Unable to make payments. The app keeps putting a comma instead of a decimal point between dollars and cents. When I change it to a decimal point it is changing back to a comma every time I try to submit it. I am assuming that the comma is the reason for the error message I keep getting every time. I have no problem making payments on the website!
I just want to pay my bill, stop making me jump through all these hoops just to login. My experience today: open app, have to update app to login, after update it removed my saved login, type in again, says it updated security policies so I have to change password and doesn't let me login, I go to desktop to change password, doesn't like the passwords I try, have to come up with weird password that fits their criteria. All just to pay my bill which takes 20 seconds on other apps.
It never allows me to sign in and only does fingerprint 2 out of 5 times I try to use it. This app has a lot of bugs, and doesn't work properly I'm surprised that they haven't take it down and tried to relaunch a better version by now.
So they just don't want to get paid or what? These dumbasses updated this app; then I wasn't able to log in because my password was no longer secure enough. I clicked the button to have my password reset, got the email, clicked the link, got a page that said the network wasn't secure, so I changed from my personal wifi, to my cellular network, got the same message, continued anyway, got a page not found message. Now I have to call I guess?
I literally only came on here just to say that I ended up getting rid of the app as fast as I downloaded it, thinking the payments might be made a bit easier. However, for a company with such a monopoly on people's power bills, they make way more than enough money to be able to afford a payment service that doesn't force me to add fees to an already-exorbitant bill cost, or have to share my info with not one, but TWO other websites just to pay the dang thing. I use apps and websites to pay ALL my bills and this is still the ONLY one that continues to charge me to pay my bill if I don't want them connected straight to my actual bank account. Step it up. This is silly.
I thought it was convenient at first, it was handy in the beginning and I had no issues, now it won't let me log in and it keeps saying my user i.d is invalid same goes for the website as well. It would be helpful if it didn't have so many bugs, definitely think they should have I.T or admins take a look and see how they can fix it.
They fix it then they can't leave it alone. They have to fix it again and break it. I don't like who they have for a processor either. They're old school. They don't save you any time with double entry, retype a 12 digit # from a earlier screen on the computer, then time out.
Can never pay my bill thru the app anytime i try to enter my exp date for my card the calendar is blacked out wont accept anything i put in and i cannot move forward so i have to use mobile browser to pay my bill. Fine for checking how much is owed/basics for your acct. But i wanted it to pay my bill :/
Absolute garbage. System never recognizes my password so I have to reset it everytime. Only app that doesn't save the Biometrics settings. If I could rate this app negatively I would.
This was a great app until the update. I can't login or change my password. It can't find me, but if I put in my old login info, it tells me there was an update and I need to change my password, so I must have the correct information.
I can never get through on this app. It is very frustrating! Surely you make enough money from us to hire someone to fix your app!!! DO YOU EVER READ THESE REVIEWS?! You must feel customer service is not important since electricity is not an option. How good of you.... Fix your app!
I have attempted to install this app about four times. Every time I get to the point where It sends a link to my email to verify.. I click on the link, enter my information, and it says that it's not valid. Very unhelpful.
Will not allow me to pay my bill. I get to "Terms and conditions" click on the agree button it takes me to the Google doc itself, but after going there when I click on "I agree", it sends me back to google doc. I can't get to the point I can pay my bill!! Hope that works for Pacific Power!!
For the most part this app makes the info I'm looking for or what pacpow is sending out to their customers/community, very easy to find, simple to go thru and pretty convenient. I wish they'd be more complete vs the online site, website is still the best source for the very detailed information/more complete sources.
i tryed to create an account, they tolf me they would e-mail me a confirmation code. I never received the email. then when I tried to recreate the account, it said the account already exists. so I tried to sign in, and it says the account does not exist. Just uninstalled it.
awful. will not let me sign into my account but can do it online. tells me I need a valid username and password. have tried multiple times. yet when I sign in online my username and password works! fix your bugs if you want people to use your app. this is ridiculous.
Can't even change password, the power must be out when using the app. Might as well call.
Unable to use the app at all. The "link" they sent to my email was not a link at all. Once I finally got to the page they told me to go to I was told the page could not be found. Can't set up an account online either.
It never saves my information and when I try to enter my information again, the expiration date of my card won't take. This prevents me from making my payment. Very frustrating!!
Just downloaded it when I called regarding an outage at my home. Looked up the map where outages were. It had a large red dot on my home area so I touched it and it gave lots of information about the outage! Really liked that!
If I could give it zero stars I would. It says I need to reset my password every month and why even have biometrics as an option if I never get to use it.
I wish we could leave NO STARS one is too much. New up date will not let me in after updating! it keeps telling me to UPDATE.. I DID!! STOP UPDATEING SOMETHING THAT WORKS..!!!!! All of a sudden I can't open..Yor just a little power company, you don't need to UPDATE ALL THE TIME.. LEAVE IT ALONE!
It won't let me in the app says it needs an update but won't let you update just goes to open app this is crazy why can't people just leave things alone that don't need to be fixed it was working g just fine 2 days ago
WORST APP EVER. Developer should be ashamed of this mess. This is a terrible app. I log in monthly, to check and pay bill. EVERY month the biometric password doesn't work and has to be reestablished. It works when I finish, but not later when I return. So tell me again, what is the point of setting a biometric password????
