Easy to deposit without go to the bank
It works really slow

Pacific Bank online is safe and fully organized,
Snap Deposit makes too loud noise [when taking a picture of a check] to startle you. It will be nice to hear soft, pleasant sound [when taking a picture].
Malfunction
Now that they have Incorporated mobile check deposit into the app, it's perfect for my needs. I love this bank, and I love this app Update: Mobile check deposit is broken. The "image capture" screen does NOT match the final output. For example, if you try to keep the check in the lines, the picture will show everything about 3 inches outside of the area that was supposed to be captured. If you try to submit that, it will be rejected. Get ready to take a lot of pictures before it's just right.
Easy to use
Who the hell designed this 😂 I went to reset my password. I answered all the security questions and confirmed my identification and when it's time to rest the password it requires me to enter my old password 😂😂😂
