Its a rip off. The developer makes a different version for each android update and rather than update the app like every other developer the force you to pay again for a compatible version. Its useless if you wanna keep your phone software up to date or switch devices.

Best app to disable what you don't need and cannot uninstall from bloatware. Helps to reduce battery usage. Installed about six months ago, so far no problems. Love it.

Rip off by developer. Need to pay for every version. The app worked well until a new version came. After that the app didn't work. Emailed the developer but got an email to buy again from Google play.

Simply terrible. Already paid for the app and they won't allow you to update to the new version and tell you to pay for it. Avoid this app and this developer. Tried emailing to resolve the issue and they are no ignoring me.

Stopped working. Completely. Purchased it previously and now the only response I get from the dev is "it's not available, come back in a week". Um, yeah. Thanks.

can be complex and executed badly but it is endlessly useful if you really look into it without root

Reported to Google as a thief. Developer keeps releasing under different names because he says Google blocks the app. Instead of just not listing the app or finding a solution he wants people to pay over and over. THIEF.

EDIT: It works perfectly now. Managed to turn off that Bixby thing that drained battery. 1 star because i cannot manage to make it work. When I try to disable bloatware i receive the message "operation not supported" and some of them I get to disable from plain phone settings. If i'm doint something wrong, let me know. Thanks

This app is a bit dangerous and difficult to use but it's what you need to make a Samsung phone work. I was initially considering returning my Galaxy S9+ because Samsung's cloud apps were constantly interrupting with signup requests and ads. This app is a device administrator, similar to what a corporate IT staff might use. It allows you to selectively prohibit apps from running. Disable the Samsung shovelwear and the phone works normally again.

BE WARNED. Google will not give you a refund. I just tried and it was denied. This product will not work and the developer has charged me TWICE for this program - once HERE and a second time as their website. It is an unfortunate thing when developers will not honor their product by simply stating what it can and cannot do. This is an example... I downloaded this product and saw how it worked until the launch of Version 7 in Android. I then went to their site and saw that, according to the text on the home page..."The purchase Package Disabler Business version that is purchased from this website is a single app solution, PDP engine app is not required." I emailed the developer who replied that I should download the new version from their site and they would give me a credit for the copy I had. NO CREDIT and the version from the site does not work.

Dowloaded this to get rid of the annoying OTA system update notifications that Samsung/Android kept trying to force on my Galaxy Note 4. Did the job! Well worth the $2.49 to get my phone to stop bugging me with this nonsense. Really irritating that there is no native way to disable these notifications and that I had to download a paid app just to get rid of them, but glad this app was available.

This is the best way I have found so far to take the bloat in my samsung device. It disabled 95 bloatware and unrequired apps in a few seconds. Battery life seems improved. Only issue so far is that while it works well on my old S3 and my newer Tab A6, but I am unable to get it to work on my S6.

I was a BK Package Disabler user until I had to wipe my phone and discovered that it was removed from the play store. I paid for this app, so I reviewed forums and a kind poster gave me the apk for the program and the plugin. I couldn't get past the BK error msg stating it couldn't find sdk license. That's when I tried this program. It does work, but it's either a lot of research or guessing to calibrate. There is always the danger of disabling the wrong ones enough to brick a device. The BK program has 3 separate lists: installed, bloatware and sysrem, which made it more intuitive. Less likely to disable the wrong thing that way. If this program adopted BK formating it would be a 5 star app.

Although constantly disrupted by phone makers and Google, the team managed to keep the app working. I've purchased the app before, but it got removed in Google play. After contacting the team, my problem is solved. Thumb up for the team! If you don't want to be bothered by bloatware come with the phone, but not yet ready to root the device / play with the ROM, then this is a must for almost every phone

I had this on my last phone and it worked great but everything I want to disable now says operation not supported... Even for services that were disabled on my old device! Going to try for a refund. Disappointing. I have since bought the version from their website which works, I would like a refund on this but that option appears to have disappeared?

Turn off gear vr and play google cardboard again. It works and let's you use cardboard but i already paid once but then they update and we need to pay again but it does work. Need pdp to use unrooted though. Disables bloatware too.

Almost essential to disable all the junk on Samsung phones that slows stuff down and drains the battery. Was a bit tricky to get working (I'm sure because of Samsung's efforts to thwart it) but developer was very responsive in helping out

Great app. Loved the fact that I can disable all the boat wear in the phone and selected other apps. My problem is I've ordered this the first time awhile ago. I've had to exchange my note 4 a few times and everytime I've had to reorder and pay for it when I've already downloaded it. Seems when I reopened it on my phone to clean it up it just went to blank screen. So I had to disable it and reinstall it. I thought that it would recognize that I already ordered it and replace it without charging me again. This happened twice that I had to reorder. Is there something that can be done?

The only reason this app has a low score is the installers are uneducated! I have installed this app on a Samsung note8, s6 and my wifes note5. If you install it properly it works GREAT! The maker of the app will help you if you have a question. I had the old blue bk package disabler. This one is even better!

Will not work on Galaxy S9. You can adb all day long but never will it get through Knox 😖

Wow Greatest App Ever. Works VERY well - Ok it did make me install PDP Engine V3 1st (checks license + sets up device admin - for a SamsungGalaxyTabA6). No non-functional disable buttons in app settings - just click the disable checkboxes. Bye-bye Smart Things + Kids App. I might also disable the 4 fonts I don't use too. The GoogleIt button in long press menu is worth the app price by itself - it's too hard to remember obscure com.what.ever names. App can sort by Startup, System, App Large Cache, Bloatware, Suspicious & Dangerous. It did put my anti-virus app in both the last - but I'd consider an app that stays in memory, with admin + lots of permissions to be a bit suspicious too (just don't disable your anti-virus by mistake). Bought it because I read that you're able to disable the 'security log agent ' on my S6, however when I tap disable nothing happens and the notification keeps popping up. Very frustrating since I paid £2 for the app.

EDITED: Updated my phone and the app has once again stopped working. I am unable to enable/disable anything and can't get the PDP engine to activate. I've paid for the app two times. I won't be paying a third time.

It works! I'm on an S9. So cheeky of Samsung that you can't disable Bixby without first agreeing to all the Bixby terms. Premium expensive phone but they force all this bloat on you. Not impressed. So thanks for this app guys 😘
