Worked fine for the first few months. Now i get no service in areas where I had high service before, app crashes or stops working throughout the day, and can't use the app to refill due to network issues when it shows it has service and your on 5g wifi. Def going to be switching companies soon.
Had trouble at first wasn't showing accurate information such as data usage, date, month , and year. Turns out it was a technical issue and Page Plus chat support resolved issue immediately. Now it works fine everything is updated. Can make payments check my data usage daily. No issues here 👍 I love it ! Totally recommend Page Plus who are looking for Verizon towers with reasonable prices 👍
garbage useless app The app doesn't allow you to add Pins and prepaid cards. The apps opening page shows that the 12 plan gives me 10 GB of data which is totally wrong. The few features available in the app are pretty much useless it doesn't even give you access to full account history.
Ah, you might want to check dates and wording on the positive reviews here. When I started with PP years ago, they were the only affordable option to use the Verizon network. Once PP was bought out a few years back by some French company, customer service evaporated. Idiots man the lines, telling you to reset your phone, get new sim cards, etc when the problem is on their end. Want to change a payment method? Good luck with that, it has to be done through a rep. Want to change auto billing? C
The app doesn't display my Data Usage correctly. The illustrated data gauge doesn't match the numbers, and the numbers aren't true to the data remaining on my account. This makes it nearly impossible to figure out where I'm at in my plan.
This app sucks and there is a real problem witg the service I am tried of haveing a unlimited amount of data plan and it's still not wanting to work for you I am tired of this service is not worth it and it keeps trying to pass a I can't send messages cuz it keeps failing constantly not it supposed to be on the Verizon network does the saying I got it seems to just be the worst service out there straight talk was better than listen so what is Metro PCS so I think I will be switching it Services again and never coming
I really not happy with it at all it tells me that my password r email is wrong when I go to login no it's not and it's always either no internet connection r no network I have the 55 monthly plan to never able to login think that's how they control data in your plan I thinking I will be going with different Carrier.i feel like they should give me free month service to, cause sure haven't been able to use any features this month and waste of money on my part
I'm trying to figure out why I can only view one of my phone lines on this app. There should be a button to toggle between my line and the others that are in my name for my family like we do online. I should be able to manage all of my family phone accounts from this one app. Looks like the app is still in the planning phases.
login fails... it states email but won't accept email password combo. it should only ask for username and password.... that permits logging in properly. attempting to change profile info prompts for password and never updates info. uninstalling ..
It really only shows basic info and wouldn't let me add pins. The app also kept randomly turning off my wifi so my phone would eat up data. Seems sketchy...
is not accurate with the data balance. It said that I had 9.99 gb of data remaining, and when I called the Rep. said "I apologize for the information you received. but is wrong, you have 100 mb of data". What is the purpose of the app to check your account is in the end the information is wrong??
I need to manage stack and apparently that's not implemented yet so I have to call customer service to reset my dads plan because he ran out of minutes on the $12 plan. And the customer service makes me want to pull my hair out :(
Not worth $55 a month for unlimited data to me I would rather go to straight talk because they're the same and run by the same network and they run by the same carrier as straight talk and Walmart family Mobile and all that you can go to straight talk and pay $55 a month from the talk text and data plus you would get 10 gigs of hotspot for the price that you're paying for Page plus
Terrible app, rips you off. If you refill the app starts the day you and instead of apply on you renew date so because of this scam you pay for 13 months a year instead of 12. Then good luck trying to speak to the non english speaking customer service, its a joke
Major bug! Have 3 phones on one account. Will only give status of one number. When installing on 2nd or 3rd device, all three will give info of only that same number rather than the device installed on. Nutty!
Poorly designed, confusing and inutil. Asks for email but really wants user name. Won't accept established password. Reset password and says "no lines established, contact customer service". Deleted app.
I think this app would be great but I can only use it for the first phone number on my account. I cannot refill my husband's phone number on any device with this app :-(
Worked great until yesterday now crashed and does nothing. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Shut off phone and back on. Nothing!
Support didn't work. Neither does chat. I would like to enter my mifi number on an app too. Won't let me download on new phone.
Do NOT use this app. Absolutely worthless - chat doesn't work and the 1-800 don't have a clue on how to fix the issues that the app causes
The "login" should show "username" instead of "email". Other than that, this is a great app.

You currently are unable to login to your account(s). Always invalid username and password.

I have a moto g6 everything fully updated. App just keeps crashing when I open it.
I have an android stock. It came with so many installed apps. I cant download anything. I hate this phone
Nice basic app. Must login using username rather than email. Data remaining status is incorrect.
This app works just like your customer service... Poor. It crashes often.
I like it BUT it would be nice to have the option to save the username and password so i didnt have to enter it every single time!
Does not allow me to enroll in auto refill and when I click on the icon to chat with a rep it just pulls up a blank screen and when I click on notifications it pulls up a blank screen too. The only thing it's good for is the bare minimum which is making an online payment. That's as far as it goes for me; idk how it fares for people that have multiple line though.
