I've never written something like this in a review but... I love whoever wrote this app :-) Gets to the point in 0.2 s. No long annoying splash screens. The free version didn't even attempt to extort my money (the reason which made me buy the pro version after 15 seconds of thinking). Super reliable, simple and 100% effective. I was looking for something that would let me take some breaks during normal meditation to do some controlled breathing, for example our most natural pattern - continuous 5.5 s inhale, 5.5 exhale. This app lets me remain in silence, fixing my rhythm by vibrations, and just... works perfect! BRAVO. A lesson to all developers how to make useful apps!
The free version was useful enough for me to pay to upgrade! (Thank you, Developer!) I'd love a metronome or tocking sound on the beat for inhale/hold/exhale as visual cues aren't helpful for me when working on breath control. (Please, Developer?) :-)
Good app. My RFE suggestion is to add a voice prompt for "hold full" and "hold empty" so i can know the hold points without looking at the screen. Dear Developer, If there is a way to do this in my current pro version please reply. Thanks
Pro version should have 200 sec for "hold", I'd like to see that add on soon. App is excellent - simple, serious and stable.
Really cool. After downloading a lot of breathing apps. This is the one I like. I hope they will add 120 more seconds to the hold of breath option for the serious pranayama practicioners.
Great app. In silent mode screen keeps on going off..please have a keep screen on till session timer is complete
I love this App. This practice is very calming, works well for a coherent breathing practice.
Simple and has the essential features.
Simple and efficient app. Thanks.
The app works great! I love the design & features😍😎👍🤗
Great for diaphragmatic breathing exercise
Clear and Concise - Simple and Effective
Easy to use. Thank you developers.
This is all the meditation I need. Would hate to live without it.
Allows me to knock on the sky regularly.
Great but never updated.
Works as it's supposed to
Good app + since I found it, have yet to find 1 that comes as close to its promise-In/Hold/Ex/_HOLD_ are there+ customizable. All other apps miss 2nd vital hold!! 1. Unfortunately voice doesn't call out Hold which is serious. 2 Currently no export/bkp to phone (btw devs, NO internet permissions required for that). 3 Save voice/tones w/times needed. But if you know beforehand +it doesn't matter, this is best breath meditation app I've been able to find. Still awaiting fixes, hopeful.
Excellent App. The ramping feature makes it infinitely better than the other popular breathing apps I've tried. If you try to replicate the blood pressure reducing properties of paced breathing with other apps, good luck - with no ramping you'll spend your time messing around with manual configurations. With Paced Breathing - set your start pattern, set your target pattern, set the time and set the ramping. The app will gradually lead your breathing into your target pattern.
Nice tool to train breathing and breath holding for freediving. I'm a big fan :-)
... but my existing presets were deleted when I upgraded. Now I have to reconfigure everything from scratch. Otherwise works great for breathing and super slow reps. Going to change it to 5.
I purchased the pro version because I wanted the voice. The voice only comes with breath in and out no holds. I have no idea when to hold :/ it would be really amazing if you guys could add it.
Abandoned app. It is good but the devs refuse to update.
Very easy to use, highly adjustable, nice clean design. I use it daily.
I use this every night to help me wind down and fall asleep easily.
With Galaxy s5, Android 5.1.1 I can't get the app to play sound. Otherwise good app, fits it's purpose.
Excellent breathing application. Just what everybody needs.
Best of its kind!!
Bought it for the binaural sounds. The free version impressed me, had all the required functions of a breathing app. Thanks so much for making a proper app. I've played with various breathing apps over the years and they often had flaws or didn't have all the required functions, like the sound/vibrate continuing in the lock screen. Or having annoying breathing sounds, that's surprisingly common in breathing apps, harsh sounds. The old Pranayama app had the best sound design but crashed
