Suddenly i cant check my loan details to know my outstanding obligations. When i click on loans it ask me to upgrade . when i click on upgrade it just pops up upgrade your account with no action to be carried out. Then i just go back to home page. Not cool at all

I suddenly can't login to my account. Keeps circling and circling without any progress. I have used different networks to login. I have tried the Wi-Fi at the office and it's the same. Please rectify this issue. Thank you.

I have read the many negative reviews about page financials. My own experience wasn't good. When making loan application for instance despite uploading ID the app won't recognize it and you can not move ahead. My experience with octa was better. However I still faced new rules that were not originally disclosed about using the app for transfer.

Something seems to have gone very wrong wth this app. It crashes easily, wont allow one log in successfully. Also, why am I unable to access funds in my target Savings? I have had to uninstall and install severally. Waste of data and time. Page used to do much better/cut-edge

A very annoying apps, very useless app. Imagine after selecting the loan request it will direct me to chrome that I should enter my bvn which I severally did but only for it to keep loading and at the end the bvn space will be blank again. Useless apps, if you guys are not ready yet kindly close the apps and upgrade it then open it when you are serious and ready for business.

This is the most annoying and. frustrating App. Loan request is not processed on the app. It is better you ask people to use your website. The most annoying aspect is that the guide statement or question are so faint that one is struggling to read. Even if you have imputed some of your data, it is stored and the next time you log in, you start from the beginning. I keyed in my company's name and it is saying it can not recognize it. I can't give this app a 5 star, after the bvn verification. Setting up account and password won't go. All i see is error in connection to the server. And my carrier network is good. Work on this.

I made a payment since last week thursday. It has neither been acknowleged, nor has it reflected in my account. And i have provided evidence of payment the same way i have always done on a monthly basis. This is very annoying and embarassing. One star till there is improvement.

Very good platform, easy to access and complete registration. However, is this loan app only for those employed. What about the self employed. I don't see any provision for them getting your loan assistance.

This app is totally a waste of time and a waste of data. I downloaded this app and tried applying for a loan only to keep getting a pop up message at the top saying, error you do not qualify for an instant loan. Lol. You people (page) should invest on something else if you do not know how this business works and stop wasting people's time. Hi. Page Financials. I really do not understand why I have to apply for a loan through a browser after downloading your app. And then in verifying my BVN, an error message is sent saying "we are unable to find your BVN" and it is very correct. Please fix this. Thanks.

How annoying, am saving on this app it's working when it's time to withdraw, I simply can't withdraw money I saved,your customer care line not going,I tried the chat option on the app but no reply . I need my money pls

please work on your app, after bvn verification, I can't set up password with an usual message of "we can't connect to the server, check your connection" which of course my connection is very strong.

Sad I must say, how can you redirect to Chrome when other perform their activities single handedly The worst of all is the inability to upload Government ID I wasted over 3hours trying to fix it yet not still working,I sent a mail to the above mail address and mail delivery subsystem told me the mail could not deliver because the recipient mail is incorrect. If not for the fact that I have no reason to suspect your organization I would have just label you,so annoying.

My five star is not for the app, because it has some resolvable issues. However, I'll like to commend the customer's service. Its top notch. They'll go any length to make all end meet. Please update your mobile app, it is giving an error message that the server cannot be reached. This is becoming too consistent.

Stupid app. After registration one cannot log in. Reset password but there is no way to change password. Useless.

The app is rubbish, do your homework before releasing an app. Too many errors on the app, you have not applied for a loan so it can access you, it just tells you that you are not qualified for a loan top up

I am very displeased with page financials. I took a loan of 650k last year and finish paying last month and when I requested it went from one story to another. I never defaulted for once cos i activated remita and so no reason to doubt. Una matter tire me biko. No rating

the app was working perfectly before,but now not working at all..i can't fund my page account anymore, please try and fix that issue as soon as possible...and i will come back to give the app five star🌟... The problem still presist

I hope the developers of this app know that after one registered, they are unable to log in? Even after a password reset, there's no way to change password.

Very faulty app. I downloaded , completed the questionnaire but could not upload my government and company identity cards for four hours, so frustrating.

This app is not make sense at all. Its wasting of time and mb...the required is unbearable. I really regret of downloading it. After downloading the app refers me to link again. After the again asking me of employment letter.

App was working fine .though didnt really do much than transfering my loan but since yesterday it would not even open getting reports of application error.i uninstalled just reinstàlling again hope it works well now
