Would be 5 stars, I love the app but the notifications and reminders don't actually work until I open the app and they all pop up. Could be user error but I can't figure it out and all permissions are on. Also, for the therapist section. It is saying there is only one provider and they have no availability. This is a little frustrating, and I would like to see more availability and options here especially since it is telehealth.
The app could be good. It gets stuck and I have trouble advancing to the next activity. I've had to.do some activities 3 or 4 times before it moves on. I like the concept and mixed media. I'm just disappointed and frustrated.
I can't afford this on my own so I tried to find my insurance provider. I find it annoying that it comes up as an option but then I get a message saying Sanvello isn't available through my insurance provider. Maybe don't let it pop up as an option? It gets people's hopes up. It's like saying, you have 5 colors to choose from for something and then when someone chooses one of the 5 colors, you tell them, oh sorry, we don't have it in that color. DON'T MAKE IT A CHOICE IF IT'S NOT AVAILABLEN
I find the guided meditations and the personal log of your feelings to be be the most useful and helpful of the features. It's nice and simple. I took it down a star because the app isn't sending me reminder notifications anymore. I deleted and redownloaded it, but that hasn't made a difference.
I totally enjoy Sanvello! I love everything about it! I love the helpful community, the meditations, the coaching through the available tools and also the creative content! It has helped me a lot! I totally recommend it for anyone seeking support with mental health and overall well being! Thank you so much!
In 4 months, this app has assisted me in a total mindset transformation. I now have so many more tools in my emotional intelligence toolkit that allow me to more fully comprehend my emotions and explain the "why" I might be feeling a certain type of way. Highly recommend. Thank you, Sanvello!
Lots of valuable information. Provides exceptional resources and steps to help you find freedom from anxiety. Faithfulness in following the training is a must to retrain your reactions to respond correctly to stressful situations. Do yourself a favor and complete the process. It's free and you can work on it at your convenience. I do suggest that you use Sanvello daily.
This app is so helpful and has so many features to help me thru a very difficult personal situation. The bite-sized learnings are manageable and not overwhelming. Plus there are varied support tools that I can choose based on my immediate need. Thank you for this very supportive tool. ❤️
Working in Healthcare during a pandemic has done a number on my mental health. I have always been a strong person, but the prolonged stress that has lasted over 2 years has drained all my reserves. This app has given me tools to try to regain my balance, my sense of self. I would recommend it to anyone struggling right now.
I have the premium version, as it's provided by my employer. I understand the need for security, but the fact that I can't access the app at all without having a lock on my phone and entering a security code sent by email every time just makes me not use it. I'm emotionally exhausted and sometimes this is hard. It would be better if the general areas of the app could be accessed without all that.
Please work on your visuals. When some has these issues, we don't want to see others experiencing them as well, nor pictures that induce more of the negative feelings. The program is amazing otherwise. Thank you :)
I think this app is great. I use it frequently and it's helped immensely. Medicaid isn't an option for the insurance, however, and they don't let you pay for therapy sessions out of pocket. Honestly, this is the best app of its kind, hands down, even without actually talking to someone. That may even be the best thing about it. I'm able to tell my primary doctor I use this app and she counts it as therapy so people stop shoving in-person therapy in my face. Not everyone can do that.
This app is provided through my company's insurance plan. I've just gone through the process to schedule an appointment with a therapist and there is only one in my network with zero availability. It seems well intended, but completely missed the point.
I tried a bunch of similar apps for mental health and out of a list of 6 that I downloaded, Sanvello was the best and so I even opted to pay in order to fully access everything available because it really helps. You have to take the initiative and check in once or twice a day, but if you do that and follow all the suggestions and modalities that Sanvello offers, you can gain a lot. As thankfully, I have. Kudos to the Sanvello team!
Too many downsides to app. All reading, no music or videos which work best for me. HAVE TO HAVE LOCK SCREEN SET UP TO USE. Stupid since it is only on my home laptop. Too much of a hassle for inadequate services.
Phenomenal app, Sanvello has a good calming color scheme, and it ises tools that really help with mental issues. There are safe communities and great routines. If you have anxiety depression, or are coping with other mental issues, I highly recommend this app.,
The app has been very good! I appreciate that there is free content & paid content so I can get the benefits even if I can't pay. I haven't used as much of the app features as I would like to yet, so that's why I've given it 4 stars at this point. I do recommend this to many people to many, many people because I like the flexibility of being able to skip things I'm not overly interested in. I look forward to exploring more features!
I wish there were more exercises to just jump straight into. The navigation is overly convoluted for occasional use finding its specific breathing exercises and mediations.
Many bugs (can't scroll text while reframing, etc). A very important catch: you can't download your data. As long as this is not fixed, a Google Sheets table + daily notification is a better tool. It doesn't make sense to log anything in this app at the moment. /// Upd: reacting to the response — it is indeed possible to request sending either this or last week via email. But it's just a tiny glimpse of the last bits of my data. I already explained this a long time ago, still nothing changed.
It was nice to get some help while going through a tough time. The best part for me was the diary of feelings part. Weekly, daily or hourly. When I used it daily as often as I felt, it gave me an algorithm of my emotional state over a set period of time allowing me to see the true amount of time I felt a certain way instead of thinking/telling myself I felt that way everyday or all of the time. I recommend this for a sounding board or feedback without judgment of one's true emotional average.
This app I've only just used and. It seems really good their is a premium. Version which I thought would be pushed on. You but it wasn't. The exercises in it. Seem helpful ( I've only just tried one and it feels good) I'll update this more in detail after some.more. Uses so far so good.
I'm new to the app, but for something that's supposed to reduce anxiety, the design sure is making me anxious. The front page is so cluttered with articles and there are so many menus to navigate through. The content is just fine, but the visual design left me with a very poor first impression.
Not functional without a subscription (which costs $54/year). I downloaded the app for free and was able to access some limited content for about a week before running out of free content. I found the content I accessed somewhat helpful in dealing with mild anxiety but seems more geared towards someone with moderate to severe anxiety. If this is you it may be worth the price of subscription.
This app is awesome. Great way to bring CBT to the average person. Ive not tried the coaching or the therapist because they are a little pricey, but I did upgrade to unlock some extra features. It's Worth it if you struggle with your mental health. I've learned to control my thoughts to better my anxiety. I do have a few suggestions. 1. Have the app automatically detect my sleep patterns. 2. Maybe a widget for goals. Other than that keep up the good work.
