This has helped me find some great deals and introduced me to developers and stuff I'd probably not have found in the mess that is the play store. Yeah, this app shows a lot of crappy things and what are borderline scams (still free) but that's not this apps fault. It just pulls information. Pay attention to how many downloads the listed apps have as well as their other stats to know what's a waste of time. They're free anyway. As for this app, I do love the 'arrival' status but I wish the filters would save... not really a huge problem, though. I've been using this small and free app for a while and will continue to do so. Give it a go.
Although the app is not working as it should at the moment, I do believe it deserves 5 stars as I've been using it a long time and it does exactly what its says. The latest version however does not open at all on the same device it's been working on all along; the LG G9. It displays the constant message that the app "keeps stopping." Unfortunately I cannot use the app at all since it became live again a few days ago. I do however trust this issue to be sorted out with a possible update?
I will totally miss this app! It was amazingly helpful finding deals while it was here. I hope maybe it will come back. I only just now found it was shut down. Thank you for all the awesome savings and tools that I wouldn't have even found otherwise. Good luck to all your future endeavors, dev and team!
It was a very beneficial app and I am going to miss it I got to try out and use several app that I otherwise wouldn't have looked for in the first place so it was a good source for app makers to get exposure and build a fan base when ever they offered discounts or trials.
I like the app. I only have 2 complaints. When I first opened the app I was confused as to whether an app was free or at a discount, and the overall design is a bit bland, and a little hard to navigate, but still nice. Also there is no obvious definition as to what the small icons in the corner are ( the corner of the app box things) However, it is still a nice app.
Excellent app, does what it says well. My only complaint is there's no option to purchase and remove ads. They're not bad, but I always prefer an ad-free experience and I have no problem paying a nominal fee for it. Hopefully when it leaves beta it comes with a premium option.
Wonderful, I've gotten many apps for free just by checking this daily, although I do find that I am a bit slow and miss a deal, unfortunate, but it happens. One feature that would be cool would be a timer to see when the sales are about to expire (much like you would see in the Play Store).
Chiki Softworks, I'm sorry you have to deal with people without brains. They just don't understand how to click text, but this app is amazing. You don't have to scroll through looking for the free apps that cost money. I've used it many times and will continue to use it. The only thing that I you could add are icons next to the icon names, but otherwise great.
It's like the daily newspaper. It has some apps that you probably won't get but you would find a few that would be worth downloading. Basically the "now free for a limited time" section of the play store with filters and a search bar.
This app shows apps that are normally premium, paid apps, that are available for free for a limited time. Activate them as soon as you download them, they will remain linked to your account as fully paid apps. I love the concept, and it works perfectly. I have found many gems that I couldn't afford before! Thanks!
This is a very useful application, I like it very much. It would be very good if it had features to: 1. Discounted applications with percentage ranges. 2. Watch list for specific applications to catch when those are discounted.
The application itself is great, it works fine and has a good layout. the problem is the free apps on offer are really quite rubbish. That's not the fault of this app, it just aggregates free apps and puts them in one place.
Fantastic app, does exactly what it says, it shows a list of apps that are free for a certain amount of time. Though i did see a lot of people thinking that this app give you your games for free. No, it only lists that apps and games that are currently free on the play store. And even if you dont see the app for free on your device, it maybe because the developers of those particular apps have restricted for certain countries. All in all, good app, would recommend.
It is not a app that makes games free but searches all around for them and writes them down in a single page. It is updated very quickly as games get free or become pricey again some of the apps I found in this were actually quite expensive and really existed and came and went such as hitman sniper, overall if you want cool apps download it it is absolutely awesome.
I like the idea but the implementation is novice. This is not really an 'app', it's just a browser tab! The list is loaded as a webpage, and the links to the offered apps themselves are just browser hyperlinks and don't open through the Play Store! Also if it's essential to always use the latest list posted (the top most link when you open the 'app') then just make it open by default and offer the user a way to lookup older lists as an option. Again I like the idea but as it is it just functions as a beginner project for a new programmer. Keep to the good work and please change the user experience to that of an 'app' as opposed to a 'webpage'.
