at all. Closing itself etc. My life is depending on it right now. Everything was flipped upside down all the way from assault to wiping out my bank acct and my dog nowhere to be found.
Black screen after dialing. Undo the patch please. Can't dial directly from Google Maps nor Yandex apps. Sometimes numbers I dial not showing up in my outgoing call logs. PLEASE AVOID PATCHING. UPDATE PLEASE
I give this app 4 stars out of 5. The reason for one star out is due to the app randomly shuts down in middle of a call. Everything else about this is great. The P3 interpreters are usually friendly, skilled signers, and reliable. Just please fix the unexpected shut downs issue. Thank you!
crashed lots and the picture went all rainbow and didn't show not my face on the camera.

Too dark camera on some affordable (less than $400) phones as such Samsung j3 to j10, Motorola with e5, g4 to g7, z4(super zoom). My friend have complained about it. If you have same issues, please upvote this comment as helpful and make your own review to get Purple attention and fix it immediately. Dark camera may affect 911 calls as such in car where car interior don't give enough light so it can show black screen to interpreter. I will change stars to 5 stars after problem solved. Thanks
crashes continues. old version of this app was perfect but not available for download. website does not offer practical solutions. staff doesn't know how to fix problems. in the meantime, Deaf in Prison, most of them already facing bullying and discrimination from an injustice and unequal system still cannot have access to support when they need. shame on Purple for not caring. staff answer when I called 100 times "don't know don't know sorry. problem not in our end" it IS in your end.
It's not able to be connected on this Google Pixel 6 phone. I have reinstalled, cleared cache and storage. It still shows red in settings which it's not connected.
What's going on?! I can't even make a call now! It's getting very frustrating! I updated and tried to make a call and I get a dropped call. I tried Uninstalling then reinstall and still same thing! Please get this fix or I will have to go to Sorenson!
I'm using my laptop for P3 because I still have issue with my phone when someone calling me it doesn't show who's calling, and blank, interpreter for P3 can't see me. Can you fix it? I tried everything to make it work. It seem doesn't work anymore.
I cant stand this app because the operator's screen turns grayish and there are green horizontal lines going across the screen. no one can figure out how to clear it up. its horrible.
Works poorly on Samsung galaxy tablet. Most of the time it will not make a call. Tablet is using cellular data. Support is not much help.
Used to Love It! Today I am trying to make a call and the app just closes. I can't even call customer Care.

by calling customer care it does take too long and purple customer care need to hiring more ppl to work cuz alot deaf or hard of hearing are calling and waiting too long for them to answering .. i understand all have customer have difference reason but how many customer care working there cant wait that long i need to ask about p3 installing laptop what website i go in to search for download i found one but not doing anything .. need help but putting on hold is unacceptable
What's going on with P3 mobile? Even I can't connect with VP. The screen keep went off by itself since around December 2021.

I cannot accept calls nor call out. Tells me to call customer service but I cannot since I cannot even call out. I'm stuck.
Couldn't open anything. Just p3 with white background. I did put my p User and PW. Then sudden all no dial call. Just plain white black with purple color word p3. Can't open. I'm very disappointed.
