PAC-MAN 256 - Endless Maze

Game is a pretty fun, endless version of Pac-Man. Just go as far as you can, eat as many Pac-Dots, fruit, ghosts, and Power-Ups as possible. It is very simple but still requires strategy and good reflexes to get a good score. There is only a few issues with the game though. Game crashes a good amount of times, thankfully it is when you just start a game, so you don't lost much, but it is still annoying.

Over all this game is far more fun than l would have guessed. The adds are mostly optional, though l would like the ability to pay a few bucks to turn them off. The only thing l don't care for are the controls. Having to drag your finger in the direction you want to go is cumbersome. It would be far more intuitive to just tap the direction you wish to go instead. Still, a fun game though.

Pac-Man256 is a game based on the original Pac-Man. It's an arcade game, which means a simple game with simple controls and no plot. It's also endless, which means the main goal is to go far and get points. It's exciting to use quick thinking for planning routes and avoiding ghosts to go as far as possible, but I don't care much about getting points. The aesthetics are the weakest part, with great visual themes but no music at all. Taking all this into account, I believe the game deserves a 4/5.

The controls aren't the most convenient, a lot of the time you're rapidly swiping in a multitude of directions but I understand this is to stick to the classic PAC-MAN. Very fun game. I would like it if there was somewhere I could view a little description on each of the ghosts 'behaviours'. The aesthetic of the game is easy on the eye and the arsenal of powerups gives you something to look forward to. I felt a distinct lack of cosmetics in the game, however, as the themes are far too expensive.

This is a real grind to upgrade the power-ups. The bad part is that your score is meaningless until you do, because the higher levels award more points for the same kills. Lastly, the most challenging part of the game - the 256 streak - is terribly under-rewarded. Do it a few times for fun, then avoid it. You're better of using the power-ups to score those points.

Keeps crashing!? This game is a lot of fun. A cool twist on an all-time classic video game, perhaps the most prolific and well-known video game ever. However, recently started crashing about thirty seconds into the game. Reach time I try to play it the game suddenly pauses then it takes me back to my home screen. I've tried clearing the cache, I've tried clearing the data, I've even uninstalled and reinstalled it, all to no avail. Please fix this and I'll give it 4, maybe 5 stars. Thank you.

I've been playing Pac-Man since I was a kid in the 80s. Since that time, I've played multiple versions on multiple platforms but I've never encountered a version that worked well without a joystick, until now. PM 256 took about 12 seconds to get used to, but after that gameplay feels very fun and natural. I like the various power ups and the set roles the ghosts have. I've only been playing for a week, so it's tough for me to say it's perfect. But I can't name any flaws so it's 5 stars from me.

Not too bad! The random board themes are fun. Even though it says you can watch an ad for a free continue game, it doesn't always make you actually watch the ad. Which I really appreciate. I do wish that this app was a PlayPass app. I mean, come on, its one of the most classic games that is part of the few that launched us into this era of gaming in general. But over all I like this spin on this great classic.

It's entertaining if you liked original Pac-Man for it's increasing difficulty and strategies, but it's not the same, for either good or bad. Brings a new playstyle and features that keep fresh every game and if you like beating high scores it's cool. Nothing too interesting and can be pretty repetitive for some but if you like these type it is for ya.

This game is one of the best games I have played in a while. The only problrm is when I go customize my power ups, it wont let me get out, I already cleaned the screen and it still happens. Other than that bug on the game, perfection.

amazing, almost zero ads, FREE, relives the old magic in plenty of imaginative, fun, and challenging ways with lots to do. I was especially impressed how well the controls are at responding quickly and intuitively. and there is much more than enough replay value for me to keep playing for a long time maybe too long haha. thank you to the developers to the developers and publishers! Addictive, unique take on the endless runner subgenre, walking the line between nostalgic, or retro, and innovative. Different unlockable themes, including a "shuffle themes" option, keep things from getting monotonous. Unlockable power ups also incentivize coming back. Unlockables can realistically be obtained through gameplay. That is to say, there is NO pay to win scenario, here.

Good game but recently it has been crashing. Ill enter the game, and less than a minute into playing it'll start to stutter and then just freeze all together. Then closes the app. This has been a constant thing for a few days now. Once this is fixed then its easily 5 stars

Fun, but the difficulty curve appears to be time-based, making it a pain quickly. So the longer you have it installed, not how long you've played it, makes the runs shorter and shorter as ghosts become more plentiful. While they do unlock more power ups, they don't seem to make much of a difference in the long run

Always loved the game on ps4 and it converts PERFECTLY to mobile format. The ad system is one of the most forgiving I've ever seen in a mobile game too. That's key for me. You end the round and if you want to continue your run then you watch an ad. If not just keep playing a new round with NO FORCED AD! They will run you an ad every 10mins or so bur you can close them within in seconds. 👌 highly reccomend

Now that I have a phone that can play this I'm kinda hooked, but that's just Pac-Man, you tally can't get more addicting than one of the hottest arcade games your parents enjoyed in the 80s while you played it on a collection on the Gameboy advance or something. Took 2 stars off for two reasons. 1: It didn't work on my note 9, don't know why but now it works. 2: While the ads aren't pushed too badly there are still plenty of deceptive ones, don't hit retry or continue on the ad, please.

Pac-man is a funkin legend. Classic gameplay in this retro style ghost munching extravaganza. Takes a lot of plays to make progress but well worth a go for players old and new. Could do with a few more game modes but I'll cope.

Great game!! Really love it I play it everyday. I just had one problem an ad for Crossy Road came up and never got off my screen so I wasn't able to play another game without a bar advertising Crossy Road. But I can easily just quit and get back on. But other than that little problem game is great!!!

So I like it but I have 2 issues or suggestions depending on how you look at it. Firstly, power ups are cool, but sometimes I just wanna play classic, they should have different available game modes not the same exact 1 every time, that's why Crossy Road got old in 2 seconds. And there should be way more challenges, you can only go to 256 dot chain, make that longer, put it on the leaderboard etc. Show variety, not more of the same. But still better than the actual mobile pac man game by FAR

Out of the whole Pacman for iOS game repertoire, this is the less "scammy" one. Unwanted adds seldomly appear, and the in-game purchases are cheap. Furthermore, the base game is pretty fun. All in all, one of the better phone games. It loses points because the high score tables are dominated by cheaters, and there ARE some pop up ads when you start playing, but they eventually vanish.

Okay, games idea is great, execution is great, gameplay is great. I would however have a suggestion. 1: With missions regarding powerups, have the power up spawn even if it's not in the active list, it gets tiresome changing the load out. 2: load the adverts before loading insane music files or reload them afterwards. Whilst adverts are rare, when they load up the game goes silent making it harder to play.

2 stars because it is a fun game, but the optimisations for my phone, the moto razr 5g, are garbage. It keeps the games aspect ratio the same, and pushes it all the way to the top of my screen, so that there's about an inch and a half thick black bar on the bottom of my screen.

This is such a great game! If your looking for a game to pass the time this is the game, it doesnt have daily challenges instead everytime you beat a challenge they give you a new one to beat! I dont like how expensive themes are but its still fun. If you had mutiplayer it would be even more fun but its still a great game!