ETA: Spoke too soon, it seems. Doesn't seem to work as well anymore. It hardly shows all the sales on Google Play sales page, not even a quarter of them. It used to show all of them and many more that were omitted on that page/////This is awesome. Just what the doctor ordered. Highly recommend. Needed an app that also showed sales omitted from the google sales page. If there's a way to account for those short 24 hr sales so we don't miss them too, that would be great.
For the most part this app is fantastic. I have acquired a great bunch of excellent apps. Lately though when I choose to install I get a persistent lending and the download just never happens. Don't know if it is the app or my device. Galaxy S9 with pie, any one else experiencing this?
Opened this app now because I thought "Hmm I haven't seen any notifications for a while", and it's definitely something I thought was a really good app Thanks to the devs for supporting it as long as they did. I imagine it requires a fair amount of manual input too, which is quite time consuming. Thanks for all your hard work and efforts
It's amazing! Most of the apps on there are pretty mediocre or bad, however, a handful of them I use every day! I've had a lot of enjoyment browsing through and I've discovered many useful apps I've never heard of. I would like an updated UI but you can't ask for everything. Quality and useful app!
I have been hanging onto this app aince it's launch, i don't usually care about sale apps, but the curated list provided me option to check out cool apps and games i would never search otherwise, so loved checking the daily updates. The app was redundant mostly for me since '20 since i don't install a lot of apps, but i used to explore it sometimes out of curiosity, so thank you developers for creating the ecospace for not just pagf but a curated list to help explore the apps too.
Simple and quick with minimal ads, but misses a fair amount of apps. Results should indicate whether a link was previously visited. Would also like to see when each was last updated and target sdk.
FINALLY GOT AN APP THAT DOES AS IT SAYS. WORKED VERY WELL WITH ACTUAL GOOGLE PLAY LINKS. But most apps are Personalisation apps and Icon packs. But there are all types of apps listed. Though, more than 50% of them are under-rated ones because of poor quality or performance or bugs (may be that's the reason why the developers made them free now). But few Useful ones are also there.
Okay, so, this app is great. A simple concept that I LOVE. I cannot tell you how many awesome apps I have found because of the lists. And how great it is that I'm alerted that an app had become free on the appstore. Another great thing, I recommend everyone go to the critical reviews. The dev(s) are very blunt and makes me chuckle a little. Also, please read the info stuff at the start of the app. it explains everything.
I've been using this app for a really really long time and I'm super sad to see it go. Well not always full of gems, the list did provide me several excellent apps that I may not have found otherwise. A great resource, and I'm helpful that you'll be able to relaunch in the future. We'll be standing by!
Well we certainly had a great time, the app had minimal adds,it also had nice filters,it did its job alright, now it's a free app gone shut down, all we can do is rate our experience, thanks, thanks a lot.
it makes what it says. I just don't like it open outgoing link on browser without show list inside of app. so I don't need app to go and open a website address. I can open it by myself. and btw content of free things really waste of time. its not this app's fault as stated already.
The application has a very simple interface, just of text😐. The application does not contain any images or icon😒.This app is useful and have the similar rating for the apps as in playstore 😀👍
Sadly they're gone. I thought I commented b4 but since it's apparent that I have not, better too l8 than ever, rite... I mean never! Anyways I'll keep it short & sweet. Main thing is, in my humble opine it was the best of these type of apps. That's it. Sounds like it took up more time than they could justify vs the denarii in return. Regardless, these guys (yaya ok... cd be gals or both as well... I don't know. Anyways been using it over the yrs & it worked well on my Note 4 & 8. But now😭.
After reading through some of the brainless reviews, from complete and utter morons who probably don't even know how to use thier phone let alone this incredibly easy to understand, simple, straightforward, uncomplicated app, I felt it necessary to leave some feedback in hope that others considering the app can have a proper review to read from someone who has actually used the app. First and foremost. It's completely FREE! There are NO ADDS and NO IN APP PURCHASES. Nowhere on Google play is there an option to only show apps that are now free. This app does that. And it does it fantastically with a very easy to understand UI. There are plenty of filters and options to use that don't require any brain power whatsoever to play with. An absolute MUST for everyone. To the development team. I wish I could give you more than 5 stars because you deserve it. Thank you.
