Pretty good. Just needs to be a little less buggy at times. Edit (04/19/2022): The app is working much better now. I think the app could also benefit from a redesign, with a little bit more of a modern & refreshed look. Sometimes it doesn't log me in or my screen just goes white/blank. Other than that, it's great.

My previous rating was 1 star because after an update it'd hardly ever load correctly and often not work correctly. I uninstalled and reinstalled and it has (so far) given me no issues. Will update if it happens again. App is great otherwise, highly recommend this CU to anyone looking for a place to keep their money; helpful and friendly staff. App works well. Every single problem I've ever had (with that being very few) has been resolved easily in my 13 years with them.

I increased the rating to 5 stars. It is very easy to use, and the finger print login is awesome. Still works well, but a bit slow loading lately, especially on my iPhone. I do not know if that is an issue with the internet or the app.

Very clean look and easy to navigate. Easy to manage your accounts. Sometimes when I do a transfer with the App I have to do it twice before it goes through. Not sure of the issue. Otherwise I'm happy with the App. Thanks!

I like the overall layout and functionality of the app. However, when depositing, the instruction of what to write on the check should come before the part where you photograph each side. It's not visible until you're ready to submit. The photo taking part could improve. It doesn't allow the flash so, I always struggle with lighting it. I have joint accounts at Wells Fargo & Oregon Community CU. Both automatically activate the flash and snap the photo once its lined up. Quick & no frustration.

Worst app ever. I get an error every single time I check the "save username" box. Half the time when the app logs me in, it is just a blank screen with a blue "bill pay" tab at the middle bottom of the screen. I know there were a lot of security breach attempts forcing the app change but it is nearly impossible to bank with this new app. I often just open the Internet and log in that way.

I've had this app for two years and I started to have issues with it last fall. I'd get locked out of my account and have to call customer service to unlock my account despite me always using the correct password. For the last month and a half the app has completely stopped working. When I sign in, the page is completely blank. I have to log into my account in an internet tab because the app no longer works. I even deleted it off my phone and redownloaded it and I'm still having the same issue.

Update 1/20/21: New interface looks more streamline and nice. That's where the good part ends. Everything is still slow and doesn't load. Quick balance doesn't work anymore. Fingerprint doesn't work anymore even after re-enabling. It never remembered my user ID before this update and continues to not remember it. The update broke fingerprint capability and quick balance. I now have to manually type in my ID and password every time I want to check my balance. Very inconvenient.

The version before this update worked perfect. No bugs, glitches, or crashes. This new update, dog 💩. App constantly crashes, I cant transfer money on the app without a bug appearing that bricks the app. Constant white screen with pacfic logo indicated it finished loading but nothing was there. They didnt even add anything but resolution to the update either. No new features or anything. All it did was cost time and money for a worse version of an app

App works fine for me on Android. Rarely have problems, but closing app and retrying or restarting phone usually fixes the problem.

It has its days when it doesn't want to work and when I try to reset my password or unlock my account, I receive an error that my identity cannot be confirmed! Then I have to call customer support which is a 15, 20, or even 35 min call

*update* increased my rating 1 star. The app seems to be getting a bit better and PSCU service is generally quite good. Buggy - rarely loads properly and I have to uninstall, re-install or just end up using the website.

Update since August 8, 2021: No improvements - Just hot Air!!!! I am in the process of leaving this CU. Mobile app doesn't work with Andriod phones. CU is UNwilling to FIX the problems! If you want to do banking with an Andriod phone -- LOOK for ANOTHER CREDIT UNION.

Difficult to login. Very slow. Login failure responses multiple times before I can actually login with the same exact info I used when I received failure notice. I have deleted and reinstalled this app more than once and it still is super slow and unresponsive. Not very happy at all!

The app will not open properly. The app produces a notification that states "page not found, the connection is untrusted" I have tried to uninstall and reinstall the app. I can no longer use this app for mobile banking. I also have Verizon Wireless as a wireless carrier.

i travel a lot, and do almost all financial stuff on my phone. This is a pretty good app, much better than my local bank. I can move money, check all accts and loans and even FICO score, and just downloaded my tax stmts. One thing would help, make those stmts .pdf instead of .aspx so that once I have them in Dropbox I can view them without having to change filename.

Horrible! I've had my account for 6 yrs and I haven't had one good experience. My pin never works and when I call the bank they tell me they will send out a new card. The card comes but the new pin number doesn't. Then when it finally does come the pin I choose AGAIN doesn't work. I've emailed customer service a dozen times. Nothing ever changes. I have literally not used my ATM card now for 6 months. I am going to change banks now.

The whole purpose of having an app like this is to avoid having to put in username and password every time you want to check your account but this app doesn't allow you to stay logged in. The app crashes constantly and often doesn't load. Going onto to website is just easier

The app allowed me to do the update in google play store, and now it works great. Just needed to enable the quick balance again. . . . Previous review: Quick balance feature just keeps loading, and this is after the update just occurred. Not sure if they are still working out kinks or what??

I had to remove some stars. The app stopped remembering usernames over a year ago. I emailed the app developer and they said they are aware of the problem and are working on it. It still isn't fixed after several updates. I'm getting tired is inputting my Username every time. I don't have to on my company iphone.
