App is not user friendly, terrible instructions on how to use (please add pictures please), hard to find parking locations (would be a good idea also to add picture of the actual bike rack!) Some racks that are on the map are not actually there. And if you leave the bike there (or even at some actual racks) it tells you it's a wrong location and there will be a fee..

Terrible. Refused to recognize my email address. Refused to recognize my password. Hit "forgot password" to reset. Never received any emails to reset password. Tried to open a new account. Claimed both of my email addresses already had accounts. I've only used this service once before and definitely didn't register multiple email addresses. Thanks for leaving me stranded.

The idea was great, but after actually getting a subscription it started to act weird. Wouldn't unlock bikes right next to me or show all the bikes as available to unlock. Also we just went through a hurricane and I understand cutting service for the safety of individuals and the bikes but it's been over a week. I use Pace to get to work, why are there no bikes available? The few that are close by and available aren't even there! Wouldn't recommend this app to ANYONE.

the bikes are fine, but the locking/unlocking process is just horrible. had to call support two out of for times using it. costumer support is unfriendly and not helpful. and even though it is pace who completely messes up the locking process they hold you responsible for any damage to unlocked bikes. using those bikes was more nuisance than fun.

downloaded/signed into app yesterday but today it said my password was incorrect. reset the password but the new password was still incorrect. manually exited the app/opened it again with no luck. uninstalled/reinstalled the app. still no luck. tried resetting the password again, multiple times (using both wifi and own data in case that was the issue). still nothing. reached out to the customer service and have yet to hear back. paid for month subscription that cant even use. I want a refund.

Every town using this company should dump it for literally any other brand of bikeshare. Worst bikeshare app ever. Horrible in every aspect. Would not find any of the 12 bikes I was right next to while trying to rent. Took 10 minutes just for it to connect to a bike. Returning the bike was even worse. My wife and I both had issues. It simply would not register that the bike was locked, nor connect to it to return. We both ended up having to return the bikes at the 'there's a problem' screen.

Someone Does not Care so you've increased the price by 400% in one season.. (and the bikes are in shambles 95% of the time I see them out on the rack.. >:/) all in an attempt to push people into an overpriced membership.. also an issue with locking to hold the bike: kept getting an error message, it ended my trip at a place that was not a pace rack.. I won't be renting them bery much under these conditions.

lots of problems. l was unable to update payment info, and upon contacting customer service to have it fixed, their response was appalling. i was told that i should try to log in on a desktop computer. this seemed silly considering the app functions are entirely mobile, so it logically should be able to function on mobile. more frustrating, is that customer service was unaware that the website does not offer a login option, but instead has links to download the mobile app, leaving me no help.

Does not work! I tried for 20 minutes to rent a bike and the app either said that there were no bikes available, even though I'm standing next to 6 of them, or the Bluetooth connection failed when I tried to select one. Nice idea, but horrible software.

It's an amazing idea that is horribly implemented. I have had problems with bikes and the app. The app is very not user friendly at all. All of the bikes were great but they had problems interfacing with the app. I was actually suspended because two of my bikes would not lock and the app told me to just leave them for a technician. I followed all directions accurately and was banned because of their faulty system. Really a disappointment because they run the bike system in my city.

Very spotty... some days it works well, other days not. Very poor customer service, you cannot reach anyone by phone. This has the potential to be a great service, but the bikes aren't maintained often enough, and like I said the service is lousy. Their $9.99/month plan only covers 30min rides...then they charge you $1/15mkns...gets to be expensive. Time to buy bike and rack.

This is the worse app I've ever seen. Signed up, then it won't let me log with the password I just signed on with. Took the forgot my passport option, it says email sent and nothing sent, even in the spam. Tried to use a new sign up, it tells you your phone is locked to the email you cant sign on with. Called customer service, they said they can't help me. Sent support an email, no response.

I've spent months trying to get the app to work but it's just simply unstable. Bikes are never where they say they are and when they are, the app goes from seeing them to making them unavailable. I've lost count of the dozen plus bikes that weren't where the app claimed they were. The app crashes often and takes forever to lock a bike up. Now my account is suspended because a bike wasn't found, when the problem is that the bikes themselves are so glitchy that anyone who felt like it could just go take one and zoom off. There's no good way in the app to report lost, stolen, or broken bikes without being put on hold for ages on the phone. Good luck with that when my job lets out past midnight and I need a bike to get home. Terrible app.

Please hire some better developers and improve the app. You have a really nice idea, but horrible app. There were no bikes available near me, the map was showing that the bikes were placed approximately 1 mile apart from me. I walked to that location and did not find the bike. There supposed to be multiple bikes at hat location. I found none.

It just keeps crashing and crashing and crashing. Have to try multiple times over and over, clearing cache, clearing data and re-logging in, until it finally opens.

• Bikes were comfortable and worked well on the ride • Locking and unlocking was inconsistent, both at official Pace racks and public racks. Often times the bike wouldn't accept the lock. • The app charged against your credits while trying to troubleshoot the locks. Overall, not an experience I would recommend.

You should not have to force stop, uninstall/reinstall or check your GPS/Bluetooth settings anytime you need to get a bike. If the app is saying there are 2 bikes available at thay hub location, then they should be there. All of the other bikeshare and scooter services have not been this broken. What a waste of an opportunity.

I am without a car and a distance from a bus stop. I depend on rental bikes. I have had nothing but problems with this app. I have been overcharged and have been late because bikes confuse lock and unlock functions.

my phone was unable to connect to any bikes. restarting phone, re-installing app, and turning bluetooth off and back on did not help. was unable to use the bikeshare due to these issues. very disappointed.

Setting up accounts was difficult for myself and friends. Once we were able to buy time credits, we couldnt actually unlock the bikes as there was no keypad for the electronic lock. Spent a few bucks to try and open a lock that had no key.

Don't use this app! The app really sucks, it says there are bikes when there isn't any and it doesn't show existing bikes. You can almost never find a bike at the Pace bike racks. This problem has been going on for over a year and it still hasn't been fixed.

The prices are lies. It says 1.00 for 15 minutes. I used a bike to get home from work one day and it took about 25 minutes. Charged me 3 dollars. Unless my math is incorrect 3 dollars should have been for a 45 minute ride. I'm never trusting this again.

One month after uninstalling the app I was charged $500 because the bike was lost. Now my account has been suspended and I can't confirm I used the bike or where it was left. Now I'm being robbed (probably along with everyone that ever used the bike) because they lost their bike over a month after I used it.

The fact that we couldn't use one account to rent two bikes ended up throwing a wrench in our plans. 😞 I hope this feature is added soon.
