Pagliacci Pizza

I would love to order a pizza through this app. Unfortunately when I enter in my address I keep getting an error that I need to enter a valid store location even though I turned location on for this phone and entered my apartment. There's no where to select my nearest store even entering in this info.

The interface is super intuitive, easy to browse and order.

Handy once you get used to it, but if you use it you get points. A little tricky to split pies in half at first

The app orders me pizza. it remembers my past orders too so when my brain gets stupid I can get food without being burdened by decisions. Worth it

It looks pretty, but some of the steps aren't intuitive, (half and half, adding new toppings,) and it's difficult to go back in case a mistake is made and the big red "ADD TO CART" button gets bumped. Pricing is also not transparent when picking items. I like the rewards at least, although they're pretty small.

If you want to order an as-is menu item (or several), the app is fine; if you want to half and half pizza(s) or change sizes or alter anything in the least, just call them because for anything outside one tap, the app is imcredibly, maddeningly complicated. There's a relearning curve every time. It is my least favorite - and the most inexplicable - thing about Pagliacci and their famous customer service experience.

This app logs me out of my own profile way too often. Three or four times I've had to use the "Magic Link" to reconnect my profile with the app. The interface is unintuitive and cumbersome. The app's most important use, using it at Pagliacci's, is buried behind menu items that do not describe the function that you're trying to reach. This app is vastly inferior to the paper Pagliacci's stamp cards that it replaced.

You should add a "go to cart" button. And get some competent programmers for your app development.

I love your pizza. The app looks pretty, but I can never figure out what is in my cart. It is such a pain. Time to put some time into improving the current state. Thanks.

2021: Now reordering is broken. This app is surprisingly hard to use! Another update: while the first time Setup sucks once that is done both pizza and app are great. Update: after trying more, entering payment details and unintuitively selecting a store I finally managed to order a pizza. The hard part of thr ordering process is that the app never notifies the user what is missing. Original: After 5m of trying I give up. It is impossible to enter my address.

The app works great, it's easy to customize orders and keep multiple addresses saved to make ordering from work or home easier. The only issue is I have a problem getting one of my credit cards to work, and I can't tell if it's an app issue or the card's issue.

It was pretty easy to use. I did have one problem: When I was near the point of placing my order, a notification popped up that I needed an internet connection and I absolutely did have an internet connection. I couldn't back out of the notification and had to force close the app and start over.

Don't use the app, just call. I accidentally clicked on the wrong pizza. If I had called it in, the clicking is up to them. Now I'm stuck with an expensive pizza I don't want and a very upset wife.

It works to order pizza, but has bugs associated with customizing a pie. Often when I change something on the pie, it either reverts some changes or changes things from their default, meaning I have to pay special attention to each item in my order every step of the way. Annoying, but not order blocking.

Excellent app with a great UI/UX. Love how easy and intuitive it is to use.

Fails to connect, says there's no internet connection. I do have data and wireless working... But can't place orders anymore. It worked for the first month but then just stopped working. There's no way to work around it.. So you send up using their website. Useless app.

Ive tried and given up on this app on three separate occasions. It's really buggy, from account creation, to password management, to ordering. Most recently, a custom tip was dropped. Unfortunately, Pagliacci has moved their entire loyalty program over to the app so no more surprise free orders or anything at all unless you use the app. There are plenty other good pizza options in town.

I've ordered before but the app doesn't recognize/remember my address, forcing me to add it again. I also cannot reorder a previous order for some reason, even when using the 'reorder' button. Very frustrating. App also refuses to allow more than 1 additional topping to any given pizza.

I have been such a loyal customer that over the years I have been blessed 3 times with free orders. I got the app since you make it clear that how you track loyalty from now on. All the negative reviews from like 3 months ago are still absolutely true. The app asks if you've ordered before to give a phone number to streamline signup. drops you into an empty form. same one that everyone else says: once you sign up it just keeps failing your login. lost the loyalest customer (no incentive at all)

I love your pizza, but your app is buggy every single time I use it. I can never add a new method of payment, adding new toppings to a pizza order takes FOREVER, and I swear to God I get error messages every time I want to place an order on one page or another. It's very frustrating.

crApp! Can't place my order. It hangs on the circle until I close and then I have to start over. What a colossal, inconsiderate waste of my time and energy. They know it has issues yet won't pay someone to fix it. That's a choice. Many reviews make this clear. Since I literally can't place an order (tried 4 times), we'll have to spend our money elsewhere. Great way to drive away a former frequent pie'r. We'll avoid this noid. Bye.

Love Pagliacci but this app is terrible. The process is cumbersome at checkout, I often have problems logging in, points show up after hours, it feels like the app rarely works right. Today Google informed me my password was compromised. I am trying to login and the "login" button won't work! Same problem with "forget password" button. Love Pagliacci, they need a new app!

Pizza good, app bad. Have to choose the payment option I want to use multiple times before the app will charge it. Won't pull payment types from Android Pay. Can't use rewards and get delivery if the total cost after rewards is less than the $10 minimum order amount.

This app just flat out did not work. Click 'add to order,' nothing happens. Go to the home page user authentication error. Took a joyful experience (ordering a pizza) and turned it into a frustrating one. Just order online.

This is by far the most broken app I've ever encountered for food delivery. Renders things incorrectly. Links get broken frequently. I havent been able to correctly place an order for 45 minutes after the first install.

One of the best apps I've used, especially for an app in which so much order customization is possible. Seems like the design is informed by user research because it seems every use case has been considered.

Worked *wonderfully* for months. I moved and am trying to order pizza! Use the app because that's the only way to accumulate Pags, which is the only way to get a discount. Cool! I like apps! Let's see, check the Settings page.... yeah, Address Book! Cool! Head in there and try to add an address. No dice. When I hit Save, I get an alert "Error ConnectionFailed (sic)". Weird! Ok, go back and try different permutations of create new address, edit existing address, create new and replace primary... nope. Every time I get the same error. Ok, I'll head over to the web site on my computer to update my address there. I don't want to place an order via the web site because, remember, you don't get Pags that way, and a lot of money and effort has clearly been put into funneling customers this way, so I want to do my part! Log in to the web site and, let's see, where's the account profile settings thingy? Oh, hey, there's a "profile" link! Cool! I like links! Click it and there's about 5 or 6 settings in there, none of which are delivery addresses. WAT. The only way to update an address via the web site is to...... order a pizza! >_< Q. E. D.

Great app. It is easy to use snd saves all your recent orders so you can do a quick order. I only wish you could create your iwn pizza from scratch without starting with an original cheese as a base.

We order a lot from Pagliacci, so the loyalty rewards are compelling enough to keep me using the app, but so far the thing is still really flaky and buggy. I look forward to getting more polish.

Ordering a pizza should not be so painful. It kept trying to add pizza sauce base when I wanted pesto, even after I checked "no pizza sauce base" it wouldn't take it and said I was trying to put pizza sauce and pesto together. Also, would not take my credit card, said I already had it added even though there was nothing saved under the my payment section. Super frustrating app, miss the old system! Please fix all these bugs.
