Page Title Widget
Click on widget shows "edit" icon in right bottom corner of widget for 3 sec. Click on it will run widget text editor.
Configuration application "Page Title Settings" allows to configure background and font parameters of widget.

Great little app - recommended. Does what it does well. It would be nice to have more colour choices but it's no big deal.

I like this idea. I have a galaxy note filled with apps on the screen. This helps organize the pages. One suggestion, it would be nice if you could make the box smaller/larger.
Sucks app has no interface. The third screenshot is all you see, I clicked all the controls and nothing occurred anywhere.
This app is what I've been looking for for sometime. I can now organise all my apps into categories per some 8 home pages, with headings or titles designating each topic on each page or screen
Minimal functionality. I can't see how to change the type size or color, or to resize the widget. Also, it gives a warning on Android 10 that it's designed for earlier Android versions, and may not work.
