Package disabler pro for LG

Paid for the app twice. Once in September and then once in November. It was nice when it worked . The app stopped working on Oct 31. So I paid for it again Nov. 1st bc like I said, it was nice when it worked. It's still not working after second payment. Done with this app for good, lost complete trust in it. Did not hear from the developer after emailing.

Can't believe anyone gives app and developers less than 5 stars. It"s FLAWLESS on Android 10 (Q)on unlocked ATT ThinQ V35. Simple to disable. Simple to re-enable. Requires no expertise. It only cost $3! I don't care if I have to pay again should a subsequent update break this app. Do you have any idea how long it takes to root recent LG phones? VERY tedious. plus app has extra filters, features and functions. Better than manual ADB debloaring. Combined with Adguard Pro, I don't even need root.

I read some of the comments and wish I would have seen earlier to give some advice on pie. I had the same issue as others. In order to have it work properly you can (if moving from LG to LG phone) port or transfer apps from one lg to new one and it worked great for me. Of course I only noticed now that there is the pie update. Thank you to the developers of this! this is amazing! and for the users that don't read before installing, don't give it a bad rating if u don't know what you're doing!

UPDATE: The app stopped working on Android 9 and 10, but after the recent update, the app now works fine on Android 9 and 10! No need to do anything, it works right away! Original Review: A MUST HAVE for all LG owners! It works perfectly on my LG V20 and also my LG V40 and V50 . Great to quickly and safely disable bloatware apps that can't be uninstalled or disabled (you just need to be very careful). Just wish I could organize my favorite apps or have an option to sort the app list.

When Pie came out the app quit working. Reached out to dev, they investigated and told me they would try to come up with a solution. Thought I was screwed because we've all heard this song and dance. ~6 weeks went by. Got email from dev saying problem solved in new update. Reinstalled app - Full functionality. This App is the ONLY solution for people with locked bootloaders. Closest you can get to rooting as to disabling apps. It does exactly what it says. Bad ratings make NO sense. 🏆 🥇

I purchaded the pro version, then I upgraded to the LG stylo 5 and this app did not work at all it won't open just flahes and I almost couldn't uninstall it, since it had to be disactivated from phone adaministrators. Be aware it may work on older phones, but not on new ones and once installed ensure to deactivated in phone admids or it won't let you uninstall it

I purchased Package disabler pro a while back on my old phone (which worked), and was dissapointed i had to purchase this (rebranding) on my new phone I followed instructions for device ownership, and app still doesn't disable any packages. Have contacted the developer for a refund and my emails have gone unanswered. Terrible and unprofessional practice, and a waste of time and money.

So far so good. But... Had a question about the different colors the text is displayed in on the apps list, most app names are black, but every once in awhile there is one that is fuschia/bright pink instead -- what does that mean? And also, my "google it" button was working, but now its now, how do I fix that???

It gave an error on the premium option and on turning the widget on however the app did work. It worked and disabled apps with the widget. Ive been looking for something like this forever.

The App does not open to be able to "Activate". Screen flashes white for a millisecond and screen returns to App Drawer. Tried restarting and reinstalling - to no avail or solution. Will ask for refund - if no response as stated in other posts, I'll Chargeback.

The app is nothing short of awesome.. thank you for providing it for lg phns. I know that people say bad reviews for the one for samsung, but for what it does its. ok but i truly need to get it back for what ever the price i have 4 samsungs and are almost memory full is there anywhere else i can purchase it? This app does exactly what it promises on my LG V60, once you have taken the time and followed the instructions to setup the correct permissions you can easily disable any bloatware that you don't want.

Great app .. I used it on my G7 and it was awesome. I have an LG G8 now and when I start the app and give admin rights, it force closes. when I closed it and opened it again , it keeps force closing. Please fix this issue as the app is pretty awesome . yes!! The g8 launched with android pie out the box

Don't waste your time in this App. It doesn't work properly and the team behind it doesn't respond to customer complains. I even requested a refund with no response from their side for more than 10 days now. This is one of the worst experiences I've had here in the play store. Appreciate if anyone can help in escalating this to google play store team.

Also, I'd love to see TASKER integration or more flexibility with widgets. Can you make it so you can launch an individually disabled app with a single click? That would make this app EXTREMELY powerful and useful.

Will not work on AT&T v35 w/stock, unmodified Android 9 software. Refund requested and ultimately received. I used an official, AT&T android pie ROM. It did not work. EDIT: 2 years later and working flawlessly on v60...thank you!

worked great on lg g6 verizon. got rid of all the verizon junk without rooting. better than hours spent online trying geeky solutions. however the phone itself is not working well so i am returning it. refurb from amazon. To answer the developers question, the phone I used your app on was already broken for other reasons unrelated to your app. Thank you for asking. Sorry I don't seem to have any way to reply to your question.

Force close on V30 after factory reset after Pie upgrade. Was working after the upgrade before the reset. Very disappointing. Of course I'm using the official distribution of Pie from T-Mobile.

Works perfectly on my LG Stylo 5+ so for over a year so far. Not sure why some people have such bad reviews. This app helps disable apps you rarely use. Just remembe me to give it Administrative permission in your settings so it can work. Without this app my phone would be dirt slow.

Thank you for this awesome app! It does exactly what it says and its very easy to use. It even warns me to create a backup before removing bloatware. I recommend this to anyone with an LG device. Great work, Developers!!!! 5 stars. Edit: still awesome!

This is a great alternative to ADB, very easy to use and works great. Thanks to the developer for all the hard work put into getting the few bugs it had working. Really a great app!!!

Was working on my LG Q7+ on Oreo. Phone just updated to Pie and it no longer works. I uninstalled it and installed it again. Won't even open. I gave administrative permissions but it still won't even open. Please fix and 5 stars.

Can't install apps with this running. Can't Force Stop. Can't "Deactivate" from play store. Need to install a voicemail app. Please help.

This app doesn't work at all. I checked the boxes by Samsung gear and seconds later the boxes are unchecked. What a waste of money and time.

Useless. It would not work on Galaxy S8. Nothing I disabled stayed disabled. Uninstalled after 5 minutes of use and I could not get a refund because it is not refundable. This is a scam. Do not install.

Great tool. When I had Pie on my LG V40 it wasn't working but the author worked with me and together we solved the problem. It continues to work with Android 10 which I was upgraded to last week.

Used to work but now on Pie it doesn't. Before you respond with "are you using official android pie" the answer is yes and so is everyone else. Instead just fix it if you can please! Edit: Thank you for fast response.

Running T-Mobile V30 on 8.0 and 9.0 Pie, this program works like a charm... But I seem to be one of few to get it working on Android Pie? Please fix the issues for others!
