Amazing! I love the whole experience. I have a few tips, one Unity developer to another. Please, don't take this personally or meanly. Firstly, the Particle System has a simulation space setting you can use to make the particles not be adjusted by the Game Object's position that's spawning it. I mention this because the trail behind boats are moved by the position of the boat generating it. Another way to improve that effect is to make it spawn via the distance the boat travels.
This game is bad, it's Atlantic version (Atlantic fleet (British and germans)) is 10x better than this: 1 problem (compared to Atlantic fleet) is that you cannot see underwater, whether its subs or tops, 2 thie single battle only allows 1 destroyer. 1 cruiser and 2 freighters and that's it for any of 3 slots. 3:lame and Terrible graphics not to mention the amount of settings available, there are others but these are the main problem, please developers, please make this version like its Atlantic
I literally hate this game! Torpedos turn in different places!?! How is that historicaly accurate?! And even so i try the arcade mode the torpedos still goes where it freaking wants!!! Torpedos in real life doesn't turn even in inches! Only in parallel!! I recommend don't play this if you have a bad Time it's just frustrating! And we'll you may say why just try the premium version? Well it have the exact same thing just gain access to more ships and it still has the torpedo problem!!!
Okay so I've edited my review because I finally figured this game out. Pros: Takes place in the theater of war my country took part in(no American ships in AF). Graphics are pretty good. Cons: If you are already familiar with Atlantic Fleet this game will seem less challenging. Wish PFL was given the same controls involving play as AFL. The extra move to press "next" gets annoying real fast. Damage is set way to low for torpedo hits(takes multiple torpedo hits to sink an unarmed merchant ship).
I love your Atlantic fleet, so much that I got the full version. This is more realistic, but you need more ship options, and you need to add in some of the controls from Atlantic fleet to this so that it is more playable. Still, I'm thinking about getting the full version of this also.
I had the game a few years ago, decided to download again. This game Aged BADLY, for 1 I forgot that the shooting mechanics on this game is basically just guessing and fingers crossed you hit something, Someone said this game is easier than Atlantic fleet lite, but no. This is harder. Still the game Is just how I remembered and still works as it did. I do not recommend Downloading this if you are not a fan of guessing games. Atlantic Fleet Lite is overall better.
Its a great game, not to realistic but does involve alot of destruction. The only problem i have with it is the fact that even the enemy destroyers are such wimps which doesn't make the naval combat as fun without a challenge
I enjoyed it, but dont like how in arcade, you have a budget. Torpedoes are also broken, and well, there are some features from its sister game that is much needed like the map function. Submarines are also broken taking a whole turn to surface/dive.
I like this game but it just the battes are not realistic enough instead of having one vs one you should have like a whole feet from both sides fighting that would be awesome
The controls for the game should be like the Atlantic fleet, you should definitely update this one with better graphics and controls equal to Atlantic fleet I think people would pay for that..
I am sure this is a good game. However, there are entirely too many options and controls for me to enjoy this...good luck. cant even fire at another ship in range,,,cant aim at anything. will uninstall.
This game really is pretty fun. I do enjoy simulation games like this but after revisiting this game after i bought Atlantic Fleet, this game has aged alot. Maybe if this game was made into a sequel and has the same mechanics as Atlantic Fleet it would be better.
The torpedos are always swerving away from the target when I have it lined up. If I launch a torpedo at the right of the enemy ship, the torpedos swerves right a lot more than it should. I do not suggest downloading this game, for it will be a waste of space.
I think it is not like of atlantic fleet... 'cause you cannot see the ship below its waterline... and you cannot see the submarine if it is submerged....it needs more improvement..
Garbage, because the torps go left when i need them to go right and vis versa, graphics are ok but not as good as atlantic fleet, i was just looking for a pacific game i wish i didnt search, the game has potential but thats all the game has to its name, and i am not going to buy a game when the demo is trash
Really fun game, I have the full Atlantic Fleet game, but thus is soooo outdated. I wish you could remake this game based on Atlantic Fleet control and graphics.
Bought Atlantic fleet for 3.99. Incredible sim. Best on play. Downloaded Pacific fleet. Not nearly as good as atlantic. Played the demo, and I won't be upgrading to full version for 5.99.
Can't get past the touch screen to adjust view. Looks like it's not compatible with Samsung tablets.
I was sad that a game with mord potential the Antlantic Fleet was much qorse than it. There was less freedom, and I thonk that if they changed it to be like the previous game it would be better
Graphic not to bad. Offline. Understanding the game play need some work over all not bad except that you need to get the full game somewhere
I just love this game and the other fleet game but i hate the fact that we cant play for long also why lite u can just make the full free and make some items buy from real money not the ingame ships but like german ships but im starting to hate this game pls make the full free
great concept, but if torpedoes were that inaccurate subs would have been useless. a malfunction now and then is one thing, but every shot?
This is terrible.there atlantic fleet game is great in this game the barrels on canons does not mean the number of shells.so you have a twelve barrels ship bit you fire only four shells.
i hate how the torpedoes drift. and when they hit, it is always a dud. i cant make any renown, so i cant get the equipment i need. hate this game.
Lol. What the hell? You are thrown into the game with not a clue about what's going on. Game makes no sense. Played 2 minutes and uninstalling. What a waste of space on app store.
Game deserves five stars. But I gave only one star because I cant play full version of this game because game isnt available in my country.
Almost unplayable with the trial. All you have is a sub which would be great if the torpedoes weren't absolute garbage. I can understand a dud every now and again. That would be historically accurate. But lining up a shot that us almost parallel with the target just to let it swerve and score a hit? Ridiculous. That said, the graphics aren't bad and the controls are easy to figure out.
