You call this app a financial app when in the real sense it's worse than anything useless. Last year January was the last time you updated this app even with a tsunami of complaints about incessant crashes. You'ĺl do us a whole lot of good if you can take this app off playstore until you understand what a good financial looks like!!
I have never seen a business with an app with such a poor management like this before. App with a lot of problem. Keeps shutting down. After loading money into your account, you cant use. When you try to contact the management for help too no one will mind you. No one will respond to your chats to them or even emails. You work with them at your own risk
U ppl are bunch and bundle of idiots and lunatics to create such a useless and stupid app Dt keeps shutting down every second after I had transferred money into it and can't even do d payment I need to do thru it. I wonder what this app creator is still doing alive cos u are a total failure. Kindly help ur self to d 3rd mainland Bridge and do d needful cos ur life is already a waste..... Bastardy!
A colosal waste. Dull UI nd card payment is hellish. I expected more from paga than this app which looks like a kid designed it.
I gave you three stars because i know its not easy to create a functional app.. The app is a total disappointment.. It crashes everytime.. I've not been able to complete one transaction.. Let me just uninstall it
Useless platform for online transactions. I can't get anything done on the mobile app and on the website. I don't recommend
The app is a big mess... It just goes of and on.. I am even scared of crediting my paga acct because of this mess
Terrible app have ever come across. Try to registered but keep telling me about password that I took more than 15 minutes to entered. TOO BAD.
D app is a big failure, keeps crashing and forced closing. Imagine the app performs better on BlackBerry Z30 but really poor on Xiaomi MI Max Prime and Oukitel K10000. Shame on the developer!!
Clearing cache and uninstalling and reinstalling does not stop the app from crashing. Its unusable
Cant even login keeps showing me one error message everytime I try login.... And my account got debited everyone I tried a transaction but still my transactions is not going at all... Keeps sending me a fail transaction message everytime I got debited.. what Do I do

I used to enjoy the app, but now you guys have lost it. I've spoken with your customer representatives severally but no solution to the app closing itself every time. It's a big shame.

This app behaves erratically,how do one deal with an app that logs you out every second? To view all the merchants on it becomes an Herculean task as it takes eternity to load them up..who ever is in charge technically should see to this.
Registration is a problem creating a password so am dumping the app
