Packet Injection
Inspired from typical network debugging tools, this tool just sends UDP and TCP messages (over IP). Designed to make debug of communicating systems, such as mecatronics remote control.

will this give like a ping of death to the hosts ip?
Does what's promised. I could think about more easily accessible ways to change base and even viewing as ascii to be helpful. Also, being able to preset data to send as well as a rudimentary scripting language to parse output in order to send input would go a long way. I've managed to use this app to send the handshake between my phone and Among Us servers. I got the masters list and pings back in response which means this app did what it was supposed to.
