Personally I like the app it's just buggy, I try to log into my account and it takes me to the regular screen and just says error can't log in, so sometimes I can't even earn my points when I shop but overall they just need to fix how buggy and how much lag is in the app

Great store, but the most unreliable and horrible app for a store ever used. Super glitchy, doesn't load most of the time. Overall just a defective app.

Downloaded the app. Tried to open it and it just loads and force closes. Useless. If you want to order anything use the website that's if that works. Complete trash.

This app is so buggy and laggy, and I constantly have to sign in again during a shopping session. Don't waste your MB downloading this, just browse their website instead and you'll save time.

the clothes are fine but...the APP. it's literally so buggy and sometimes it doesn't even respond. signing in doesn't even work, and it's just poorly developed😭 I DON'T WANNA BE RUDE but I wish the app was usable.

App is horrible, can't view my bag. Only way to view is when adding something to my cart, half the time the item doesn't even add.

Congrats, you made your app useless. Just a never-ending loading screen everytime I try to open the app. A 1 star rating is more than what this app deserves.

keep getting signed out every time I use the app, it's so slow, and the items in my bag glitch a lot

In my experience, the app has a lot of glitches like saying something is in stock when it's not and then not being able to place an order for an "unavailable product" but it doesn't say which so you just have to guess and hope it'll go through. But pacsuns products are great and sizing is always consistent for me.

I have so much trouble with the app. sometimes it adds two of an item I only got one of in my cart, and then when I try to delete one of the duplicates they both disappear. then, often it won't let me check out at all. other times I'll get to checkout, but when I click to use my rewards the total goes to $0 & it won't let me check out. I hate the app, just use the website

This overall a great app., however it kind of annoys me that when you are scrolling through a thread of clothes, if you click on something you have to rescroll through the whole thread instead of having the option to pick up where you left off. This is a major inconvenience for me. Fix that glitch and the app would be perfect.

Absolutely awful. The clothing is cheaply made and thin, all totally see-through. Returns are a nightmare - it took over a month to get my refund because the gift card kept getting lost somewhere on its way to me. Once I finally got my refund, it did not work. First there was a pending transaction, which according to customer service has been cleared up, and now it says "applied" but does not actually take anything off of the total. I am almost 2.5 months out from my initial return.

Pacsun app constantly shows me items that they don't actually have available which leads to disappointment. It also doesn't let me check out for some reason as of lately. There are a lot of bugs in this app that needs to be fixed. Not to mention the "product unavailable" message I constantly get when at checkout and it doesn't even tell you what item it is that's unavailable.

Only some images load, there's no option to filter by product (like shirts, pants, accessories, etc.) Nothing will load, but I only downloaded this because on the mobile website the page jumps all over the place and I can't look at the list for more than a few minutes before the page reloads. Honestly disappointed with both.

I love how easy this app is to use. Picking the clothes and size as well as reading the reviews on the bottom. The clothes are youthful and cute 🥰 some bugs here and there like not processing the price of the coupon, but eventually it gets fixed. It gets annoying not completing an order due to cart errors. Hopefully it got fixed completely.

The filter option needs improvements, it is too crowded with options that do not fit the item you are looking at, and the "Orders" section is also terrible, you cannot see photos of the items you bought it only shows the names and it is impossible to cancel orders even when they haven't even processed yet.

it's so buggy, when i try to click on anything, no response, it doesn't work at all, i haven't even gotten to see the clothes before i just deleted it bc it doesn't work. the search bar doesn't pop up, and the app randomly closes. fix plsss

The app was great, I was finding a ton of stuff of sale and adding to my cart; until I tried to checkout. On the product pages it said the sizes were available, but when I go to my shopping cart there is this pop notification that says "Product Unavailable" without showing which ones. Then I must sort all my items until none are left when it said they were available. Really frustrating, needs to be fixed if you want to have more business through your app. Otherwise, love this store.

The filter options are horrible. If something doesn't show up you have to reselect all of your options from the beginning. There are too many color choices that it seems useless to pick and narrow them. They still need a lot of improvement.

Every time I click on a item and make it bigger or just choose a different color it goes back to the original home screen. Yall need to work on this app plus the store didn't have half as the app has or I say online has so I can't even imagine trying to order something when I'm ready. Be get your team of technical support on this cause it's everytime.

This interface on this app was never great but ever since the last update the app has downgraded even more. It just keeps buffering, never actually loads any items, takes forever to process that I even clicked in anything. Graphics do look a bit nice but overall not a great app. Pacsun doesn't have a great website either.

I've used this app before and it's really good. Nice selection of clothes. I just reinstalled it and it says network error. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and it still wont work. It isnt my wifi because I'm on it on my xbox. Still, it's a great app if it starts working.

Frustrating. I put items in my bag and made and account, I turn of my phone for like 5 minutes. Nothing is saved. My account isn't logged in, my clothes aren't in the bag, nothing is in my liked sections. I try to click on anything and it doesn't do anything, this is honestly so frustrated. Fr gonna delete this app once I place my order.

This app is easily the worse app I've ever downloaded from a large company. It's extremely glitchy and slow no matter what time of the day I access it. I wanted to buy 1 shirt, but after 10 minutes, I gave up, uninstalled, and bought it elsewhere. Such a pain.

Horrible. I'll sign in and get my clothes in a basket and then I'll leave for a few minutes. Boom. Logged out and even when I sign in it asks if I'm human and has me press and hold button that DOESNT WORK. I used to love Pacsun and I adore the fashion. I have bought from here an the clothes were good.. idk what happened to it. App and website both don't work and are super slow. What happened to this store??
