having the same trouble too after an update, the camera keeps dropping recording for a few seconds at constant intervals and at times rebooting. however stopping all outward internet access the issue vanished. most strange - but reading the blogs makes you wonder if the issue is with the software or hware. and all these hidden bugs .. I bought the camera as means of protection - not the other way around.

This is one of the best IP apps. However, I have allowed all permissions from the app, and I've enabled the alarm sound and set the alarm type but no sound nor alarm is played through the IP speaker as it did when I've first installed this app a few years ago. The talk button doesn't work either; however, I do get sound and background noise when I click the sound icon. Can you please tell me if it has something to do with my phone, the app,or my router? Thank you!

Nothing but problems, always worked good. Lately i open the app and it says no device installed, its been days now that i cant check anything. Its taking pictures but i click to view them and shows no device installed. Rediculous, you pay for something and expect it to work right. Stop messing with something that was working rite from the beginning. Now its useless.

Unable to operate cams in HD. Important features not supported; face recognition, messaging, cloud recording, app not secured, real time unreliable, app not stable, and many more to mention that makes this app poorly developed. PTZ tracking Buggy and unable to delete preset points, no help, no documentation, website has Malware (unsafe site)

Going on year with this. I've encountered no pics taken at times for up to 5hrs apart. I have two one back and one front. Back takes up to 100+ pics. The front will take 10. Makes no sense, sometimes motion isn't picked up until you're right in front of it. Updated yesterday and accidentally pressed no nofications on the back, can't go back to turn it on. In 24 hour period I only had 2 pics in the front. Settings are same for both cameras, with the exception of my accident from yesterday.

Works well on cell phones. Not fully working on Android TvBoxes, at live stream & playback can not scroll down to lower options, please fix for fixed 16:9 screen devices. Can not select other language, translation is bad so i need to select english language but can´t. emailed images very small, not being HD makes nonsense nowadays. You have to think if something happens SD card is lost so video must be still accesible somehow, i.e. give free ftp...

It working great till yesterday. I am using this p6slite for abt a year. But from past last week its creating problem. Camera network auromatically get off many times. Plz fix this problem

I have been selling this brand from past 4 years.. It was good and user friendly earlier but now I am facing many issues.. I have sold more then 150 units to my different clients If this will continue I will switch to some other brand. Pls fix the problem. 1) device offline inspite of internet on 2) playback video skips to 5 to 10 minutes 3) very weak adaptors 4) full speed internet facility provided by customers but video buffers 5) switching to sd mode skiping to next camera

Since update not working correctly. On playback the cloud service comes up but won't let me make an account for cloud it just times out. Won't record videos just still pictures

Nice little APP, works smoothly, possibility of viewing a few cameras at the same time, PTZ and sound are available as well, the only problem I have came across is the time adjustment, does not synchronise with the mobile phone time and even manual set up is problematic.

User unfriendly, why do I need to log in every time I get an alarm? And then when I try to login it always tell me check my network and when I press the login again I do login because nothing is wrong with my network. If someday I'll really need to use it for safety I'm afraid that this is not a reliable one. It takes way to long from the time you received the alarm until the time you actually can see what's up. And why dose it take 900MB of space?

This app is GREAT! I've used this for quite a few months and it functions a lot better than I had expected. I only had 1 issued and it was resolved quickly. I have 100% confidence in this products ability to perform just as it states. I ❤ it and Thank You!

This app is useless with the SoulLife camera that cannot be hard reset. There is no alternative to gain control of the camera and perform a software reset. Junk camera and junk software to go with it.

Apps been working good until today the app suddenly needs to be able to make and manage phone calls 😠. There is no reason for this I can manage my own calls!!! The camera system I have has no need to access my microphone! Today its saying I need a new password and I cannot view the cameras remotely!

HELP! installed on a new device but can not remember password. when I hit forgot password it tells me a code has been sent to my email but I am not getting any emails. I try to sign up with a new email and get the same problem. if you want more stars fix this asap

I'm not sure exactly what's going on but I've had this app for years and I never had an issue. However now when installing the app it takes quite a bit of time to download. After downloading the app again it will not open. Then I uninstall the app & re-download it. Then once again it will not open. I have no issues from any other apps I have installed. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks you! (SAMSUNG NOTE 10 +)

App is easy to use. My issue is setting up the motion detection perimeters. The app copies the perimeter from the main camera and saves it to all the other camera. When you enter the app to make the changes it states changes made successfully but when I go back the motion detection perimeter reset to the main camera setting. Each camera should be able to be adjusted to fit the area they are covering.

Stopped working. It wanted a new security password. Unable to change to new password. App won't let me.

Recording always problem. Sd card sometime cannot detect. Cannot change quality for live and record. Lq. Sd. And hd.. not different at all. Either from size ot picture quality.

Won't stay on HD. Gives false alums around d selected areas. Really needs to listens to all other reviews as well and fix the BUGS!!!

Drops out very frequently and loses quality settings too. Otherwise would be good.

Complete Chinese junk. Slow, even the validation email is in Chinese. Gave up tring to set an account up.

Limited features and pc version (pc client) too worst and android tv version missing

Worked great for 2 weeks now all I get is please check your network settings when before I got it but could access the camera. Can't access camera at all now. I've reinstalled app twice, rebooted network. All my other cameras work and so do their apps. Sending camera back to Amazon had enough as clearly the app and is behind the scene servers cant handle or offer a consistent reliable service. What point is there in having a live feed and notifcations when you have log in and out multiple times

I can't setup an account, the verification code requires alphanumeric entry and the number keyboard only is brought up.

New version (May 2021) doesn't work. Tells me all cameras are offline. Before the update, the previous version worked perfectly. Never had any issues. Now the whole system is useless. Hopefully another update will come soon, to get it working again!

This is a rotating endless cycle of nothing!! I try to set it up it registered to all my email sent me a code once then said my email wasnt right after it just registered! Next thing I hit local it let's me scan camera QR but it redirects me back to play store app over and over! It's like the code on the camera isn't the right one it's for app iv scanned all codes found in the package nothing is working this camera sucks!! Good luck! Called support and it hangs up after about 10 on hold!!!!

Please insert SD card, even there is already installed SD card, error code. Sometime there is recorded as normal

Terrible app. If I go into the app, out, then back in it doesn't detect my cameras at all. Makes me close and re-open app every single time I want to go into it. The layout also makes absolutely no sense whatsoever

Outdated Manuals, no technical support, the email to use for it gets a server return error "The response from the remote server was: 554 Reject by content spam" You can't use the app features effectively. Why is (are) the developer(s) ignoring program bugs, why is there No maintenance, Quality assurance or a solid and intelligent developer.
