worked for a while then didn't. when I first installed app and connected to new security system it worked fine. After a week of working my device disappeared. I worked with Cathy at tech support who tried everything but still couldn't get device to connect to my app. downloaded Lite version and that is working but does not have as many features as Pro version.

Mediocre. Better than some. Need multiple emails to setup and view one system across multiple devices. Better control options would of system parameters would be nice. Sometimes stops video because of "unstable internet connection"

Very good.. Light and do what is required however missing 2 points: 1- To ability to playback in mobile with different speeds I.e. 2x/4x/8x/16x 2- The bug where users defined to view specific cameras remotely, are able to view all cameras!! And even playback!!

cannot add device, the exact same setting is able to set in other phone, but on my phone it just didn't do anything when pressing the save button. alredy clear data, even reinstall. using Redmi note 9 pro. need to investigate the issue...

Keeps losing camera connection all the time (even when Wi-Fi signal is strong and cameras are working fine). The app is slow and has boring UI.

Cannot connect after moving houses and reinstalling the physical system. It still records and functions as a system, but the app does not work at all.

Is not worthy to have this camera apps it keeps on disconnected to the network very annoing when you try to installed multiple times and still didn't work correctly. They really need to uodate the software of this junk camera.

I used to be able to watch live from a long distance by turning on the net of my mobile but now the connection shows offline what to do now.

System keeps crashing and I have to uninstall and reinstall and add device......can be frustrating at times. But working ok at the moment.

consumes battery,smooth video streaming is not possible on 4g mobile data, and notification receiving message keeps popping on notification bar we cant even dismiss it.

It works very well until I close the app. When I open the app again the camera is never saved. I have to re-add every time.

It not good at all on iPad not working at shows connecting ..... then again connecting then offline On my android it works though you have to add device all the time this app is scrap for real

for the first time used it. but for access multi channel with 2 or more phones its not function .. itsnot compactible on note 9 too.

Can we get a update anytime soon? Last update was sept 2019.... I use LG Stylo 5, i have some bugs and and been feew times black screen or the app force closes here and there. Can yu please push an update soon as it would ease my mind and my familys as well. After all this is supposed to be security system....

All well. Simple. Only fast forwarding needed at previous play back need with x2, x4 peed . Overall good. Batery consumption little more.

fix your app! Samsung A8 wont retain device info and wont learn in any of our clients NVR's. Fix it! or we start using your competitors. Uniview - Hik - Truevision would all love our business if you dont hurry...

Our experience is unfortunately very bad. We really needed this app to work and it disappointed us entirely. Horrible!

ever time try to load the app.the system tells me the app will be loaded soon but never comes .for weeks I have been trying to to reinstall my pass word.I can't get no help .Will some one hellp me This was giving to me as a gift..If I can't help I am going to return it the mod. is Sums T845m1T-RS SER.B106012

remote view much faster and easier than Hikvision especially on slow network conditions, smooth and stable

You need to fix the dam internet connection part!! Keeps going off line. My internet is strong at 980mps and I have it hard wired.and it keeps going off line. If you want happy customers fix the errors

Good app. Does what it needs too. Unable to share saved clips though. Always fails.

Live view does not retain info, if you close the app it gets empty you have to add the device in live view again. :(

Fast forward and stop options in full screen playback not available.

It was working fine for a few months now it won't show the feed from my cameras to my phone please fix app it keeps saying the cameras are offline

Only normal playback speed, no sharing option, photo disappears on full zoom on phone
