This is a terrible, very finicky app to use. It crashes frequently and gets stuck in a loading loop, refusing to work. It refuses to fully download all stops. It crashes when you try to use the built-in tools like adding a stop or using navigation. It is so very unreliable and frustrating to use. I wish my company would switch to a different app.

Difficult to navigate (both the UI and the routing), opening the Route page centers on a map section a few miles southwest of the actual route (far enough to not show any of the stops), the alert that you've arrived at a stop ALWAYS happens several houses too early, I cannot count how often the "Optimization" tried to make me do a 180 on a 1-Way street to get to a stop I went by to reach what I just did, and there's more issues than 500 characters will allow.

I use this everyday! This app works great for what I need it to do in a urban setting, it shows me my stops. I can build my route from what I see. It is clunky, and very buggy. I gotta reload 3 or 5 times a day but maybe that's my out dated device? and I never run with GPS enabled. Customization features would be nice. I'd like to build a route plan in it. Or change a stops location. Maybe add some alarms within the route plan. Lots of potential, but hey. I love it already!

This app is clunky, clumsy, and buggy. Sometimes it will show you all the stops on your manifest, but it will always take forever to load initially. Stops that have rolled over from the previous day show as already completed, so good luck telling them from the stops you've actually done. The hit boxes for touch are awkward, and it doesn't handle multi-touch well (you know, zooming and rotating). The idea is great, but the execution leaves much to be desired.

Actually overall great app! I find that we tried using the navigation at the beginning and it seemed to keep crashing and having to restart our devices. But just quit using navigation and no problems. Open each stop and simply close it and make key notes, set unit locations , and can easily move and set your stops where you want them to be. It's strange most of the time I can't see my position when setting location but once in a while I can,?not sure why.

A new driver and I'm having a very hard time understanding the route map. I'm in N Idaho and there are many stops that are off the grid in the mountains. Is there an easier way to read it. Please help. Update: After numerous attempts and the "Navigate" function always crashing (Still not working) I had to quit my FedEx job or be fired! Your app is a joke. I had better results with my "Maps" navigation app!

Our bosses gave this to us right before peak season to test and we all agree, the claimed FedEx integration is awful. Does not sync 100%, worst so far personally was a ~60 stop difference between my scanner/manifest and this app. Stops updating roughly the same time every morning, while they are still loading our trucks, so nothing scanned on or off the truck after that point is reflected in the app. Doesn't follow the sequenced manifest, just sends you to random stops all over your work area. No way to trigger a manual re-sync. Deleting the apps cache/data, reinstalling, logging in and out does nothing.

Too many bugs and very inconsistent. Most days it I go to log in and I have to close the app and reopen it to get to main screen. Unable to assign my route and won't allow me to change it. Drains battery quicker than any other app. Freezes constantly. When it works it's great but that's about 10% of the time.

If it's set up right the app works as it should. Like everything on smart/stupid phones, things crash. Been running this app for almost 2 years with our team and have had no major issues. Alot of the problems I am reading here are from lack of experience and/or lack of proper setup.

Most of the comments/reviews here seems to me is lack of training/education of the app. I love the app! It is a good tool for new drivers, floating drivers on new routes, or just anyone new to a route area or city. My only dislike is the random plotting of zero sids. As a BC it makes it difficult to catch in the middle of a 200+ stop route

This app is very slow, lags and freezes constantly. I have to keep the app open throughout my route to reference it when I need to. If I close the app it takes forever to go threw the process of selecting my route again and waiting for my dots to show up. The app often freezes while its trying to process my route after opening the app. It's a constant headache and burns a lot of time waiting for the app to respond.

The program gives you a nice view from space after you select your next destination. Its always at least one turn off on your next direction. Cant even bring you close to the house your delivering on any street. Slow, feezes a lot and many more bugs galore. Terrible program all around really.

Cool app. Definitely helpful. I would prefer if it stayed in portrait mode though (phone setting is locked to portrait but somehow app over-rides it). Would also prefer if I was able to change the color of the dots so I can color code my stops and whether it's mail or packages. I have a ton of idea's to improve this app.

As most of the reviews, it was a great app until the update. Now it kicks me out every 10 minutes, the directional voice sounds like it did 10 shots of expresso and closes after it takes me to the destination. Was asked to conduct the fixed update, this did not fix the issues.

I use it daily. Being a newer driver especially, it is extremely helpful. I've used it for about 3 months. I had a small problem today, texted the support line, and they were super helpful, and fast! Reach out to them if you are having issues. This is a great app and I look forward to seeing it improve.

Unable to use outside GPS or map like Google maps. The silver lining was I could use Waze since I don't like the app map but now it doesn't work either and I'm not sure of the cause. I would like some app support.

Would be a better app if you could see the entities entire area and the areas were color coded. Also it would it would be helpful, if you could separate just your pick ups out like you can with the stop list.

Package route is a good app but stops per hour continue running when you clock out for breaks so this is causing a problem with company, paying out bonuses for stops per hour when I clock out my stops per hour continue running, I will be at 35 stops per hour. And when I come back after break deliver one package my stops per hour go down to about 19 I can never catch backup this is cost me money please fix app in notify fedex that there is a problem with your app Thank you.

I work at FedEx we use your app everyday but there's a bug I come across when you navigate to the dot/stop to go were it is if you don't follow the navigate line that it shows it starts glitching the voice navigation will repeat alot of times then it seems it over loads app if you go another way then it will force you out of app and stop working then you have to go back in to app were you left off at.

Marginal. App has been crashing and freezing up lately in the middle of a route. At this point, it is unreliable. App is still crashing and freezing. Getting lost in the country side of Texas because the app crashed...Sucks.

The app overall is pretty well however during my FedEx deliveries, I may not always have available cell service. If the app was able to perform normally without constant signal, it would be perfect. *The app will not boot up correctly when I have no cell service.

THIS IS A LIE. ------------------------ This app is pure garbage.This is the worst app I've ever had the displeasure of being forced to use. It lags almost every time I open it, requiring that you either wait for one to two minutes, or force close. It plots addresses in the wrong spot regularly, sometimes on the wrong CONTINENT.(This is not a joke) The app cannot process pickups. The app does not display the correct manifest. I do not understand how these people charge money for this service, it's so terrible. The only thing worse than the app itself is the nonexistent customer support/tech support. They barely understand how the app is supposed to work in ideal situations and have never been able to fix a single issue that I've reported. Don't waste your time or money on this app, use any of their competitors and your drivers will thank you. If you read the developers response to this review, you will see that everything I said was 100% accurate as they didn't even bother to deny any of the accusations. They simply say "We understand" when they truly have no understanding of what they're doing. They readily admit that the service is fundamentally flawed and have no idea how to fix it, and no desire to fix it. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT SERVICE, ONLY YOUR $$. And yes, I understand that you get your data from a third party, but once you get that data, you have no idea what to do with it.

most of my time is spent logging in as the app will **very stupidly** log you out after 1 hour of inactivity. i use it only to view my stop count before actually arriving to the building. it is totally useless to me otherwise. especially if you consider the utter inaccuracy of the pin drops on the map.

Gets me where I need to go. Or at least near it haha, but the trick is watch addresses as you turn onto the street. Dont always trust the pins. Anyone with BC mode can manually fix them, but would be incredibly time consuming.

Honestly can't stand it sometimes. If I go to any other app for even a minute it takes me out of map view and then won't load for like 20 minutes. I have to wait forever to even "clock in" and look at my route. You can relocate a dot and 3 days later it is plotted wrong again.

The latest update removed the ability to choose the order of my stops within a cluster. It also thinks making three right turns instead of one left is somehow optimized. Doesn't make sense.

You have to know where you're going. The route optimization is WAY inconvenient. It seems like it just tries to make it inefficient to make sure your day takes longer. Just like the QWERTY keyboard. If you don't know the story, look it up before you use the app.

This app is great except for the navigation. It uses the FEDEX plotted locations and not Google maps. For my area 20% of those FEDEX plotted locations are incorrect. This does not help with new drivers.

When it work it's not a bad app. The problems we face is in the lagging and inconsistent of the real time delivery updates. Overpriced for not working properly on a consistent basis. Need to iron out the kinks.
